Always have had great service at this Staples. Everyone is always nice and theyve always helped me when I needed it. Would recommend for sure 👍

Won’t sell paper by the sheet at the copy and print department. Super silly as it has its own SKU in the register.Was told I have to buy an entire ream off the shelf that is $25.99 when I only need 5 sheets.I came to Staples because it’s much closer to my house but Office Depot has no problem selling by the sheet as I have done MANY times in the past so I’ll be giving them 100% of my business from now on.

Store cannot consistently participate in advertised electronics recycling program electronics so call ahead or go elsewhere.

I visited this location this past Sunday afternoon and I am very happy with the customer service provided. The print station attendee was very kind. I was also looking for an item in the aisles and one of the associates immediately approached me even before I asked for help and located the item I needed. Thank you, all!

This place is a disaster. Manager is rude to customers and laughed at me when I had a problem in the store. I notice Im not the only person on here who feels the same.

Customer Service was awesome! I have a Staples Business account and wanted to return some items I order in error. Because I had a business account I had to return them via mail...which I had no idea about. But instead of the customer service team giving me a hard time all three of them helped me and explained everything I needed to do and even apologized when it was really my own fault for not researching the return policy prior. Nice to know we still have nice people in this world!

Our salesman worked very hard to supply the out of date cables we required. He was not successful but was able to suggest a suitable supplier. We deeply appreciated his efforts and would.be anxious to return to Staples for future needs.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Gwendolyn today at this branch of Staples. She was stand-offish, rude, and if she knew any words beside “no” or “I can’t help you” I would be shockingly surprised. Other employees were very kind, and as I overheard their interactions with customers, I was wondering how Gwendolyn’s glaringly terrible attitude has not come to managements attention sooner.

Very helpful. I only wish they had a larger selection of office furniture, but the manager and salesperson did all they could to make my experience there a good one.

Went in today. Justin was very informative, professional and fair. Will definately come back to this store for my future office needs.

I give this store 5 stars because of my experience with Brandon today. I had come to the store to use a $2 reward Staples had given me. I chose a can of pringles for $1.98 but the register would not accept my purchase because it was below $2. Well, Brandon suggested that I check Wal-Mart for the price of the chips and use the price match. Well because of his suggestion, I was able to walk out with two cans of pringles ($1 each) instead of just the one. My technical issue might have held up the line but I greatly appreciate Brandon going above and beyond to help me! This small gesture really made my day and I am grateful to Brandon for his help!

Most employees look miserable. It translates often to how they treat you. Maybe they should consider paying them better? The policy on print orders on the spot is dreadful. Even if there are no jobs being done they charge you 30% “rush order“. I just have to go home for an hour and come back. Huge waste of time. I’ve finally decided to go to Minuteman press and UPS print shop Good riddance!

I needed help finding a few items and the staff member stopped what he was doing and showed me exactly what aisle the item was in. The person that took care of me at the cash register was very friendly and helpful. Also I was greeted at the door when I came in.

My first time printing my business cards with Staples. I had a problem with my online order but Althea from the Prints & Marketing called me right away and helped me get my order corrected and completed promptly. I am extremely grateful for great attention and customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service!

Came here for a print out and One Copy of a form and waited almost a hour. Brian was so slow and seem really lost. They should really get more people by the copy and Print center to take care of other customers since one staff just be just stuck on one customer all day which is not fair for others.. this is my third time coming here and it’s always one worker doing everything while others wait.. ridiculous!!

Great staff, quick service

We had to get a book sleeve printed for school and the associate Brian was so amazing! We went to office depot at first and they were unable to print an 8.5in by 20in, literally said they didnt know how. However going to staples, brian was very kind and helpful and even went above and beyond by offering to trim the edges to perfection! He even gave us a little gift at the end. Shout out to Brian and the friendly associate gwen who checked us out! She informed us about the staples program without pestering or aggressive about it. Great friendly place to shop and for all your printing needs!

As one of the easiest going guys in the universe, their is a limit to the incompetence i can tolerate! I ordered business cads 2 years ago from this Store and i should have learned my lesson back then, but i try to give the absolute benefit of the doubt and last week I encountered the EXACT inept, incompetent service! They LOST the file and yet for the week i waited for the Proof to be emailed to me, as I was told tomorrow, in a few minutes etc etc. The employee who assisted? me last week spent more time talking to his friends on the phone, discussing what party to go to last weekend, than paying attention to my requests. Upon arrival today, i was met by more incompetence, having not found the file yet alone get a proof ready. Frustrated, I left and called the store twice, since being on hold forever isnt the most productive situation in todays world, I spoke to Justin, the Assistant Manager, and was told Carlos, the Manager, wasnt available. I asked for the name of the District Manager, whos name is Rita.I informed Justin of the situation, and told him that a call to the Staples Corporate HQ will follow his call. MY employer is disappointed in My PERFORMANCE, because a simple task of preparing business cards has not been completed, and as with every business, excuses are not acceptable. I have FAILED because of the uncaring, inept, incompetent employees at this particular Staples store and its a reflection of not only the employees, but the Managers on site as well as the District Manager and corporate as a whole for placing these people in positions that obviously they cant handle!!!

I went to copy and you have to pay 39 cents a minute to use the computer. I had to download my items before I printed. The person in that section was busy and could not help me so I ended up paying $6 because I had to sit there. Ridiculous!

They need more copiers machine to the public. I have to wait a lot.

You do not want to use this Staples for printing, much better service down the road at Kinkos

This Staples sucks I came in the store and placed an order for some invitations I was told it would be ready the next business day I came back to pick them up in two business days and received a email they were ready for pick up when I got there nobody had even started working on my order yet it was still siting in the computer was printed or cut out I was disgusted I should have known better considering when I was placing my order there were 2 customers in there complain about they order and the day I came to pick them up more customers were there complaining this is my first and last time using this staples never again stay away!!!!

If you are Latino you should not visit this place they are racist and the service is wrong the printing machines do not work and nobody takes care of the manager Brayan was very unproductive at the time of looking for solutions I put a complaint of an employee and I completely ignore it. It turns out to be worse than the other employees very discouraging.
