David is the most down to earth tech I have encountered in a while. He was able to communicate clearly and concisely without using a lot of tech jargon so I could understand. He resolved my issue rapidly so I can get back to serving my patients.

These guys are true pros. I’ve dealt with quite a few “tech firms” in the past and I’ve gotten absolute sub-par performance. The fact that they are super responsive to my needs and take the time to really work through a problem until completion is amazing. You would think that’s how it would be anywhere, but I’ve dealt with a half dozen others over the last 10 years and that certainly wasn’t the case. They’ve put customer service back into tech support and I’ll never use anyone else ever again.

I have worked with a lot of technology companies in my career but have never come across any more courteous, prompt and qualified individuals than Support Club. I had many computer issues that needed immediate attention and they not only answered the call, but were willing to fix over the weekend. I am truly grateful, and recommend them highly!
