Absolutely STAY AWAY. These guys are crooks to a high degree; they will charge you $170 just to OPEN your laptop and more if you want an SSD or RAM installed on it - which you can do yourself for less than $8.Dont let yourself or your elderly be abused by guys like these; educate yourselves on the cost of repair before you take it to crooks here.
