In the middle of a huge project, they were actually able to save the hard drive, and sell me a refurbished all-in-one. It was door-to-door service by the technician several times. I couldnt be more grateful!

Terrible! I took a laptop in to have the cooling fan replaced. They said 3-5 days. After a month of no calls and missed promises from my inquiries, I finally got my unit back. Yes, they finally replaced the fan, but now I have horizontal stripes running across the screen, that were not there before. They were unapologetic.I will never use them again, for anything!

Dropped off a gaming computer on a Saturday. Told it would take 2 days to fix and that I would have it on Tuesday. Took over 2 weeks to get it back. Never reached out always had to call them. Too many other places to go to worry about slow service.

I called around and they had reasonable prices based on my other calls. They person on the phone was very polite and when I went there nervously due to Covid, I was very pleased at their safety policies and felt safe being inside.They fixed my issue quickly and I would definitely refer them to my friends and family and go back again if the need arises.

I recently got a new laptop and went to the shop to get the data transferred from the old to the new. I explained to the owner Andrew that because I live quite a distance from the shop I needed to stay in the area while it was being done. I was given a time by Zack when the job would be finished. Right on time I collected the finished job. The next day they remotely installed my printer driver. Very professional staff.I go all that distance ecause I trust them with my personal data. The took their time and identified all of the issues that were plaguing my unit and restored it to mint condition and a fair cost. I would recommend their services to anyone with a computer issue.

Absolutely terrible customer service, they do not stand behind their repairs. Phone was broken again in 24 hours after a repair. They Would not fix the phone again unless I paid another $100.Clarification, * phone was never dropped, original Apple screen was dropped and broken 1 time after 5 years of having the phone. replacement screen was broken in my hand, in the living room in 24 hours while in an otter box. Never dropped.First phone call to the store was hung up on the moment I said I was just in the store and I’m having an issue. The next phone call I couldn’t speak to anyone that could help . The third phone call was relayed between the front desk and a manager. Manager would not come on the phone. Relayed twice a $10 credit for the next repair was the best he could do.The screen was clearly defective, as was their repair and customer service. Sad.

I had an issue with my fingerprint reader on my Samsung Note 9. Over use damaged the protective coating. They were able to order the finger print reader which took a few days and they called to say it came in. Dropped the phone off and they had it repaired in an hour.. Its working like new again.

I am a business owner and needed a simple Windows 10 upgrade on ONE machine. Spoke with the Technician on a Thursday to drop off the machine on Friday so that I could pick it up on Saturday and would not have any downtime for my business. The technician said that it would not be a problem. On Saturday when I called to pick up the machine, I was told that it would not be ready until late Tuesday but if I wanted to pay a $60 expedited fee that they would be able to get it done by Monday. After explaining the agreement and commitment to Jonathan that was made with the technician and that Tuesday was unacceptable, he refused me service and I had to pick up the machine. Dealing with the technician was a pleasure....Jonathan was childish and very unprofessional!!!

They take my $25 to diagnose my iPhone and they lie about it. when I take it to the Apple Store heard otherwise. The things that they say they do to the phone and the time frame that they get it done just wasnt add up. So if your phone is not working and you do the basic troubleshoot and its not coming on dont bother to take it there cuz they just do the same thing and take your $25

Zack was absolutely wonderful! When my old faithful Mac was about to breath his last, but still had over 10,000 cherished pictures and home movies of my kids on his hard drive, Zack worked REALLY HARD to get them off an unto my new Mac! I am forever deeply appreciative!!!

The employees did a fabulous job. We had to go back to the store several times with questions which ended up being more of a user problem. In the end the pc is working better than ever and the guys helping my son were great. Would highly recommend their services.

Go someplace else. I needed the keyboard on my laptop fixed. First I emailed, so I knew I had to replace the whole part. They didn’t reply to my email when I told them what kind of laptop it was. Waited a bit but decided to take it in - called first to make sure they were open for walk ins and again say what I need for my keyboard.When I get there I give the rundown that some keys are missing caps, other keys don’t work, etc. it’s a $40 down payment.At any point in time the guy could’ve told me Hey This Laptop Will Have Very Expensive Parts To Order. Over email, over the phone, when I walked in. Like dang can’t a man ask for a estimate around here? Idk how much I expected it to cost but it wasn’t $300+ (Also how many times do u gotta call someone miss in one transaction?)

Expensive. Won’t warranty the work they do unless you buy parts at a 15% mark up from the supplier (Amazon) although cheaper when you look on your own.

I got the dreaded blue screen of death on my laptop and had not backed it up for sometime. I tried everything I knew how to do to restore windows without losing my data but nothing would work. I took my laptop here and although it took a few days they found that there was a corrupted partition and they were able to backup the data, wipe and restore my machine. Very professional.

The team there are fantastic. From the owners to the staff. I enjoyed working with all of them. My hard drive was crashing and my computer guy was unable to obtain most of the files I needed. He referred me to the geek squad which they were unable to do anything except send the hard drive away. I was facing a crucial tax deadline for my business. They were able to restore my most important files within a couple of days. Therefore they were my heroes. So thankful for all of their hard and expedite work. In my opinion, they should be the first stop for data recovery or retrieval. i would not even think of calling any other company first. Thanks again!

Even more amazing was that my desktop files were all there. Everything seemed good when I picked up my PC. When I got my PC back to Tampa and went to put an additional hard drive in ... the tech didnt put my Hard drive casing back in and left it flopping around inside my PC. Attaching the drive directly to the PC frame and not in the Hard drive enclosure. If I had of turned on my PC when I first got home I probably would have FRIED my entire computer... What is with people these days. I was going to give a Five Star rating but now giving a 2 and felt like giving a 1. But they did give me a discount so I give them and extra point for that.I was from out of town and took it to Fix My PC Store in Okeechobee FL

I brought my phone to have the screen replace, for the touch screen wasnt working. They replaced the screen, but called me and said that wasnt the problem. The tech asked if had ever dropped the phone in water. I advised him no, and asked if their was any indication of the phone being wet. The tech advised no. He went to say that sometimes its hard to tell, and he wanted to clean the phone. The tech was sure this was the problem. The tech then told he cleaned the phone, but it still wasnt working. At this time I was told it was probably the mother board. I advised that I wasnt interested in going any further. When i went to store to pickup i was told that the total was going to be 75.00, I looked at the phone and noticed damage where they tried to repair the screen. I do not recommend this business.

Very grateful for this company! My Sony Viao laptop is 7 years old and was having issues acquiring and maintaining a charge. Sony no longer makes computers so they were unable to help me with my issue. Best Buy Geek Squad was also unable to assist. My laptop worked great and is loaded with great components – it would have cost me $1,500 - $2,300 to get something new that is comparable. Fix My PC Store was friendly, fast and reasonable! Great service. Desktop picked up on a Wednesday, day after Christmas with a promise from the week before that it would be back in three days. They called at noon on Friday that it was ready and came bye at 3:00 to hook it up and verify all peripherals were fully operational. Had put in a solid state hard drive and its sooooooo wonderful!!

I took my tablet to this store thinking that they where more professional, but I soon found out that they werent. They replaced my screen, but left it with big spots of dust under it. After a about 6 trips to the store they told me they couldnt do anything else. If you want a clean and professional job go to another place.

I will never go back again. I went for a simple cracked screen replacement and they broke the home button so the fingerprint recognition no longer worked and they told me that it can only be fixed by going to apple store. So after spending $110 (plus tax) for them to break my home button I had to go to the apple store and wait 3 hours for them to fix it. They had to replace the screen anyways because the screen Fix My PC replaced it with was causing all sorts of glitches. So then I had to spend $169 (plus tax) at the apple store. I would never go back to Fix My PC again and would never refer anyone there.

I brought in 2 phones. Minor repairs but I got major customer service. They didnt make a killing on me, but they treated me like my business mattered! Fixed one of my iphone screens and even polished it up. Looked brand new when I got it back. They werent able to repair the other because my circuit board was completely shot, and the cost of that repair would have exceeded the cost of a brand new phone. They did everything they could to try to fix it though. Paid as quoted. No hidden costs. I paid only $25 to diagnose the problem and that fee went against the cost of the repair. If you have multiple devices you will pay separate diagnoses fees, but its so nominal that it doesnt matter. Every time I went in I was greeted by a new face, so even though they seem small, they seem to have a big crew in the back. Turn around time was same day. Great store, will use again.

Moto: Recycling Buyback, We buy & recycle old computers.Website description: Fix my PC Store offers to buy your old computers so that we may recycle and refurbish the parts to be used in other products. Currently, we are only offering buybacks on computers dating back to the Windows Vista operating system.I call BS, I was trying to sell my computers/parts for little money so I can buy a new motherboard for my newly built computer. But do to management they cant buy the parts I had because the parts dont have a warranty on the items. Why would a 2008 computer part have a warranty still? I would simply would have taken $10 per part so they can recycle them so I dont have to haul these parts around anymore, but nope... do to management.Lastly, how about when you create a website include ALL the details without having people waste gas in order to find out that you cant solve their problem. Best of all there arent even that many PC stores in the West Palm Beach area, maybe one or two stores (include this store), shouldnt you be better than this? Now my best bet is to sell these parts on eBay or Craigslist.I will NOT be going to this PC Store anytime soon. You have failed the city.

This is the third time Ive used this company. Exceptional! I had a complicated blade server lose a network card. They not only fixed the connection problem but they also installed a new hard drive which was very needed and replaced one of the batteries on the main board which is been a problem for a year now and did it quickly and with such a reasonable price I was astonished. I cannot say how impressed I am with this company. These guys have always treated me like I was king.

My fiance took my computer in a little over a month ago for a repair. There wasnt actually an issue, which was worth knowing. However, when I had to pack my PC to move I realized that they not only didnt screw my video card or hard drives back into place but they LOST a screw on my outside covering. My fiance goes down to tell them and they said oh heres $20 credit to fix the pc in the futureWHY THE HELL would I EVER bring my computer back to you? You nearly DESTROYED a $2500 custom built computer. If I wasnt in NY, Id have demanded you fix it right then and there. What you did is ILLEGAL.DO NOT bring your computers to them. They charged $100 just for virus removal because there wasnt an issue with the PC (it black screened on bootup, it was just recommended to unplug everything when starting it up).

When I needed to reinstall my windows 10 operating system onto my new solid state drive I constantly got errors telling me that it couldnt install due to incorrect partition settings and when I tried many fixes and configuration suggestions from from various websites they all failed miserably and I was at my wits end. Then I gave this place a shot; called them up and told them my entire ordeal then I drove straight over there with my pc. They got it fixed in less than an hour I was so grateful to be able my pc up and running again. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend this place.
