Alberto was nice enough while we shopped for the mattress in store. Delivery from “CTS” was terrible. They made me carry my own pillows and encasements from the truck into my apartment. Only one person tried to carry my king mattress into the building. It was dragged and the plastic was ripped. Also all the five star reviews on here are “paid” for with free items.

If I could give no stars I would. I had just purchased my new home and was super excited about shopping for my bedroom furniture. Anyway I will get right to it. I purchased the king size mattress the end of December of 2017 the house was not move in ready so we had some things to do before we moved in.We moved in a 3 to for months later. The first night sleeping on the bed it felt like it was sinking in Im not that big and the mattress is brand-new so why is this happening, I said let me give it a few days and still no change, at that point I called the store and spoke with a lady named Ella she was very nice but let me know it was past the time and I needed to file a claim so I did. I never received an email that confirmed my claim. So fast forward I was taking care of my sick grandmother who lived in a different state so I really didnt have the time to deal with the bed situation. Now that Im back home and its even worst I called the store numerous times each time I spoke to a guy name Joe he kept saying he would call me back and he did 1 time to give me a number that he said I should call. I called that number at leas 50 times no ever picked up or returned my call that is when the mail box wasnt full. The last conversation we had was almost a month ago and he was VERY rude I told him I wanted to speak with the manger he said Im the manger I said its no way you are the GM when you dont know how to speak, treat and or handle this situation. I asked him if his back hurts when he gos to bed at night and did he have to see a chiropractor due to his bed seeming to be a refurbished one. He let me know that he had purchased a very expensive bed from there and that he sleeps like a baby. That was the last straw for me. I cant believe no was has called me back nor have I heard for the claim company. I just want a bed that all in all is not refurbished as the one I have seems to be.

Ella was a great help in selecting a new mattress. I had been dreading going shopping for one, but the process was easy and quick. She helped me narrow it down to just a few choices, and was patient as I tried some options multiple times, and helped me stick to my budget.

My salesperson, Ella, was friendly and knowledgeable. I tried out mattresses from $250 to $2500 and she could answer any question I had but I never felt like she was pushing me to the higher prices. Nobody rushed me while I went back and forth to different ones, taking my time laying on them. And after all that, I bought the one shed shown me first anyway.Its kind of annoying that theyre set up so you have to dig to find any of the prices before youve tried everything, but in the end, I got a higher quality mattress for a lower price than Id seen at other places, and when I looked it up, it was less than I would have paid for the same thing online.

My experience with Brenda Haynes was the absolute best Ive ever had with purchasing a mattress! She inquired as to what sort of bed I was after, what my sleeping situation was with regard to a partner, took into account sleep problems and my work schedule and steered me towards the best possible product. In addition, she was very reasonable with helping out on pricing and bundling, and Brenda bent over backwards to help me with getting top quality mattress covers. She even went so far as to hold the mattress covers for me for 6 months when they failed to come in on time and then I was unable to pick them up because of work and general laziness.
