The Sales Representative Brett at this store was very nice and friendly. He gave us the demonstration and was able to help answer all of our questions.

I did some online research before going to the Sleep Number store near my home so I would already know which beds I want to lay on. Both my hubby and I have back problems and have tried many other mattresses in the past. I slept on a Number bed years ago at a family members house and slept very well. The price is what has stopped me in the past, but I have discovered that my health and sleep are too important to put a price on, thus here we are!The personnel there were very patient, pleasant and helpful as I asked a lot of questions. My experience was great and I cant wait to get my new bed delivered!

Jake was so great to work with at Sleep Number. My husband were impressed to experience the virtual testing. As soon as the backrest was raised his statement was wow, I can breath so much better.

I was so impressed with Jake and all his efforts. He was great to work with from start to finish. When we first visited the Sleep Number store he was helpful and not pushy. When we didnt buy and said we were going to continue to watch for promotional deals through the holiday, he was helpful in informing of when new promotions came available. We finally pulled the trigger on purchasing a new bed and are so thankful we met Jake and he was able to help us through the process from beginning to end!

Drove all the way from Page AZ to this sleep number store. It was definitely worth it to try the different models. Mike the manager is great. He answered all our questions and had lots of knowledge.

In store presentation for beds was ok. No assistance while selecting pillows. Salesperson was too focused on selling a bed. Purchased two pillows which we still have not received after two weeks. Very slow processing and shipping time. Would not recommend.

I went to the Sleep Number store and was welcomed at the door by the Sleep Number associate John Palmieri. He showed me around the store. Treated me great, and no pressure to buy. It was a totally unique and pleasant experience.

Go see Mike at the Sleep #1 Store in Washington, he is a great guy and very good at his job. We ended up buying a mattress and are anxious to sleep on it, it will come next week. Great experience and no pressure.

I needed 3x to go to the store to test out the beds and Jake was so awesome to work with there. He explained all the benefits to these fancy beds and Im excited to get my delivery. Its a big investment in your sleep which transfers over to how you feel during the day. #worthit

Great salespeople. However, sleeping on my bed reminds me of a bad camp out on a cheap air mattress. My side deflates. I have to empty it, then pump it up again. 2 or 3 times a night. So, I paid thousands of dollars for this deflating air mattress about 9 months ago. You’d think they would come fix it right away. No. They sent complex instructions on how to test it before they will repair it. If I don’t do this first, then I have to pay for a service call. The person on the phone (Stephanie) was unpleasant and NOT helpful.Sorry I bought this. Go find a Tempurpedic. You will sleep better.
