Very friendly atmosphere. Joe asked the right questions found me the right comfort right away. Also gave me an offer which had a fair price. I went home, did some online research, confirmed that the offered mattress was a good fit, so returned the next day and got it. My only complain was the fact that they had run out of supplies and couldnt provide me with either a folder or an envelope for the purchase paperwork. Beyond that, I was very satisfied.

I felt very comfortable and at ease with the experience and never felt pressured to buy anything. Ultimately I found a really nice mattress at a great deal! Definitely recommend asking if they have any show room mattresses for sale - these are the ones they take off the floor and sell at a highly discounted rate! The only catch is you have to figure out delivery yourself. Joe helped me with the delivery - he really went above and beyond the call of duty! I purchased a Sealy mattress a few months ago and have been very happy with it ever since! Joe is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. You can tell that he wants to make sure you find the right mattress for your needs. He asked questions to understand what I was looking for, and had me try out a half dozen mattresses from different brands. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each. I showed up about an hour after they opened when no other customers had arrived yet. I would recommend customers doing this so that you can get the maximum amount of time and attention while shopping.

I went into the store to get a mattress. The salesman, Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable about the type of mattress I needed because of my back issue. He has excellent customer service skills. I purchased the mattress and base and it was delivered the next day.

My mattress is 15 years old and I’ve been stressing about buying another one ~ primarily because I have no idea how to dispose of the old mattress. I wandered into Mattress Warehouse on 14th St in DC today just to browse as a client of mine recently made a purchase from there and I work nearby. I was immediately greeted by the bubbly Miss Brenda who quickly impressed me with her depth of knowledge on all things mattress related. She first took the time to learn my current sleep situation and to understand my preferences so she could make poignant recommendations. She was fast and efficient but not so fast that she didn’t hear my needs. I told her I was going to check out one more mattress store nearby and would call her later in the day. As I left I decided there was no need to visit the other store. I went back to my office and phoned Miss Brenda with the pending questions that I had. She understood my budget, my needs, my preferences and about 2 hours later I walked back to her store to hand her my credit card and schedule my delivery for not only my new mattress but new pillows to support my neck and a mattress protector to protect my investment. And best part; they’re taking my old mattress away for recycling :-). Fantastically clean showroom, amazing customer service, prices that can’t be beat, and quality inventory. We recently went to here to browse and potentially purchase a new bed. The sales staff were extremely friendly and made shopping for a bed during the pandemic a pleasant experience. They were able to narrow our options based on questions they asked, and we were able to find the perfect bed and buy it within an hour. During checkout, they helped plan delivery, which we t extremely well. The delivery workers also were able to quickly assemble the bedframe, and remove the old bed, without any hassle.

Brenda is attentive and took her time showing me the mattresses. She was very involved in the whole process and offered me something within my budget. The place is clean and I enjoyed my overall experience there.
