Modern hotel off the main pedestrian street in Kazan. It is a short walk from the Kazan Kremlin. Breakfast room got a bit crowded, but otherwise had no issues. Rooms was stylish and comfortable, and the hotel was reasonably priced.

Excellent hotel, the location is right on the central pedestrian street close to Kremlin. The breakfast is outstanding with lot of traditional Russian and tatarian food starting from salads through sausages to different cakes.

Fantastic hotel with excellent service.The hotel is bang in the middle of Bauman street so youre steps away from everything, take a short walk to the left and youre at the local shopping mall, a bunch of halal restaurants, street shopping etc. Take a short walk to the right and youre at the kazan kremlin complex.Room comforts were spot on. Clean & functional, spacious bathroom (with a bidet tap :), overlooking the lively bauman street so keep your windows open late afternoon to experience the buskers with their violin & other performances.Highly recommend staying here for your Kazan trip!Wifi - a decent 10meg speed2 entrances, bauman side and streetside for catching taxis or yandex cabsgood breakfast spread. Staff said the meat was halal but i could not verify

We visited restaurant at 23 oclock hoping to get drinks and good food. Weiters totally slow, i wouldnt get menu if i wouldnt go there and ask. Sad face on taking order let us know directly that customers are not welcome, even we spoke russian easly. Staff should go to some training or maybe they work there as punishment. Meanwhile people were coming, waiting 15min and leaving not getting any attention from weiters. Maybe restaurant is subsides from goverment so they dont need profits, but in our country (Poland) it will not work like this.

Paid 300USD a night for a room with a broken A/C. No discounts offered. AwfulEdit: Dear Evgenia Borodavko, we informed your front desk 3 times that the A/C wasnt working, they sent someone to fix it twice, who assured us that it was fixed, yet the average room tempurature never dropped below 25 degrees celcius according to the thermostat. When we asked to change rooms, they said only the standard room was available (although we were in the Junior Suite originally) and that we could move there, but they would not adjust the price to reflect the new, much smaller room which was about half the price of the Junior Suite. Terrible, terrible service. Sorry, but your reply is simply not satisfactory.
