Richard was amazing and so helpful at the mattress store, he helped us choose a very comfortable and high quality clean mattress for my son there he was so great to work with! We will definitely be going back to the Mattress Store ( the one behind In-N-Out in Washington) for sure when its time for my husband and I to change out our mattress!

We purchased a mattress and a power base from the Mattress Store. We felt that we got a fare price and Richard did a good job of leading us through the process, he answered all of our questions. He answered some questions that we didn’t even know that we had. The delivery was professional. They showed up at the promised time, set everything up, hauled off the old stuff and cleaned up the mess. After all was done I noticed there were no brackets to connect a headboard to the frame of the bed. I contacted the store and was told that headboard brackets were additional. It seems to me that this store has chosen the airlines approach to customer service. Nickel and dime the customer. Don’t assume anything with this company or you’ll be disappointed, everything is an add-on.

I got a mattress at the Mattress Store that was a black Friday Special. It ended up being a great mattress, a good price, and comfortable according to my guests.I was overwhelmed by so many mattresses to choose from but Richard, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and helped me narrow down my choices. He was courteous and didnt pressure me to buy. I would buy from this store again.The delivery men were timely, efficient and also respectful.The only thing I dont like is the financing 12 months same as cash. I received a credit card with a higher credit limit than I needed, high penalty and interest rate if I am late once, and my name was miss-spelled. My suggestion would be to pay cash or use your own credit card.

Bought a bed here 5 yrs ago with the most awesome pillows. We are very happy with our Sealy Hybrid split king mattress. It can be difficult to make the right choice looking at all the different types on the show room floor. However, Richard helped us through the process, asking use questions, showing us features and options. Helping us to make the right choice. On delivery day the two young men were early which is nice. They removed the old mattress and box spring, assembled the platform and mattress, made sure we had all the documents on the mattress, made sure the remote worked and any questions were answered before they left.
