Horrible customer service DO NOT have them repair your phone even if its jus a broken screen. I went in with just a broken screen he took two hours and wen he was done my face camera didnt wrk and I couldnt hear unless it was on speaker I gave them a week to repair it just got worse and had the nerve to try and charge me. WTH Do Not go to this location!!!

Sold me a blacklisted t Mobil I phone 6. When I went there to explain my phone was not working the lady cut me off and told me she wouldn’t hear me unless I showed her my receipt. When I said I wouldn’t do business there again I was cussed out and called a honkey repeatedly. She followed me to my truck with intent to start a fight. First time ever being chased out of a store getting called a honkey. What a waste of $550 for a used I phone 6 that can’t be turned on again. What a joke of business.

Don’t go to this place, they rip people off !!! The girl tells me 30 for a wire and didn’t give me a block ? How petty are you serious ? These people are a joke !!! Owner tells me I need a receipt ? Shame on me for not grabbing it ? In heat if moment that I needed phone to be on immediately, but honestly go 1 mile down to the other store, the people there are honest and dont cheat customers !!! It’s not the extra $5 to get ripped off ? It’s just simple honest business ? I’m a business man and if that rude owner needs that 5 to steal from me, take it you need it more than me, my name is viewed I don’t have to hide it, so to the owner who rips her customers off ? One day someone will rip you off and I want you know that feeling of karma !!! lol has to Rob her customers for 5 ? Principle !!!! Just wanted everyone to know watch out their thief’s, I had to take 10 min out of my day because I had to tell the general public, if I can deter 1 customer from going there from getting ripped off then it was worth my time, BEWARE!!!

They made me drive all the way from taylor to their store thats 40 minutes away from me for nothing. They say something on the phone and when you get there they change their words and try to rip you offf. Watch out they have really bad cutomer service
