A couple months ago, I popped into this location to talk options about switching from Samsung to Apple since my phone was almost paid off. The guys were super informative and incredibly funny and friendly. Since then, I’ve gone back three or four times and each time I leave educated and happy. TJ and Nate definitely deserve a raise for how wonderful they both are! Love my phone and my new watch, they even helped me readjust my plan to fit my needs. Will continue to go back to this location for everything! Keep up the good work :)

All the employees were great. Answered all our questions. Had everything done in a reasonable amount of time.

The store was very busy today. All the customers were having the same issue, being that they werent able to make or receive calls. The two workers there informed us that LG phones were having issues because LG no longer made phones. The two workers were very understanding and patient with all of us even though Im sure it was annoying having to fix the same problem over and over for all the customers. They were as quick as they could be, even with their systems having issues as well. I have been going to this specific store for years and have never had a bad experience with them, even if I see a different employee. They were able to fix my issue and explained everything to me so that I knew what my best options were in the near future.

Nate waited on me. Very polite and helpful. He answered all my questions in a proper manner.I will go back there again if I need anything..Hes located across from Sams ..

Joanna and Paige helped me tremendously. They were patient with elders that came in and explained to them kindly how to operate there phones. They set me up with a plan in an hour I had a good working phone with amazing service and I couldn’t be happier. They asked questions about what interests and needs I have and they met every one of them. I will never be going to another store besides this one. Talk about top of the line customer service !!!!!! These ladies need bonuses especially with there patience with people. And knowledge.

Amazing attention to detail. Joanna made sure we were satisfied and even though we had a slight issue with the porting of the phones, she stayed late to try to fix it and personally followed up with us to make sure it corrected itself. Customer service like that is hard to find anymore. Very satisfied and will recommend this store and her for any cellular needs

My note 8 had a black screen and wasnt working so I brought it here. They literally did nothing to try to fix it but offered for me to pay it off and buy a new phone or send it to get fixed. I went home googled how to troubleshoot and fixed it myself in 2 minutes (obviously shouldve done this first but I thought there would be knowledgeable people in the store....there are not) At least I now know where not to go.

Went in to upgrade to the newest iPhone and the associate Jamie just kept showing us the Samsung’s. Had to keep telling him I knew what phone I wanted. Didn’t answer any questions we had and just kept ringing up the phone and other purchases. Told me my total and didn’t explain what I was paying for. Had to go back and get my receipt and realized he didn’t give me any of the discounts he mentioned when I was there. Wouldn’t go to this location I would go right to a corporate store. Awful business

Upgraded an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 11 and was worried about losing my phone content; thankfully Jeff and Jamie were very friendly and tended to all my concerns while they walked me through the transfer process. All my content was able to be switched to an updated phone in a few minutes with no hassle.

The service associates at this location were excellent. They literally spent an entire day figuring out a problem with Verizon that would not allow them to activate my new IPhone 12.

She was very accommodating and I really liked her. I thank you for all of your help, Joanna!

I bought a Puregear Steel 360 screen protector for my new Iphone SE from this location and they installed it for me at the store. At that time I thought what great customer service.After a few days I noticed it did not seal along the edges so I brought it back and asked for help. They told me I need to leave it on the charger overnight so the heat will seal it and if that didnt work then I needed to contact Puregear for a replacement.Of course that didnt work so I went back to the store and once again was told they could not help me and I needed to contact Puregear and ask for a replacement screen protector. I left feeling okay since I thought it would be free so no big deal.Well I put in my claim with Puregear and yes the screen protector is free but I have to pay $11.95 for shipping. Absolutely ridiculous after I spent almost $70 at the store for this screen protector.Not great customer service at all. Ill never go back to this store again.

TJ did an amazing job helping me and my husband, he was a radiant ball of sunshine and I wasnt in the best mood when I came to the store being I went over on my data! Great customer service and Ill definitely be recommending my friends and family to him!

They tell you something is completely free and go look on my bill and getting charged for it. Also they are offering military discount to you if you have a family member the was in military but not you. They are losing about that. That is a sales catch. Just call corporate and ask them. It is all bull.

Your store totally is the worst place I’ve ever been to.

We had a terrible experience and are still trying to fix our bill. We traded in 5 iPhone 6s on Black Friday as we were told wed have a free upgrade to iPhone 7s. Were still trying to get the correct amounts for our trade-ins. We tried to escalate it to the manager, Anthony Willig, but he did nothing for us, even stating that hes not very happy with our new account representative. Weve been overbilled by more than $500 since this all happened & were still trying to resolve it. Buyer beware - this is not a Verizon store. It is an authorized retailer.

This place is a fake Verizon store and lousy middleman to an otherwise good company. The management encourages deception and thievery. Save yourself from being ripped off and go to real Verizon store on 422 across from Eastwood mall. It is worth the short wait.

Was given a “promotional” item with my phone, only to be charged a $70 activation fee for it. The fee was resolved but I’m still being charged an extra $10 each month for this “free” device. I called about this issue but I was blown off. Salesman are unprofessional and con-artist only worrying about their commission check. STAY AWAY!
