Do not go to this location. The staff is so rude and need to be trained how to treat their customers. The staff needs a training course once every year, not only to know how the business runs but how to treat the customers. I didnt want to leave a star but had to so I could write a review. I called a different location and spoke to a lady and she was much more friendly and helpful. Do not go to this location.

Amazing service ! Had a hard time with Metro, the manager there got me transferred over into an iPhone from an android in no time ! I was scared at first to get an iPhone, but he went over everything and even installed my Facebook so I can see my grand kids! Would definitely recommend, and will go back!

The manager there goes above and beyond to help the customers there. He makes sure you are 100% happy with everything before leaving the store. He also answers any questions you have every single time you come back in.

I have been with Cricket wireless for about 5 years now. I have great service from my local store in Warren, MI Dequindre Rd and 12 Mile. I like cricket because if you at the coverage map they have the best coverage over the USA. I found Straight Talk from Wal-Mart has a comparable coverage as well. I have been with Sprint, T-Mobile and Metro PCS previously.

Horrible service. Not only wirelessly but also employees. Cant believe not out of business yet . And the bridge pay is A TOTAL RIP OFF! METRO PCS ALLOWS YOU TO GET AN EXTENSION BY 48 HRS FOR FREE LIKE 4X BY SIMPLY HITTING 611 & CLICKING EXTENSION BUTTON. RATHER THAN CRICKET STEALING YOUR MONEY

Not too busy, very friendly staff not bent on pushing things at you (I recognise upselling is a corporate-based mandatory Thing, but it makes me severely uncomfortable as a consumer). Easy interaction, good at answering questions, and also nice, up-to-date music playing in the background!

When gave a chance to make things right they were Not interested.Not to be trusted. They will cheat you.Ignore their B.S., save face replies. Once a thief always a thief. Shop somewhere else.

They got a brand new guy that dont know how to do anything working by himself. I feel bad for him. Everybody getting mad and hes keeping it together very well. Shame on management for putting him and their customers in this situation.
