Great overall experience! Very pleased that I chose this store. Clean and organized. George (store manager) is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and addressed all my concerns. I had a few questions and called back to the store and George helped me with everything. Very compassionate about satisfying the customers.We were switching from another carrier and George helped us with everything we needed! I would recommend this location.

Pretty funny staff, in my opinion. Efficient work, very informative and friendly. Could use work on putting screen protectors (This could be a very serious issue in the future). Jokes aside, a very nice t-mobile/sprint working area with a waiting room.
Choose this store! I know T-mobile is a chain, and the difference between stores is minimal. But, the team here hammers everyone of those little things that separate one store from the next.You might think good for that guy he had a good experience. No. I was here twice and I heard 3 other customers take time to give their sincere gratitude for the exceptional help they received. Yes I received 5 star service, but it seems like everyone else did as well. I would definitely go out of my way to do buisness at this location.

I agree with the post that says not to go there unless you have to. Dylan an employee on this store was very rude to my wife. This is my wifes writing - He kept on giving me all the reasons he could not help until tired of that I asked if he could tell me what he could help with and he then said I am not going to help you..lol... he wasnt helping me anyway .....at the end Usef one of the managers helped me and apologized for Dylans lack of customer service....

Stop in to purchase a wall plug for my galaxy 10 Yousif greeted me right away no pressure on selling me what I didnt need. Hes really nice well informed on equipment and upgrades. Store was clean and Covid19 ready

This is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced. The man that assisted me seemed to be too presumptuous in helping me with what I needed. He was reluctant at the last minute to help me upgrade my phone and transfer my information to my new one. He seemed like he did not know what he was doing and did not like being at work. I knew verbatim that I shouldn’t have came here knowing all the bad experiences other people have shared with me about this store. Ever since t-mobile has merged with sprint it seems like nobody knows what they’re doing.
I just went to buy a Bluetooth. I didnt end up getting one, but they helped me with how I could use my existing one. I couldnt make a call by holding down the button to make a call and say, call (person in my contacts). Many of the newer bluetooths need me to say, Hey Google, or Hey Siri, if I had an IPhone. I dont really like that but at least I can call people in my contacts hands free with the Bluetooth I already bought.
VERY unwelcoming. No one acknowledged us when we came in the store. No eye contact, smile, not one word was spoken to us. One employee was servicing someone. The other doing paperwork. So we looked at the phones(4) that we wanted. Still no one has acknowledged us period . We waited about 2 more minutes. I looked at my granddaughter and said “how much longer should we wait before leaving”. She replied “ lm waiting on you”!!! We left
The employees don’t know how to do their job right. You go in for a simple phone upgrade and they erase apps on your phone and cancel subscriptions to things they should have no control over. They don’t fix those messes plus some of the tech people there WILL STEAL your credit card info from your phone.
Although we weren’t able to find what I needed through a statewide search of stores, store manager Savon went above and beyond to help me and my girlfriend out very professional

By far the BEST Sprint store I have walked into. From start to finish. They welcomed my family and I with open arms and helped us switch from MetroPCS to Sprint aka The New Tmobile haha. We were fortunate to work with the store manager Savon A. A fantastic representative would be an understatement to him. His energetic personality and amazing knowledge made the switch so seamless, entertaining and exciting. I couldnt have made a better decision than walking into this particular store. The staff was all so kind and helpful as well throughout the process.I cannot say thank you enough to them all. If its wireless service you seek then this is the store you need to visit. Infinity stars if I could!
Dont be mislead by the false reviews from people that are upset at SPRINT rather than this store. Theyre exceptional here. Always go out of there way and very clean. Savon the store manager is great and the rest of the team as well!
It makes you give them at least one star. This store is the reason why I left sprint and the reason why my husband will be too. The manager there is absolutely no help nor are the employees that Ive dealt with. They refused to let me pay off my husbands cell phone. Sprint charges extra each month that the phone is leased and not paid off.

Horrible, my mother and father in law went up here to get their first smart phones. We just wanted for them to have a good experience with their new phones. Ever since they went to sprint. It has been a nightmare. My in laws are elderly. And have no clue when it comes to technology. So sprint had a good time taking advantage if them. Which has beyond frustrated us. I cannot believe a business runs like this. My parents have been with sprint for 19 years. And their loyalty to company was ment nothing. Instead of appreciation they were taken advantage of. This makes me sick. I should be able to trust that my parents can go get the best service possible. Its their first smart phones they dont need unlimited data. So why would you tell them its the best choice for them. Its just disgusting.

I waited almost 40 minutes in line at lunch time to pay on my bill. Never again. Had a young guy tell me here yesterday that he couldn’t get his system working and I had to pay my cell phone lease off with a credit card. I left and went to Sprint on 12 mile and Telegraph. Had no issues and paid my phone off cash. This store on 12 mile and Mound is not a corporate store. To me it’s a waste of time to even stop there. The customer service in my cases was subpar at best.

Amanda is the bomb! I have 6 lines and just switched from T-Mobile. This doll literally cut my bill in half! I am so happy I was able to switch and I had the pleasure of meeting her. I definitely recommend this store. All of the employees were very kind and helpful.

Ill tell you what, I walked in with a phone issue and Ill be honest. The issue wasnt resolved due to the phone being defective from the insurance company BUT the people in that store did everything they could and I tip my hat off to those guys. I cant thank them enough for trying so hard for me. Recommend them to everyone for their dedication.
Amazing customer service from both Amanda & Dominic!! They were helpful and patient with me as I was trying to decide what plan and phone to choose for my first solo plan. Gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision and even ended up staying an hour past closing to make sure I was completely satisfied!! Love this location
I was told insurance was mandatory on my new phone for the first 30 days (it isnt) and was put into a new higher plan when I made it clear that wasnt what I needed. Called Sprint Corporate after receiving my first bill and they put me in the appropriate plan and now I am playing $60 less per month than what this store offered. Go to one of the other 100 sprint resellers in the area.
This is overall the best sprint store and the staff is amazing :)

Great store to go to if youre interested in being robbed. New manager Sinan is less than useless and the employee Matt told me wife to Google it when she asked for the regional number. All this after fighting for a YEAR paying for a phone we dont even have. Upgraded a phone last year and the store claimed we didnt return the phone and theyve been charging us. Dont get angry that your being robbed theyll tell you to leave and threaten to call the police. Long story short this location will rob you and talk to you like an idiot until you are furious.

This store has a good customer service. I had a problem with the old management stuff from last year, when they missed up my order and my account but with the current manager Justin everything was different, he was very helpful and he solved my problem with my upgrade that I need. Good job team Warren .

We switched to Sprint from At&t and saved over $50 a month plus free hulu and AAA membership. We worked with Sander at the 12 and mound location. He was great to work with and did everything for us. Very knowledgeable staff and very easy to work with.

Yes this store was good at selling the merchandise and all friendly. But the are deceiving as in they told us by buying the Sprint drives which we got 3 cause supposedly would save us money. And they were $5.00 a month which they told us when we were at the store. Also mentioning they told us we don’t have to use them it’s just to get a better dea on our bill. Well as I just found out from sprint customer service not only is it $5.00 a month they charge us each drive $10 for insurance on them. The representative Anthony or manager did not mention. And we did not save money on our bill. With the terrible service from sprint; not a good family plan at all from them. Bad experience and deceiving employees.
First of all I got a new phone at this store and they are very good at what they do. These other Google Reviews are from people that only log onto Google and write mainly bad reviews and call people bad names.They are awesome people here and Andy took care of me very well, I was not ripped off and will continue to come back to this store.

Sander was awesome! He spent nearly 2 hours trying to upgrade my phone and it wouldnt go through! Then of course he figured it out and I walked out of there with my new phone. Hes really helpful I would go see him anytime!
Team members of this store will mention upsells on phone accessories that will discount your total phone cost. They will blatantly lie to your face to make the sale same day, I did exactly as they stated and no discount was applied. They went as far as to say it would take a month or two to apply, they are borderline criminal at this location, save yourself the headache.
The new manager Amanda is awesome. Isaac is helpful as well, always get good service with those two. So far, because of them this is my favorite sprint store.

We were looking to change from one of the big phone companies with the giant bill (you know who it is). We decided to give Sprint a try. I did a little research on which store to go too and I could not have made a better choice. We came in about 30 minutes before closing, the staff was accommodating and welcomed us in. Amanda answered all questions my wife and I had and informed is that they had some special promotions starting the next day that would greatly benefit us.So Amanda said she would be in the store at 8:30 the next morning and we could meet her there at 9. The store hours stated that they didnt open til 10, so she went above and beyond what she had to do to make sure that our switch was enjoyable.Two days in and my wife and I love our Galaxy 8+ phones all thanks to Amanda and the staff at this location.If you have Sprint and have problems or if you are looking to switch, go see Amanda she will fix you up with what you need and will answer all your questions and make sure you are satisfied and have a great experience.

Incompetence at its finest...We wasted 18 months with this company. For starters every person from the sales rep to the Managers have all lied about everything. Abouy specials, promotions, services, billing. Absolutely horrible. Paid our in auto pay never late, finally just paid off the phones unlocked them and now we are at Verizon.Their truly unlimited plan is as unlimited of a plan you can get. Their 4GLTE is a joke. Not once in 18 months had I ever been able to successfully use my Internet service when leaving my home wifi. Not once. It gave me flashbacks of the dial up era.Nothing but service and billing issues from day one. Go to Verizon stay far away from this company as possible. Money is no concern but service, quality reception and Internet was a #1 for our family. You wont get any of that at Sprint. All Sprint offers is credits everytime you call in. I dont want credits I want service that works. #SlowestInternetEver #DroppedCallsAllDayLong #ShittiestServiceEver

I always feel like an inconvenience whenever I come in. They have changed people so much and the good ones that I did like either left or got let go. Im not the most tech savvy, but I feel like an even bigger moron whenever I come in here just because of the way Im talked to. The only reason I go here is because its the closest place around. Im not a fan.
I would advise everybody to stay away from this Sprint store I have placed an order for a phone and then called to cancel about a week later and he wants to charge me a restocking fee for something I never picked up there is much better Sprint stores just drive a little bit more the people that work there are big a holes or just stay clear and never talk to Anthony the sales guy hes a crook also he tried to put me on a higher plan and also tell me that I have to have insurance for 30 days before I cancel against a rhythm this horrible place

Extremely unhappy with the service here. Have insurance on my phone. Dropped phone off for a diagnostic test. When I came back they said there was nothing wrong with my phone so there was nothing they could do. Was told to go to the Apple Store. I went to the Apple Store and they fixed my phone right away. Worried about the guy that had my phone when the Apple rep told me that the rep at the Sprint store added his personal email account to my phone which there was no reason for in the first place. Upon looking at the email found some very disturbing emails that were highly offensive and very Racist. Found out about an employee at there Perrysburg store named Ryan that was fired just in case they dont believe I have the emails. Want to get to the bottom of why his personal email account was put on my phone in the first place. Maybe next time he should delete the account before he gives a phone back. I will be following up on why this was done at all. Thanks for nothing...I will be watching very closely for any suspicious activity or fraud.

Very pour service was told one thing by one person and 4 days later a whole diff story per the lady manager she didnt want to even try and help me hung up from her called customer service and my new phone with 0 down was on its way. Stay away from sprint
