I just bought my first (used) car at Waldorf Chevy and it was a great experience. I highly recommend going to this dealership for your used car needs. Mark (my salesman) was extremely polite, kind, and helpful. He even killed a spider in the car I bought after my test drive! He took time to move all my belongings from my trade in to my new car while I was signing papers. Jentry (sales manager) and Marcus (finance manager) were also very helpful and polite. They made buying the car a breeze and answered all the (hundreds) of questions I had. Absolutely would come here again in the future.

I called to schedule an appointment to bring my car in for routine service. Why bother with appointments when the customer gets there, the dealership has no record of the appointment. Although I was still seen for service, next time all they departments need to communicate with each other. Communication is the key.

While the people were cordial enough, it took 2.5x the time it should have. I was told 1.5 hrs for the oil change, tire rotation, and fuel filter change. In actuality, it took very close to 5 hours!!! This is absolutely REDICULOUS! And this wasnt the first time. Last time, with just an oil change and tire rotation it took over 3.5 hours.

Atmosphere is very comfortable for waiting customers. I was able to tend to meetings on my computer. Service Representative was EXTREMELY hospitable, professional, and engaging. Kept me informed on every step throughout this process; 10 stars!!!

I was very happy that they were able to take my truck the same day, without an appointment. They diagnosed the problem correctly and corrected it..Pricing can always be extreme with dealerships, which is why many folks try to go elsewhere for many of the repairs. Wish there were more offered coupons floating around cause I would definitely bring my truck back where I trust they know my vehicle.

Vehicle (2017 Cruze) was brought in due to TSB for cracked pistons, since this was a known problem enough for you to put out the TSB was looking for Chevy/GM to fix it, instead only received a 10% off offer. Vehicle was 4yrs old with only 110,000 miles. Never the less, I now have to get rid of the vehicle since I dont have $4k laying around. Maybe next time.

Extremely poor, wasted my time giving you my business. David was great did nothing wrong. But poor communication from Management. Drove all the way from Massachusetts. Saw pictures and gave me a price. If I didn’t drive that far wouldn’t have settled and got the truck. I was not offered my accessories rebate. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau, Chevy Corporate, and Attorney General Office.

I drove to Waldorf Chevy Cadillac desiring to trade my 2011 Silverado for a newer Z71 version. While pulling up I was met by a member of their sales team - Jessie. He was a joy to be around. The entire experience felt like I was hanging out with a friend over the weekend. We evaluated different vehicles and discussed options. Although I knew the final price of my selection, I would prefer to have known more financing details earlier in the process. Overall, the experience was Great! Had a great experience with my car buying process . After being mishandled at several other dealerships I felt comfortable and taken care of at WaldorfChevy and Cadillac. The rebates were amazing on the new vehicles, and Robert Dent was great . He understood that I had a budget I wanted to stick to, worked with me on finding the best vehicle within that price range and made sure I walked off the lot with my new Chevy Equinox. Robert Dent is a great salesman! He had our requested vehicle ready for us in front of the dealership when we arrived and immediately let us take it for a test drive. The process was very smooth and he was able to keep the monthly lease amount slightly below what I wanted. He is a tremendous asset and needs to be kept for a long time.

I was very happy that they did everything to accommodate me with my issue with coming to the dealership.

1.When I arrived, I was told I had to pay more than what my quoted price was.2. I paid for an oil change, tire rotation, and some work to be completed on my front hub and bearings that went bad. I assumed all the work was complete.3. I got into my car and noticed that the oil gauge was not reset. I checked the oil and it was dirty. I went back and asked the manager to check my oil. He suggested we put the car on the lift to see if the filter was new. Come to find out the filter was not changed and my oil had never been changed even though I paid my money. If I did not follow my intuition and have them check my oil, I would have went on my road trip with old oil that would have caused me to have other engine issues. I would not recommend this dealer or pay dealer prices if I’m not going to receive dealer work.

David Cox was the salesman that helped me get my first new car ever!!! He and all of the staff at the dealership were Amazing, very polite, quick, helpful all around great Experience. I was in and out in about 3 hours with my Brand new 2021 Trailblazer I call it Blaze I highly recommend going here if you are in the market for a new vehicle!!!

One star is far too many. Had the absolute worst experience with this dealershit. Car had tons of problems, zero of which have been rectified by the dealer. I left several messages, none of which were returned. Just received a check in the mail and found out they never activated my service plan, so now I have no protection for the lemon they sold me. Will be contacting BBB. Whatever you do, dont buy a car from this place.

Final update: Waldorf took care of all the issues and have shown me again why they deserve 5 stars.Update : I final got a hold of someone from finance. I was sent paper work to fill out and after sending it back I have been ghosted for a week. The big question I asked was what is the eta of the process. I will update when I get more info. After buying 3 cars and having family members buy cars there i have to remove my 5 star rating. The sales staff was awesome and got me into the car i wanted. When it comes to the support staff that is another issue. First issue my car was registered in the wrong state. My temp tag expired and i was told they couldnt give me another one and they are not sure how long it would take to get registration. I now have a new car i cant drive. I call my salesman and he worked hard to to get this issue figured out and got me another temp tag. Well next temp tag expired and no word from dealership. This time i decided to trade car in someplace else so i can maybe drive my new car. New battle is trying to get a hold of someone from finance to see if i get money back for registration or not. Maybe a review will work. This is no knock against the sales staff they did and awesome job.

Well, it really surprised me how Bill handle this issue on the truck, he is really awesome.
