I hate that I have to write this review but I can’t in good conscience not let others know about my experience. The customer service is top-notch and everyone is very nice and very professional in my experience. However, I receive emails from them quite frequently about services they are suggesting to their customers. After doing some more research I realized a lot of the services that they’re offering are price gouging their customers. They are charging $106 to do a interior cabin air filter replacement. I went to AutoZone bought a $10 filter and was able to replace it on my own within five minutes. I have pictures and video to back this up. I didn’t appreciate the fact that they are trying to convince their customers that they are offering honest service because they’re not. There is nothing honest about charging $106 for some thing that is very easy for individual owners to do. It’s the responsibility of a good technician and a good company to inform their owners of ways of saving money especially in these uncertain and difficult times. I will not be returning back to their repair shop. Knowing that they price gouge people upsets me because I know that they’ve taken advantage of me and I don’t want them to do that to anyone else. If you’re able to, try to use a small business owner who you know will try to get you the best possible price. I no longer have a warranty on my vehicle and I do not intend on renewing any type of warranty because there’s no point to it so I will be using a different facility from now on. Very disappointed.
The VW service department is top notch.I am so pleased with the quality service I received over the course of the last 2 days. From scheduling my service appointment with Michelle, speaking with Isaac in parts, checking in with Mike and going over service options with Lisa, my entire experience was fantastic. Although nice their service department is extremely sloww Be prepared to be there for around an hour and a half easily for a simple oil change. Every time I go, I think it may have gotten better but they continue to suck the time out of my day no matter what day or time I schedule my service for! My service call today was for 9:30a.m. I am currently still waiting and writing this review at 11:17 a.m. with no completion in sight.
Do not purchase a vehicle here!!! Once you buy and walk out, they ignore you if you have issues with the new vehicle. Been over two months and they have yet to send off for our title, registration and license plate, just to mention some of the simple issues. Every time you call, no one is never there. They take messages but they do not return calls. Next step will be having our lawyer contact them to get a response. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!
My girlfriend was purchasing her first car and we had been trying to find simple numbers for weeks around DC as we wanted to buy a car outright asap. Finally found this dealership by chance and not only did we get numbers within 10 minutes but they were way more friendly and helpful than any other dealership Ive ever dealt with. Super nice, fast response, if there was any delay in response they would FOLLOW UP and say there was a delay. The salesperson, Eric, was very knowledgeable about the cars features and mentioned differences between other cars if we had owned them prior (this is a first for me, many salespeople dont seem to know much about the vehicles at other dealerships). No arguments, simple negotiations, there was a slight discrepancy they took care of instantly, beat the price of everyone else and even if they had only matched I probably wouldve chose them based on all the other amazing qualities and friendly nature.If you want a car TODAY I would not hesitate to contact this dealership immediately and talk to Eric. He got us the best deal in the world the night before and we drove 250 miles to pick it up the next day. Thats how much it was worth to us. Highly recommend this dealership. No tricks at all.
Beware of this dealership! They ran my credit without my consent three days after I said no deal! Called to complain and all they tried to do sweep it under rug by trying to persuade me with these ridiculous numbers. Never will I go back to this dealership! Go to Sheehy Volkswagen in Virginia where they are transparent and not SNEAKY like this dealership!
Service members were great and courteous. Service was as expected. Only gripe is would have been nice to plug my eGolf in to charge when they were done. I live about 50 miles away so had to go charge it afterward to make it home. Also had to return my seat to its original position. Believe it was raised up and slid back so took me a few adjustments to get it where I need it.
When I called the service department this morning to let them know I was having overheating issues with my 2018 Atlas, they immediately got me in for an appointment. I spoke with Michelle and she also quickly informed me they would be keeping my vehicle and giving me a loaner vehicle so that I didnt have to pick my kids up in a vehicle that was overheating. She even gave me a vehicle with the bucket seats and third row so that I was obtaining the same experience as my Atlas. Once I got there, Michelle said I am glad you got here safely which was amazing to hear at all, and then she quickly got to filling out my paperwork. Everyone inside made this drop off safely and quickly. Their customer service was immaculate, and I dont know how anyone could give them a bad review.. I am thankful for all of them!
Maybe I was lucky but I am surprised by some of the negative reviews. This was my first experience with Ourisman VW and I am always skeptical of dealerships as I usually do most of my regular maintenance myself but I wanted to get my new car serviced at the dealer for the first few maintenance cycles. I was very happy with the service at Ourisman VW of Waldorf. They were quick, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Never tried to sell me anything. Did the work I asked for and did it well. If I received this type of service all the time at dealerships, I may stop doing my own maintenance. I will be bringing my VW back to Ourisman.
Had a 1 pm oil change and it took them 3.5 hours to do it. Didnt not bring out my car until I asked why it was taking so long.
I am updating my previous review (see below). Since my review I was contacted by the dealership and they found a way to honor their initial agreement.Previous review: Even though I was very excited and happy about my New VW Tiguan, this dealership where I bought it at, choose to NOT honor the 10,000 and 20,000 mile oil change care even though I have it in writing and signed with approval. I would say to anyone that is buying a vehicle from this location, having something in writing is still not enough and good luck! They were unwilling to work this out.
I had an excellent experience, Lamarr and the rest of his team were incredibly helpful and patient, and worked hard to make sure I ended up with exactly what I was looking for.
Had some doubts going out due to COVID 19But when got to the dealer everyone had masks and gloves on . They sanitized my car and I really appreciated it . THEY EVEN SANITIZED THE PEN BEFORE AND AFTER I USED IT. They have earned a customer for life. The I think service manager Lisa is her name she was fantastic. I highly recommend this dealer.
I am new to the area as I just relocated to Waldorf from Germany. Mr. Jonathan Thomidis, was extremely helpful on my servuce call to include on a separate occasion got me seen for a unforseen issue to my car before closing time. Great service....thank you!
I apologize because I only remember one of the guys names and that’s Jonathan Thomidas. He and all the other employees are extremely kind. I’ve been coming to this dealership for a year now and I’ve never had a problem. I’ve had nothing but exceptional customer service. The employees in the service department are literally the best! They all need a raise! Thank you guys for always doing your best and much more!
The sales team at the Volkswagen dealership of Waldorf, MD, is a set of very diverse people, who are very friendly, understanding and take the time to listen to your needs and make a good deal for a new car happen. They have a good vibe going on in the shop with 70s and 80s music, which (no pun intended was music to my ears) :-) My situation was a bit off the norm, but the team, especially Mr. Jennings and the head sales manager Mr. Hayek, took the time to listen and helped me out professionally and very patiently. They offered me an excellent price on the Kelly Bluebook trade in value of my previous Volkswagen model that was above other dealerships and their meager offers and they also gave me an excellent discount on a new top of the line 2021 VW Tiguan R Line model with all the trimmings. All in all I am very satisfied with the service, the team members, their friendliness and positive demeanor, and I felt understood and especially felt taken seriously without having been taken advantage off as is so often the case in this business. I can only wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and especially Mr. Jennings and Mr. Hayek as they are honest and do not waste your time with needless negotiating around before you get to a very attractive price that is worth serious consideration for either buying a new car and or trading in your old one or both at the same time. If it has to be a VW for you in the D.C area then the Waldorf VW dealership is the place to go and will be in the future for me as well. Period.
Bob Hayes, Moe Thiam & the very helpful finance expert were all fantastic. Their no-nonsense & respectful approach made it a stress-free experience. Everyone did a great job explain things and providing good options at each step in the process. In the future when my family needs a car, I will call Bob & Moe first.
Ourisman VW on Crain highway in Waldorf, Md is a makeshift dealership with a very poor customer service. I dropped my jetta 2001 on a wednesday morning because the window on the driver side could not come up. They charged $796 to change the window regulator. Mike in services told me he will call me the following day when my car is ready. He failed to do so and I called them only for him to tell me that the part they recieved was for another car but he will get my car ready the FOLLOWING day, which is friday. Waited all morning long no call. When I called to check, Mike told me the part they recieved was not the correct window regulators and that he will order the part again and that my car should be ready the FOLLOWING day for the second time. Having missed 2 days of work with no pay, I requested my car be handed to me so that I can go to a reliable shop to it fixed. At this point, Mike and Jon at services refused to hand me my keys, until I pay a diagnostic fee of $164. They also refuse to give me a department to which I can file a complaint. Ourisman VW extorted $164 from me and treated me like a NOBODY. I need my $164 otherwise I will file a complaint with Consumer agency of Maryland and we will be on Social media on a daily basis until I recieve my money back.
Service was unfortunately less that satisfactory. I came in for a tire change covered on my vehicle warranty. The first thing I was told was that I had to call the dealership I originally bought car from myself and get the companys information so that they could go forward. I came in for a SERVICE but guess thats fine. I got the information to them and waited in the lobby a full hour before they come back and tell me the tire I need was not in stock. It took an hour to figure that out? I asked if they could call another local Volkswagen to see if it was in stock else where. I was told thats not my job to call other dealerships and do I want him to put the claim in or not? I agreed. I called two days later as suggested and was told he contacted me the same day which he did not. I wait another hour and finally come out to find a dent on my car that was not there prior. Im never using this location for service again.
John (don’t know his last name) in the service department is the man. The day before I was supposed to move cross-country in my VW I got an oil change from another mechanic elsewhere, and my check-engine light came on after the service. John dropped everything he was doing to come outside to look at my car, and although the fix was simple (the oil cap wasn’t screwed back on right causing the light to come on), John saved me because I had no idea what to do.
I would like to extend my appreciation to Troy.When I entered the lobby this morning, 4 staff members were present ( including Troy) although his back was to me. Not one employee greeted me nor asked if I could be helped.When Troy turned around, he immediately made eye contact and we engaged in conversation.Thank you sir for your excellent customer service.Were it not for you, I would never return.
So I had bought 2 CC Sports from Volkswagen. Just bought a 3rd Arteon great car but the service I got from VW Waldorf the worst I came in to pick up items and have my seats cover 4 1/2 hours.. I just left.. then I get my car tint and my husband notice it’s a chip so bought it back.. oh had car 3 days. I’m not happy or pleased by the service they give. The worst. I even met a lady she said she sat for 10 hours
I was skeptical about taking my VW into this service center due to the bad ratings however me & my son (3) received excellent service.I was properly greeted, the waiting area was clean & kid friendly!& received a complementary interior sanitizing.I haven’t seen my mats this clean in a while haha....anyway,Thank you, STEVAN.
I was super skeptical about the deal I was getting, but Aaron was super clear about the price. To my delight they gave me exactly what they said they would, I had to drive 3 hours to get there, but I was super impressed.Would highly recommend this dealership and especially Aaron, integrity in the car sales business is rare but he definitely has it.Thanks VW Waldorf.
Sadly I had to deal with a different service consultant then usual... Terrible and unorganized. I went up to drop my car off for a warranty deal and a oil change. The first day I went they knew I was coming but told me that they had no loaner for me, but again they knew I was coming. Then the next day, 20 minutes later of waiting my loaner was issued, at the end of the day I was supposed to receive a phone call about the status of my vehicle, but I didnt. So the next day (today) comes around. I go to pick up my vehicle, and the oil change wasn’t even completed, after I told the service consultant 2 times about the oil change and showed a coupon for it. So now my oil is still not changed so Ill have to drive to spring field, hopefully they can offer better services.
I purchased my car from this dealership back in January from Moe. I threatened to return the car if I did not receive a spare key. Moe promised me the key but I never received it. Every time I called they gave me the run around. When I went to pick up my tags the same thing. Then the pandemic hit and still the same thing. Very disappointed because I wouldnt have kept this vehicle.
Great dealership, everyone is friendly, I recommend Moe! He took great care of me and genuinely cares, stayed respectful and is understanding. Definitely come and ask for Moe if you are looking to buy a car!!!! Thank You Moe !!!
Pretty sweet, It is super easy to get an appointment via going in person and most recently doing it through their website. I have an old used 09 Jetta that needed some work and they have always done a diagnostics, point out whats wrong with my vehicle and the prices along with it and got it fixed ASAP. S/O to Hunter the shuttle guy, nice young charismatic man and to Gary and Jonathan If i ever buy a new car, itd most definitely be here!
Let me first start off by saying THANK YOU to Lamar the Salesperson, David Brown the Finance Manager and Bob the Sales Manager they were all very very helpful during the whole process. They were able to get my fiancé and I Into our brand new 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan. I still feel like it’s a dream! From start to finish they made us feel comfortable and didn’t one time have us feeling like we weren’t apart of anything. They are funny and made this whole process so easy. We appreciate all the help from you guys. Any first time car buyers, people looking to trade I truly recommend going to these guys be sure to ask for Lamar and David Brown and Bob will be right behind him. After coming from the VW dealership in capital heights and being told all this ridiculous stuff and to come in to the VW in Waldorf to be driving away the same day is still crazy to me. I looked online and found the vehicle I wanted. I called ahead so that I could test drive the vehicle and met with Richard W. when I arrived. Richard was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took me on a route where I could see how the vehicle handled the road. My experience with Richard was top notch and no complaints about him or the vehicle itself.However, getting to the finance department took nearly 2 hours. Once I got into the finance office, me being the young guy that I am, I feel I was taken advantage of. My credit score is 750 and I told Lisa, from the finance team, that I would like to pay the vehicle off quickly; 3 years or less. The rate she gave me was 5.99% for 60 months. Looking back at it now, I am quite disappointed that she did not listen to my aspirations, and gave me a contract where I now have to pay much more in interest than I need to.Unlike home loans, paying additional amounts on the principal make little-to-no difference on the interest you pay. The interest is built into the total payment once you sign the paperwork; which is $3,068 for me. If I was given a 24-36 month finance option I would have paid a much lesser amount of interest.Of course I could have done more homework and learned about how interest on vehicles work prior to purchasing the vehicle, but that doesnt change how I feel misled and misguided. I expressed my interest on paying the loan off quickly and cannot understand why I was given such a poor rate and at 60 months.
I just want to say that I Drove 6 1/2 Hours from southern Virginia. They have the best prices and the best staff. Jay May was our Salesperson and it was the absolute best experience I have had in a car dealership. So much so I would gladly drive back for another car in the future. Id highly recommend this dealership and staff!

I had a good service experience. Gary kept me in the loop throughout the brief time my car was there with multiple phone calls. I got the car back in the promised amount of time with the correct repairs made, and they even washed it for me!
Typical car dealer hard hard sell . Advertise a low price add in like 2k of accessories and refuse to give u an on the road price..Then to make it even better they incessantly call you. 4x in 1 minute. Its easy price,, tax tags and dest fee,,,,,total... couldnt get it.A simple cash sale gone. I guess once you contact these clowns they must tell there sales folks. Dont give price and call call call. A joke.
Isaiah and Angelo made my experience wonderful. If you ever want to buy a car I would recommend buying from them. They made me feel comfortable during the car buying process and they were both thoughtful, knowledgeable and helpful the entire way through.
I purchased a new VW here from out of state (Massachusetts) in June 2019 and had a tremendous experience. The price was much lower than anything I could negotiate at other VW dealerships. Erik was my salesperson, and he and Kristin were terrifically helpful taking care of all the paperwork through the mail while I figured out how to deal with registration on my end. (My home state has an annoying prohibition against residents using temporary tags, but Erik was patient while I worked out those details.) When the time finally came for me to pick up the car, everything was ready. The car was in flawless condition and had a full tank of gas. I signed one final piece of paper, they gave me the keys, and I was on my way. In and out in five minutes... I had no idea buying a car could be so pleasant. Sincere thanks to Erik and everyone at Ourisman VW. Given a choice, I would buy this car exactly the same way again.

I visited Waldorf VW over the weekend and received superb service as usual. With my car being in for service, Keith Cox made sure that my car was completely inspected as well. The tire pressure, tire tread, and fluids were checked as well as other items listed on the sheet that I received. He also, ask if I wanted my car washed. My neighbor complemented me on how good my Reg looked. Thanks Keith Cox!
The overall experience was excellent. The sales team was great, they offered excellent deals and my 50 mile trip there was 100% worth it. Erik Rushing was by far the best and most honest sales person I’ve ever interacted with. The manager Habib Hayek was just as polite and honest as his staff. 5 stars well deserved.
I had an awesome experience here in buying my used car. The salesman Isaiah Bassett was very knowledgeable and helping with selecting and choosing and didn’t push anything on me that I didn’t want. All in all was a great time here and would like to purchase from them in the future.
Dealing with vehicle repairs, and maintenance give me a headache. At Waldorf Volkswagen, I did not have that issue. Mr. Keith Cox was very knowledgeable, and helped me with excellent customer service. The entire process was painless!

After having bad experiences with other places,I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received at this dealership. Jonathan Thomidis was exceptionally thorough, polite, and delightful. He was able to explain the work being done in a way that I could understand, being a non car savvy person. After having issues after minor work being done at past places, I was happy to see that after a short waiting period, the issue was corrected and my car was running better. The summer has put a strain on it. Im not sure what they did exactly, but consider me one satisfied patron. Best dealership in town.

The General Manager was very nice to deal with when I encountered an issue with a Sales Person. I would deal with him directly as he seemed very adamant to want to help and make things right. I appreciate his willingness to continue following up with me to work things out.
The team at VW Waldorf were very helpful and the process was straightforward. Erick Rushing the salesman who assisted my purchase was very helpful and polite, and even when there was a delay ensured it was not a painful one! Id easily refer them to anyone.
I bought a used 2015 took 4 weeks to get a part that was missing said it was waiting on manger then the day I got the part the sails man just went and got the part, I called at 6 weeks to find out where tags are the never notified me there was a recall that needs to be serviced before title can be released meanwhile temp tags almost expired, then have been calling since a week after getting the car to cancel my gap and voicemail after voicemail and excuse after excuse. I would not go here at all

The best car buying experience I have ever had. Best prices and best service. I drove 3 and a half hours to come to Waldorf Volkswagen. Bought a GTI. I spoke with Larry on the phone and he was completely straight with me. He gave me all the information I asked for and held the car for me until I could make the drive the next day. I highly recommend them!! A+

I would suggest that no one use this dealership. I brought a car at the end of June. I went in the evening before I was supposed to have surgery just looking (no knowledge on the brand but I thought a salesperson would be able to educate me). I test drove one Jetta but was not completely sold on them. They allowed me to sign (which I was pushed into) a letter of assumption to take the car home and see if I really liked it. The sales manager that night told that she had a family to go home to so she wanted to get me out the door. I was told the car had all the features that I was looking for. I did not have time to go over the car with surgery the next day and not being all there the day I had to take the car back. When I went back the salesperson and the finance people both told me the car had every feature that I was looking. Well after the guilt trip in them working so many hours with the lender and crunching numbers I signed the financing papers. The car was mine. :( Well when they went to show me how the features worked- the car did NOT have them. I tried to call the next couple of days to try to get them to take the car back (72 hour policy). The GM at the time was in Jamaica. The time was up and I was stuck in a car that I HATE!! I went later to get the tags for the car and I told the guy what happened. He informed me that there were changes with the dealership. I told him I hated the car and he told me you can always pay someone to steal it -sorry not about the fraud life. Then the best of all you could crash it- sorry but I have been in 3 major car accidents and really not about to that again. So, if you are looking at getting a VW, just DONT!!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. A simple repair ended up taking a month because they damaged my car and I still had to fix some of the repairs myself. It got so bad I just asked for the warranted parts and repaired it myself right there in the dealer lot with my own tools.
I just purchased a new Jetta at Volkswagen of Waldorf, and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Isaiah Bassett was very knowledgeable and employed a no-pressure approach that really made me feel comfortable and confident buying there. The whole team was great to deal with, and I believe they made an excellent deal that made me drive away feeling good not only about my gorgeous new car, but about the excellent package they offered me. Went in and had my oil changed and it was done in a timely manor, vehicle was washed and ready to go. Very happy with the customer service in this establishment!!! I would recommend this place to anyone driving a Volkswagen for maintanance or repair work.

Came in on Friday for a 40 K service was told it would take 2 1/2 hours it actually took me one hour and 45 minutes they also wash the vehicle And clean the inside Mike Welch my service advisor took great care of me keeping me informed of everything that was going on. they had lawn chairs outside with umbrellas which was cool they also had a free ice cream amazing time I will recommend To all my friends
The service team here is amazing! I messed up the hours and arrived to pick up my car late. Jonathan T. saw me in the lot and offered to help me get my car, even though it was after hours. The total was exactly what I was quoted even though they added extra services and it was still almost half of what I had budgeted. I will always be a lifelong VW owner through this dealership!

We spent hours as this place... the salesman asked us what we were trying to spend monthly on the car and we told him. He said if I can get you that number do I have your business today and we said yes... well after we got to the back of the building all of the guarantees we received in the front werent true. We also noticed a minor imperfection the next day, a busted driver side interior mirror. They refused to repair it. I would think after Ive spent $16,000 the least you could do is repair a mirror on a vehicle that wasnt even one day off the lot. The next time we purchase a vehicle, it will definitely not be from a dealership. Online is the way to go. I wish i knew that before this happened.
Absolutely excellent service! My sales person Erik kept me informed and always had an awesome attitude. Through the whole process he was always accessible even if he wasnt at work that day. The business manager Juan answered all of my questions (and there was a lot of them, lol) and never seemed frustrated. I really feel like I got a great deal along side great service.~Moni

I brought my girlfriends car into Waldorf Volkswagen a few days ago, and I was surprised that I actually received great customer service. My girlfriend complained before about this place, but this time went much better. Not sure who helped her last time, but Keith Cox assisted me, and I was glad he actually knew what he was talking about!
Service was absolutely terrible I took my car there for a huge water leak paid the diagnostic fee which was about $171. Just for them to tell me there was no leak and I need to dry the carpet for app $1500..they wouldn’t give me a refund..I took the car to another VW dealership and they found the leak within an hour..I wasted $171 and my time which is more valuable than money..DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIER SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!
I get my Passat serviced at the dealership because I believe that their service should be the best I can get to maintain my vehicle. I drive the 100 mile round trip to do so. I get courteous service from the front desk. More later

I rarely ever post a review....I know, thats terrible right? But, this my effort to right this wrong. I received the best service from the professionals that work at Waldorf Mazada. Specifically, Eric, Lloyd, Zack (finance) and Lisa (finance) were great!. I am still enjoying my recent vehicle purchase several weeks later. Just stopped in to pick up my plates, in which they graciously offered to put them on my auto, in the rain no less! can we say awesome ! 😊😊😊😊😊

Hello,Have purchased at least 6 cars in my life and this experience has by far been the best.I was given more than courteous treatment from the beginning. Phone calls answered, and none of that lets hurry up and make a deal pressure you receive at so many places.I am an Electric car enthusiast, and was interested in the e-Golf. I spoke with Richard Whittaker and George G. months ago about this, and asked them to please notify me if they got any of them. My car had arrived and was barely off the transport truck when they called me. Richard was very knowledgeble and a genuine person. They took time to answer all my questions and even helped me return a car to a different dealership. I will recommend them to anyone who asks and will return there myself.Sincerely,John W
Horrible service! I took my car in for loss of power to my rear doors and windows and they gave me the car back with a broken a/c. When I accused them of doing something to my car they denied it. Even tried to charge me $700 for the repair of something I knew they broke. I took my car to another mechanic after I replaced the blower motor and resistor myself because the a/c still wouldn’t work. He found the problem immediately, VW put the wrong fuse in and it kept blowing. Way to go guys. I came in for my doors, why were they messing with the fuse to my a/c? Needless to say, I will never ever go back there. They tried to swindle me, luckily I wasn’t born yesterday. Now I’m stuck with these brand new car parts that I can’t send back.
Came here to solve a problem with my check engine light. I normally go to the dealer where I purchased my vehicle but came here instead because it’s closer to my home. Big mistake. Was quoted $390 (afyer waiting over three hours for diagnostics) and paid $177, having been told the amount would be taken off my total once the work was completed. When I came back today to have the work finished I was told I was misquoted by Christina, that my new balance was $395 and the previous amount was not ever meant to be deducted. Either this place is incompetent, shady, or both. I always feel defensive as woman when I go into shops because I worry I’ll be ripped off, and this is precisely why. Never come here. Go to the Alexandria or Springfield dealerships instead.I will say that Gary at the desk is very nice and seems aware that there are lots of completely ridiculous things occurring at this location.

Charged a high labor rate and did not put my car back together correctly. I do not live in Waldorf and the refused to make allowance for their mistake unless I brought the car back to them. Not going to happen.
My husband and I went in to VW waldorf on Saturday. we were approached by a salesman by the name of Erik Rushing. He was so nice and down to earth. After he showed me the car i wanted.. I was still a little apprehensive. I needed to think about. he called me Monday and I said Ill pass and he completely understood. but as I was driving home today. I couldnt get the care and attention Mr.Erik showed my husband and I. needless to say I bought the car!!! not b/c he was pushy but b/c Mr.Erik was kind and his type of customer service is hard to find. Thank you so much for all your help. Our growing family couldnt be happier. Well have to stop by after baby Williams arrives!!! thank you again.

Aaron, Juan and Joe were great. Saw a pre-owned Mercedes in the front row on Saturday and drove it home Sunday. This is the second Mercedes Ive bought there. They have great inventory and internet prices are very good. Very easy to work with.
Kudos to your Service Department, especially Brittnee, who was over the top in professionalism and knowledge. I know nothing about how cars work and was relieved when she could explain what was being done in laymans terms. Brittnee made my experience a good one, which will definitely mean that I will return.
The service department should do a better job with training new employees! I had the worse experience with this service department. The total bill was very different than what I was quoted and the check engine light was still on when I picked up my vehicle. They claimed that they replaced a part, but my vehicle had the same symptoms when I picked it up. I called management and left messages to return my call but I’m still waiting! I wouldn’t recommend this VW Dealership for service related issues!
Went into to look around at a couple of VWs and used the help of a Mr.Richard Whitaker, Beyond helpful and friendly and turns out he had sold my cousin her VW 9 years prior and whos car is still on the road today. Had a great experience, and would definitely recommend this dealership and Richard if you are looking to purchase a new car.
My car buying experience here was as painless as it could have possibly been. Salesman, John Deare, was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. The staff is polite and professional. Even with questionable credit history, they treat you with kindness and respect. Zachary in the finance department is amazing. Not only did they get me into the car I wanted, I got a newer model than I expected! I love my 2016 Jetta!!!

This dealership really has some problems, especially in the service department. I could go into a lot of detail, but I’ll just summarize instead. I took my GTI in due to a failing trunk latch. The first time they told me it was fixed, I drove an hour to pick up the car, only to find out it wasn’t fixed, so I hopped back in my loaner and drove home. 28 days later, they finally figured out what the problem was and had to order the part from Germany, so I was able to pick up and drive my car while waiting 4 weeks to get the part in. Another four weeks after that, the problem was finally fixed.Where the problems are:- it took their “experienced” staff 4 weeks to figure out the problem.- during that time, it was difficult to get regular updates. I had to call, sometimes multiple times a day, to actually talk to someone who could give me an update and sometimes they would even call me back.- they scratched my car in the process, which then took them an extra week to fix that problem.- when I took my car back to be fixed the second time, they failed to mention they needed the spare key as well in order to test the fix, so they had to send one of their drivers on an hour drive to pick the key up from me. This was essentially another day they didn’t work on my car.- when they were having the scratch “fixed”, I was told it was in the body shop, only to find out at the end of the week they actually had someone spend 5 minutes fixing the problem.These are just a few things that I had a problem with, but will say that the new service director reached out to me and is using the information I provided to address the issues. I was greatful she called to find out where the problems were and am hopeful she can address these issues so other customers don’t experience these same types of problems. Whether I will return here or not after some time is yet to be determined.

Had an amazing experience here buying my Jetta. Isaiah was the most personable person I’ve ever purchased a car from. He worked with me finding the car I wanted even though it was at another dealership. The entire staff worked very hard to find the best deal that met all my requirements. Only hiccup is my out of state plates but it wasn’t their fault but the state I’m getting my plates from. Even after the sale they are still working hard to keep the satisfaction high. Very impressed with everyone at Outisman. Isaiah, you’re awesome man. Thank you for everything!

Just got my car service and the little young boys that move the cars had no mask on!!!! This is not safe. apparently Volkswagen is not concerned about the public health and safety !!
