YES... YES...YES! They are always so friendly and helpful! They have never pushed products on me but will make suggestions. It is always neat and clean.

I will NEVER spend my MONEY ON MAC MAKE UP AGAIN! The customer service is terrible and the staff should be re-trained on how to great customer as soon they walk in, and be polite and courtesy. MAC fails to realize that customers do not NEED them, but MAC NEEDS THE CUSTOMERS! It is very disheartening to go to the MAC counter to be brushed off and blown off. And its unacceptable! I will never support this business, the women act like you are doing them a favor by you coming in to purchase things. As a African American female, why should I spend my hard earned money to be treated like trash? MAC DO NOT FORGOT, THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONES WHO PAY YOUR BILLS AND YOUR STAFF! HOW ABOUT THE CEO OF MAC GO UNDER COVER AND SEE HOW THE EMPLOYEES TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS! And for what one week, if we all do not go to MAC, lets see how much business will drop!
