I have been coming to this salon in Waldorf for 11 years now and my hair always looks great when they are finished. My two favorite stylist are master stylist and they are fabulous! I highly recommend this salon.

I have been going to Cherolynn for over 2 years now. She is working with my natural hair and growing it out after color and heat damage. She is on time and will text just to check in.

Best appointment Ive had at salon. Let me preference, I dont go to the salon often. But when I do its usually JC Penneys in Waldorf because they have master stylist who take care of my natural hair. Because of COVID-19, the numbers of clients that can be served at one time is limited. I understand this is difficult for the stylist, but I had the least waiting time, a focused stylist who wasnt being pulled in several directions, and a reasonable appointment length I could plan my day around. We can all can have access to that boutique appointment experience. Danni is a knowledgeable master stylist who does a great job.

She asked me my opinion a couple of times too, which I appreciated since my daughter isnt old enough to give feedback. All of the staff were friendly. Affordable cut as well (child price). Terrible place to make appointments. one stylist on duty, unreal!!! They never answer phone. tried 14 times on labor day..Other days takes forever..Get your act together JC penny and hire someone to answer phones.... think I will find a new place....Love my stylist but this is crazy.

Yeah theyre a bit understaffed, but the employees do their best. They were honestly wonderful people and my hair looked amazing afterwards. If youre going to blame anyone, blame upper management for neglecting them.

The lady that cut my hair had no idea what she was doing. No one there seems to. They need to close. I would give zero stars if Icould.
