Waldorf is not a great store—it’s small and understaffed, but the staff I’ve dealt with have been wonderful, especially Princess. She was very polite and understanding with three customer groups at 5 minutes to closing (anyone checking the Google listing for hours should know they close at 9, not 9:30) and tried to help everyone.There should be two people on staff at closing—we all could have been assisted and on our way much faster if there were two staff members.

It’s a cool store staff is always nice; however they should consider hiring more staff it’s always one person on the floor while the other is at lunch. They are low inventory especially RIHANNAS collection. Other than that the staff is very friendly so I’m giving 4stars to the staff for their customer service.

The staff is friendly but the store is never stocked with products. I have been trying to get rihanna foundation but they dont even have the sample on display. They need a better system to operate by because the store looks like trash.

Small store with little inventory. The staff is nice and usually happy to help but it has varied from day to day. I am a member of the Play! by Sephora and the staff isnt kept up to date with the monthly products that are sent out. I dont know if that fault lies with the staff or the company but it would be extremely helpful if they staff knew about the monthly products so customers could have questions answered about them. I understand with a product line so vast that this isnt always possible but youd think that the staff would be familiar with the five products that are sent to its customers every month. Overall, not an ad Sephora but Id rather shop online.

While they dont have everything and it is small, its Sepohora IN a JC Penny, so obviosly, they cant have everything. Recently purchased foundation and mascara - employee spent 25 min trying to match me. I suggest going in the middle of week and evenings. Saturday suck in retail- it just is the way it is

The store is really small and poorly stocked. When I went there was only one person working in the store. She was helping another customer but there were other people in the store waiting too. Ive been to multiple Sophoras and this one is the worse. Ill just purchase my items online.
