If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I spent 300$ on a human hair wig, I took it home took it out of the package and there was BUGS in it. I took it back to the store and told them and they said they will NOT give me my money back. They WILL be hearing from my lawyer. Its absolutely disgusting

Great place to get any type of hair and hair products. I was looking for human crochet hair and they have it. Its expensive but I was amazed they had it.

I love beauty for you, a young lady named Dynasty helped me she was very respectful and knew her job. She also helped my daughter, whenever we shop there we look for her.

Customer service is trash! Management doesn’t hold employees accountable for their attitudes and unprofessionalism. When complaining to the manager he thought it was funny. Way better beauty supply stores in the area, don’t waste your money, time or energy here. NOT WORTH IT!

Even though all the restaurants and business are open, this place still refuses to allow women like my wife to try on wigs before purchasesing it. Not very good customer service if you ask me. She found another wig establishment that does comply with the current mandated law to allow women to try on wigs pre-COVID. You just lost a customer 😕!!!

YOURE WARNED THEY FOLLOW HERE SMH. I was in here for about 20 minutes. Not once was I asked for help during my trip here, which would have helped seeing how I walked around for ten minutes looking for the section with the hair rollers. I was also followed by some young man who works at the store. I find it odd that the store clerk was restocking in every section I was visiting. And to paint a better picture, my bag was a small clutch: small enough for a mini ipad. Much different experience compared to the one located in Woodbridge, Va. And Im writing this while currently in the store. Wont be visiting this location again

I pulled up 10 minutes before they were supposed to close, there’s a girl standing at the door but I try my luck anyway since I had 10 minutes even though the site says they close at nine. She asked the manager if she could let me in I simply just wanted a pair of eyelashes and I had my money in my hand and I watched him turn me away he had 10 whole minutes and from what the Internet said he had an hour. Rude and unprofessional

They have everything here. The only place I shop now for hair products. Got my daughters first wig here. The lady was wonderful with my daughter.

First time in this location and they were very rude. The two young ladies who worked at the cash register had very nasty attitudes with my young daughter and I and also from the time we got in the store followed us around the whole time, we had no bags only small fanny packs on our waist my daught us only 15 and my son 8. I will never come here again. I never had a problem like this at any other location this was a horrible experience and unacceptable. They need better training!!!!

Nice, clean, well lit. The service is great and they really try to supply the items you need. There is always someone willing to assist. They offer a huge selection of hair supplies. If you are in ti wigs, they have a huge selection. The aisle are very accessible and easy to maneuver with a shopping cart, with that being said it is very accessible for wheelchair patrons. If you are unable to reach something, the employees are right there to assist. Great shopping experience. I will continue to shop here and highly recommend you to try it!!

I used to love this shop. I have been going there for years. Spent lots of money. I am a business owner myself. When customer comes in my store for a return as the owner if it’s an even exchange and over the 30 days I will bend the rule if I can clearly see the package has not been open because why my customers are important to me and I care. I will never give my business to this company again. I bet if I left the return he would have gladly restocked and sold it again.

I love that there is a variety of products, although I am personally more inclined to more all-natural products. Some of the staff are very helpful and others have no customer service skills, especially the young ladies who work the front desk and chose to talk about their personal lives rather than assist a customer genuinely in need of help finding the right product.

This place has fell down hill. Many of the young sales associates are too busy talking to one another that they don’t acknowledge the customer. They continue their inappropriate conversations while helping you (when they finally acknowledge you). I’m all for employing the young but they need to learn basic customer service skills. Niesha ...niecy (or whatever her name is) was very rude and while I tried to explain what I wanted, continued to correct me (rudely) and suggest things she thought I should have vice what I told her I wanted and roll her eyes while doing it. It’s sad that this place employs young black women to bring the black consumer but when those consumers come in, the young women are rude to their own. Please correct this’d and train employees on customer service!

The last couple of times I went, I’ve found that one of the men that works there is very rude to employees. He is obviously their superior & he seemed like a bully. Not to mention, he is never kind to customers, either. I won’t be back.

OMG!!!!....This is the Best beauty supply store Ive ever been to. This store is very organized and clean. The staff was nice and friendly. Will definitely visit again.

I’m from out of town, but I absolutely love the store. The prices are a bit expensive in comparison to other beauty stores, but I still purchase the items there. They have a large selection of merchandise and just about every product line. In addition, the store is neat and very organized. However, in most cases nothing is perfect. My biggest issue with the store is, I don’t like being followed by workers and constantly being asked “ do you need help with something? ” I don’t mind this question once, but consistently becomes annoying. Everyone isn’t a thief and I certainly don’t fit the description. If you are worried about theft, put alarms on each of your products. Like other stores, even if the product cost only $1.00. Save yourself the stress, of worrying about if every African American person is stealing. Some of us work hard for our money and BUY what we want. Don’t deter good customers from supporting your business. This behavior will stop people from supporting the store.

Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of this place. It definitely is tone death when it comes to women of color and I am not going to be spend my money where I am not wanted or desired as a human being.

The ladies are helpful and activately LOOKS to see if anyone needs help. I love that. The customer service has come a long way.

I will never spend any more pennies in this place!!!! I spent over 100.00 here all at once. One of the items that I bought, a nail file machine cost 30.00 was a gift for my niece who’s in college. I sent her the gift and it didn’t work at all. She sent it back and when I returned the product I didn’t have the receipt on hand but pulled my bank account receipt and the manager refused to return it saying he didn’t know if it was their product or not. He was unprofessional and very rude. When I asked him for his business ID he gave me their phone number, and told me to get in contact with the manufacturer because he would not be giving me any refund or store credit. He also said the merchandise was discontinued. Don’t Shop Here!!!!

I love the size and variety of products you can get here. Depending on what you are looking for the prices range from inexpensive to I have to save for this. I like going here for my nail stuff and my pedicure stuff.

If you looking for wigs, clip one, weaves they have them in every color you can think of . Most of there products are reasonably priced.

They offer military discount. Though its only 5% its better than none.

If they do not have i t....you do not need it.😂
