I was looking for some hair products and decided to search for a African American owned beauty shop and I ran across Natty Locks. I gave the owner a call because of the pandemic I was not sure if she was open for business. We talked on the phone for about a good 20 minutes and I told her what I was experiencing pertaining my hair and face and she knew exactly what to recommend me. She test all her products before she sell them and she’s very knowledgeable on all her products. She has a wonderful demeanor, easy to talk to and breaks down everything for you to understand clearly. I would recommend every African American citizen in Southern MD and Prince George’s County to visit her store ASAP
I cannot for the life of me figure out how salons manage to stay in business with such poor customer service. I dont care how talented you are, if you treat your clients poorly I cannot give you my money. My sister referred me here after a great experience. I was given the number to text the owner for pricing on a particular style I wanted. She seemed very nice and professional...at first. After making my appointment with her I asked one final question inquiring as to why the hair price was higher for my appointment than it was for my sister who was there a week prior. No response. I left it alone. I called 2 weeks later on a Wednesday to cancel my appointment that was for Saturday, and requested a call back so I could reschedule for the following week. No call back, no confirmation my message was received. I called again Thursday, same thing. So I sent a text to the same number that I used for the initial correspondence...no response. Waste my time you will not.
Great customer service, also the place has a very good energy and vibe to it. The owner makes u feel welcomed. Will be coming back!!
