I scheduled an online appointment to have my brakes/rotors inspected at 4PM. I arrived and was told by a technician that he would take care of my car in a few minutes. Then the front desk guy told me I had to reschedule because they dont take appointments for brakes at 4PM. My questions is: Why was the appointment available online? Maybe mr. tire should make these type of appointments unavailable for that time. Now I have to take off of work the next day to get my car serviced. No thank you! I will take my business elsewhere, where my time is respected.

The technicians and customer service professionals at Mr. Tire in Waldorf, MD always do a great job when I need an auto repair. I have had an oil pan replacement, always get my oil changes there, air condition diagnostic and repair as well as tires. Each time, the service was handled professionally and was well done and to my satisfaction. Great customer service techs who always work to do their best and fit you in for any service. Rick and Arthur always aim to please their customers.

My car was left a mess and dirty. They did not use any courtesy on keeping the mechanics dirt out of my car. No paper mat. Visible oil soot on the steering wheel, door, and gear shift. It took alot of time and energy to clean the mess left behind.

The experience was fine. I was just a little disappointed in the price. My oil change was roughly $80. However, the people were really friendly and they dont control the pricing.

I rated a 4 star due to their on line appt. scheduling not working. I scheduled the night before and received a confirmation e-mail. When I showed up 15 mins prior to my appt. I was informed that the online scheduling was not working properly. Other the above the service and customer service was awesome. I will return again to this location in Waldorf, MD-Mall Circle Rd. I needed new tires on this past Sunday due to a blowout. Kevin was awesome. He was pleasant on the phone, accommodating and offered a competitive price for 2 unexpected tires. I felt comfortable with his store and the services being rendered. I will definitely use this store again.

I was quite pleased with the service they provided. During my initial visit they were courteous and there was a very short wait. I got an oil change. There was a modification that had been done bolt of the oil pan. They took me to the shop and showed me where a previous service shop had replaced the bolt without telling me. The gasket that had been put on was loose so they replaced it and assured that I had no leaks. I was very satisfied with the service and I will be returning in the future.

Been here three times, and the experience has been phenomenal each time. My wifes car was done by the time they said it would be, about 1.5 hours. My other car went on the rack for an alignment, but Kevin, the supervisor, gave me back the keys saying everything was perfect except tire pressure which they fixed for free. They took my Subaru STi on coilovers which is low, and the tech, Bryan managed to get it on the lift by extending the ramps without a fuss, and dialed it in to my preferred alignment specs, and explained each where each adj was made. I will be coming here from now on.

The tires that I bought were a good price however, I also purchased the roadside warranty with each tire at 19.99 per tire. I had a flat due to a nail in my brand new tire a few days after purchase. I called and made an appointment for the repair because I had that warranty. After they fixed my tire, I was charged 19.99 again for mounting my tire. The gas station would have did it for $15. I basically preapaid for nothing.Never buy the warranty its a scam.

I went to Mr. Tire in Waldorf, MD at the Mall Circle location to get an oil change and have the back rear right tire checked because it was making a grinding noise, so I asked about having the brakes inspected too. 2 hours later I am told I dont need brakes (which is fine) but that no one heard the sound I was talking about. So all they did was an oil change in the time I was waiting there. Moreover Kevin, the man working at the front counter was incredibly unhelpful and outright rude to me as I asked about the condition of the car. His customer service was appalling- perhaps if I were a man I would have been treated with more respect and dignity. Rolling his eyes and nodding his head as I asked, did anyone take the car out to hear the noise. Making me feel as though I was hearing things and completely crazy for suggesting such a thing. His response to me was drive the car around for a while and bring it back and drop it off when I hear the noise. Then when he asked for payment he said, which type of payment? To which I responded, debit. Kevins response, that doesnt help me any, which type? Not offering further clarification that he was looking for the brand of card. So I left, hopped in my car and promptly heard the grinding noise I was talking about as I drove away from the store. I WILL NOT be returning to this location and I suggest you take your business to a location with more helpful, knowledgeable, and kind staff.

So thankful for Amanda! She was so helpful. We got a flat tire late Sunday afternoon and Mr.Tire was one of the few locations that are open on Sundays. We were loaded up with groceries in the back of car, so this was truly unexpected. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped us make a decision on what was the safest option. We ended up getting all 4 tires replaced and alignment. Thankful for all their help!

My second visit to Mr. Tire Mall Circle as I was exceptionally satisfied with my previous experience. The service I was received was top notch and the business had WIFI which allowed me to continue working vice taking unpaid time off. Would highly recommend facility to anyone.

Today was very ridiculous, I made an appointment last night for today at 11:00, I dropped my car off about 10:48. At 2:20 my car was still sitting in the parking spot that I left it in!I am very disappointed with the service that I received today and I kind of had an inkling when I dropped it off but I was hoping for the best but the worst occurred, I will never bring my car back here again because this is utterly ridiculous!

I had a very disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday at 9 am to have 4 tires installed and aligned. I called Tuesday afternoon to inquire about coming in earlier and they said sure. I couldn’t make it in there before 9 but when I arrived at 9, I was told by Kevin that my appointment was changed to 8 am. I didn’t request that but okay. Kevin took my information and gave me an estimate that was pretty high, but I couldn’t reach my husband to confirm so I agreed and waited. He took my keys and I sat down. That was at 9:15. By 10:15 I see the ONE mechanic who was working on TWO cars out front of the establishment BLOWING LEAVES?!?!?! I couldn’t believe it. And this wasn’t a real quick scenario. He was out there for a good 15-20 minutes. When I asked for my car keys and tires, Kevin’s response is “He’s almost done on this car”. If he was still fixing someone else’s car why was he blowing leaves? The cherry on top was when I went over the estimate with my husband, I realized they tried to charged me $64 for TPMS Stem Kit. We don’t even have a tire pressure monitoring system on our car. Horrible experience. Never again.

I walked in in desperation and ran into Kevin. In no time he had my vehicle fixed. He was honest about what I needed and did not overcharge me. The location even donates to a local charity that helps to feed families in need. I could not have asked for better service and true humanity at a time when I and the world most needs it.

Very disappointed with my experience at the Mr. Tires off f mall circle drive in Waldorf, Md to replace low bean. I was told the shop was about to close and relplacing the low beam could take over an hour. Very disappointed!

I have used this Service Center several times to do minor work on my 08 Lexus LS460, mainly completing the scheduled oil changes. I had been completely satisfied with these services until yesterday 4/6/20. On this day I brought my vehicle in as usual for the oil change. Prior to me bringing the vehicle in there was no sign of any oil leakage from the vehicles oil drain plug.During the vehicle service, I was contacted by the Manager Kevin, who informed me that while they were attempting to re-insert the oil drain plug, they discovered that the threads to the oil drain had been crossed and it could no longer be inserted properly. This was causing oil to leak. They told me that they werent responsible for this damage and that they were of the opinion that I brought the vehicle to them in this condition.I explained to them that the vehicle was not leaking oil before it was serviced by them and it was my belief that their technician had caused the damage. They then quoted me a price to replace the oil pan.I refused this service and had my vehicle towed to another local garage. They inspected the vehicle and agreed with my assessment as to the cause of the damage. The nature of the damage could not have occurred before my vehicle was serviced there. The oil drain was damaged in a manner in which had I drove the vehicle, all of the oil would have drained out and the vehicle would have suffered a catastrophic engine failure due to lack of oil.I understand that mistakes are sometimes made during the servicing of vehicles. I was very disappointed that management of this location did not take responsibility for their mistake and attempt to make things right by admitting the mistake and correcting the damage at their expense.I have contacted the Monro Corporate Office in an attempt to have them make this right. They were pleasant and requested that I provide them with a receipt for the repair work. I will do exactly that and Im hopeful that they will reimburse me for the repair cost and towing fees.On 4/13/20, I was contacted by Kyle Patterson from the Monro Customer Service Office. He informed me that they will not compensate me for the damage that they caused to my vehicle. I have initiated a complaint with the Maryland Consumer Protection Division. There are a number of Auto Service Centers in Waldorf that you can choose. I recommend that you refrain for using the Services of this one.

I would highly, highly recommend the mall circle location. Rick was helpful, kind and patient. He explained everything to where you could understand what was being done. He even drove to the dealership to try to get the part for my car. Once everything was done. I recently came into Mr. Tire as a result of having a flat tire. When I came into the store I was immediately greeted by “Amanda” with a smile and very pleasant attitude. Amanda remembered me bcuz I had purchased my tires a few months back at the store. Amanda quickly assessed the damage to the tire and quickly checked to see if a tire was in stock. Amanda is the PERFECT example of Customer Service at its best. Amanda deserves to be commended and a “bonus” if applicable!

Josh was very helpful from the beginning through the end! Wednesday night we ran over a screw. Josh explained that the screw was in the outer tread of the tire, rendering it unrepairable. Josh was able to order and recieve the new tire the next Day! He called us to let us know we could come in any time and even gave us advise on how to obtain our tire warranty. Further the shop had the new tire on in under 30 minutes. Thanks for the kind and speedy service well definitely back for any tire problems!!!

I’ve been to this location a few times now and each time has been a very pleasant and professional experience. Rick, who I believe is the store manager, is patient, kind, professional, and most importantly, he is knowledgeable. The service has been great! Prices are not the cheapest, but they are competitive.

Bought two brand new tires and both tires went out due to whats called an impact bubble at the sidewalls. I was gonna get a used tire but was strongly encouraged to get brand new ones. Guess what? Its been 2 months & the used tires are good & the brand new ones didnt last. Paid over $300 and they told me I needed some other type of insurance aside from the one the tire came with. AGAIN, all of this is less that 2months. Dont buy brand new, go get used. Period! #WARNED

I have found the service here to be excellent. I just went in for new tires. The manager made sound recommendations! We also had a recent experience where we punctured a tire. Another local and well known chain would not touch it and was trying to convince us to buy 4 new tires. Clearly there was life left in the tires and they were within specs. Mr. Tire fixed it. So when it was time to replace my tires, I went back to Mr. Tire (Mall Circle location in Waldorf).

I have been coming here for my oil changes for 4 years. The staff is always courteous and professional. They are very honest. I had been experiencing squeaky brakes however it was still a lot of meat left on them, they could have taken advantage of me and recommended all new brakes and I could spent a lot of money. They told me the truth and said we will let you know when its time. Being a woman knowing very little about cars it feels good to go somewhere that you can trust.

One if the best customer service I have ever received. I was a little nervous about going into the establishment because I had no idea about pricing and things like that. I use to go to another location but this location is not only much larger, cleaner, and efficient but the staff is extremely helpful and kind! Kevin answered my phone to do the scheduling and was extremely polite and that positive environment continued when he saw me after I arrived for my appointment! I was welcomed by name as though I had been here a million times! I needed a few services done but he wasn’t pushy and went out of his way to help me figure it all out! Really appreciate the staff at this location they will take care of you and your car!

Great customer service. I usually walk across the street to Target and am not there that long before I get a call that my car is ready from getting an oil change. The staff there is very friendly and helpful.

Thursday night the battery warning lit up in my dashboard. I contacted their store and ask them if I can come in the next day if I can get my battery replaced. Amanda told me that they will be ready when I come in. I also told her it might be the alternator also having problems and she said they’ll make sure to check it too. The next day, i found out that both battery and alternator were bad. Amanda, Bly, and Josh were able to help me out big time at the last minute and got both fixed! Thanks to them my car is back on the road with no problems. Thank you!!!
