Charged me for replacing a blown headlight, but never even changed it. Their reason behind it, was because I needed a more expensive bulb. They assumed I wasn’t going to want to pay for it, or maybe realized it was gonna be more work & didn’t want to do it. If that was the case, the professional thing to do is to let me know the situation instead of just handing my car back to me like everything is fixed....

The Waldorf team was GREAT!! I called prior to going to the location to see if they provided one of the services that I needed, headlight restoration. The young lady was very professional with a warm touch! Once there the team takes care of the basic services that I required and let me know that they were moving my vehicle to the back to take care of the restoration. The entire service was about an hour..... and I had wonderfully restored headlights!! They were in desperate need.:) That you for providing a professional environment and very capable team.

Service is a bit slow, not enough staff or the staff should stop talking amongst each other and focus on working.

Roger and his team are top-notch mechanics. OVer the years, they have worked on all of my vehicles and have never let me down, even working overtime to get emergency work done for me. Their pricing is fair, but realistic for the excellent work they do.

Jiffy Lube and their team of staff on Crain Hwy in Waldorf has always been a great experience for me and my wife. I take all of my vehicles to this location. Thank you and continue doing great work. If you need a oil change, I highly recommend this team.

I have taken many many cars to Tune Up Plus and they have always fixed everyone of them thw first time. The guys here are awesome. They know exactly whats going on. The people that have put bad reviews of them on here obviously have no idea whats going on. If the people that had good work done here would put a review on here they would have 5 stars plus

Rodger and the tune-up plus staff are the best. Ive been taking my cars to tune up plus for 5 + years. Never had an issue with a repair that was done by tune-up plus. They also allow you to bring your own parts.

This was definitely a good experience I came into get a tune up and the manager was so helpful and even called back to inform me of another issue with the car and was able to fix it all at a affordable price I recommend this location to anyone.....

So my experience the whole time I was there was professional and the work that was done was done expediently and from all appearance sake well. Then of course the question is why three stars. I contact my local mechanic who usually Services my car and told him that I was recommended engine flush its part of my oil change. His response was that it was a totally unnecessary service than many times is overcharged can on occasion cause problems with your engine and despite being told that it was done on many occasions its a service that is charged for but never accomplished. I cant speak to the last thing so hopefully it was accomplished but I was told that it was an essential part of my service and that I had oil sludge. To be honest I should have researched it more as opposed to simply saying go with it but now Im left with the thought that I perhaps spent $69.99 on a service that was neither needed or recommended by Acura or my mechanic. Again I was in and out in no time flat so thats a plus but somehow I wonder if I was taken advantage of

They were knowledgeable in regards to the oil change but the the staff was not very friendly and they did not vacuum or clean my window very well.

I have been coming to this jiffy lube for years. They have kept me on track with all manufacturers recommended services.

They are very dishonest and lousy customer service. They never even fixed one thing on my car. I left with more problems then I came in with, would absolutely never return. Save your money and look for somone who knows what their doing.
