I was in a freak accident where something flying through the air literally ripped the passenger side mirror off my car after causing some other minor body damage. My insurance company recommended Complete Auto Body. I used them before and was pleased, so it was easy for me to go back. Shannon is fantastic as the face of Complete. Shes extremely organized and knowledgeable about the entire process end to end, including helping with getting a rental car! Then comes James who does a thorough inspection and overview of needed repairs. He kept me apprised of next steps throughout the whole process as well. There were no last minute surprises or extra expenses. What he said is what it was! They were done on time and my car looked amazing! Obviously, if I need this type of work done ever again (or any body/electrical/mechanical repairs), Ill definitely use them again!

Complete Auto Body did a wonderful job with my truck. I was going through a Domestic Voilence issue and had a protective order on the other party. I asked Complete Auto Body Staff not to release any information to the other party and they did not release any information per my request. My truck was safe and the work that was done on my vehicle was excellent. Mr. Baxter and the staff were professional and respectful.. Outstanding service and I would use them again.

Top notch service, repair and communication. The repairs and color matching were above my expectations and I was kept informed step by step with texts as to the progress of repairs.

This place had good service and great customer service the only reason they got one star. But...............they didnt tell all the information to my insurance company to the fact they didnt install the right headlight in my car. Also, didnt look at all the work that was supposed to be done from the work order from my insurance company. So I dont really recommend them to anyone. They just tried to hurry up and get my car done and that was it.

My vehicle is still at the location pending repairs too early to know yet???? But I will let you know!! Upon upon completion of repairs!!! I havent got any updates on my vehicle which thats not good or any pictures maybe I have to show up in person!!!!

The customer follow up from this place is just awful. I hadn’t heard from anyone on the estimated date of completion for my vehicle about pick up, so I drove over a few days later only to find out that a tree had fallen on my vehicle on their property and caused additional minor damages. No one had even bothered to call me to tell me what was going on. Fast forward to the issues I dealt with on my deductible. At the time of pick up I told the cashier that my deposit was not $500 but $250. She ensured my insurance company said $500. So I paid the $500. Once my insurance company opened, I called and they verified that it should have been $250. After numerous calls to Complete Autobody and no return calls, I was finally able to speak to the manger who pretty much redirected me to the same gentlemen who failed at to follow up or find remedy the situation. Of course he said that he’d call me back which he didn’t. The following week I called back and he’s still trying to figure out how to get me my refund. It’s been almost a month trying to get back the $250 I was overcharged, this is insane.

They have no compassion for the situation you are in. Want me to dangerously drive my car there for an estimate to pull a mirror they can easily pull from the VIN and replace. The only shop acting like a Chevy Malibu mirror had a bunch of option and they have to look at that special one to determine. The woman was rude and did not bother to have a conversation with me when though I spoke to someone earlier in the week who woke up with some kindness.

Complete Auto Body went above and beyond what the insurance paid for. They fixed many deep scratches on the side of the bumper that wasnt included in the quote. They buffed off white paint on the front fender, detailed the car (it was nasty) and the icing on the cake was fixing the lower panel on the driver door. They could have easily charged me for a new part but they didnt. Everything didnt go smoothly getting started, it took an extra day (understandable with the extra work) and the inside of the car smelled like paint for a few days but their extra effort made up for it. Im pleased with the work and level of customer service during the repair process.

Was referred to complete by the Waldorf Ford dealers and worked with a manager named Adam. Had a fantastic and painless experience. They kept me updated about my vehicle and returned it to me quickly. The work looked fantastic and they have an awesome warranty! Would recommend for anyone who wants to get work done.

On 06/30/20 dropped my truck off after an accident, callee in later that day was told the tear down wouldn’t happen until tomorrow. No big deal, next day estimate is submitted, I get a text from carwise that it was submitted and shows job completion date of 7/6 so on 7/5 I call in to check up since theres been no communication since 6/31, I get told they are waiting on my front bumper.Tiffany(The Service Rep) then says actually let me check and turns out my bumper was delivered already however it wont be painted that day and should go into paint the next day(7/6) so I say no worries an check in on it the following day she tells me its not out of paint because she hasn’t seen it come through wash and it should be done the next day (7/7) I explain I work that day and when I go to work I am there for 24 hours but will pick it up the Thursday, so I call at 10am on 7/7 to check on it she says I’m a little busy I’ll check on it and call you back I wait til about 3pm and call her back to check on it again she says its not done but should be 7/8 and she’s off but Adam another Service Rep will take care of me then, so I call in on 7/8 talk to Adam who Informed me my bumper had just gone into paint, an once its done because there is a problem with their baking process it’ll need to sit in the sun for a bit and wont be ready by end of business. So 7/13 Tiffany calls and says my trucks ready. I was at work so I picked it up 7/14 am. I was told the next day almost everyday since the trucks original scheduled completion date and lied too, I had to pay for a loaner for an additional week because of this and when I picked up my truck there were spots where the bumper had been sat down on its corners and obviously rounded off, the glass that hit my hood and chipped the paint there was never addressed so there is still paint chips all over my hood. I would not recommend this shop especially if you have Statefarm and would have to work with Tiffany.

Complete Auto Body is awesome. They have done work on two of my cars and they did an excellent job. Matched the paint perfectly. The car was finished in a short amount of time. Customer service is wonderful. Very pleased with the staff and their work!

Complete Auto Body has great customer service but I did have a couple of issues with the work. Initially the wrong screw was put in place effecting the closure of the door and chipping the paint. That was resolved and then later I realized the front bumper was not completely aligned with the chrome plastic add on. Overall good experience just make sure everything is right before you leave.

Their customer service is one of the best Ive encountered. They deal with you one and one, makes it personal. The touch some of us like. The work is fast and great. Cant say enough about the customer service.

I was referred to this place to fix our car after a car accident, I came in complete the forms I brought the paperwork from the insurance and they told me 2 weeks after that i can drop of the car (2 wks!!!!) since they had to order the new part of the car. 2 weeks later I called because I was gonna droop of the car and yo my surprise they couldn’t find my name or my paperwork that I personally came in to the shop to fill out, so they never did my order and I waited 2 weeks for something that never happened! Very upset to this place not even an apology, I’m giving a 1 star because they don’t have anything lower! Bad service do not take your car here waste of time !

Will not recommend anyone to this place. I requested a quote and was told that they only provide a quote Monday-Friday at 8:00am to 4:00pm. I took off work early to have my vehicle assessed and the guy did not even get out of his chair to look at my vehicle. He stated that they do not provide quotes if the insurance company had already provided one. The insurance company only provided a supplement based on pictures. This was a waste of time! They wanted me to leave my car before they would assess the damage. Who does that? Dont waste your time stopping here.

Was told my truck would take a week to finish ended up being close to 2 months not to mention no one reached out to me toUpdate me along the way I had to constantly call to only be told the same excuses fromThe prior week. The work turned out nice but the customer service was unacceptable.

Im 65 and have had to deal with about 6 different shops over the years. I really dont understand why anyone would rate them lower than 5 or maybe 4.5 stars. Good communication, kept fully informed about parts, schedule, etc. Quality of work seemed perfect. Kept one car 8 years. Paint and work continued to look good.. Would highly recommend.

The own Cliff is friendly, professional, and he ensures that promises are met. The same goes for the staff. I was so worried about having my car two different colors after having it painted. Alex told me not to worry my car would look great and would not be two different colors. I have a new Genesis G80 sport, which they had never serviced before and they did a fantastic job!!

When the front bumper of my Mercedes needed replaced and painted, they did an outstanding job. So, when a runaway shopping cart dented my passenger door, I didnt hesitate to return. It was too small a job to submit to insurance, but they agreed to repair, repaint and blend for $700. Then they needed an additional $200 to properly finish the job and make it look like the door hadnt been repainted. I was a little taken aback by the additional charges, but in the end, I could t be more satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend this business.

I took my Ford Escape to Complete Auto Body and the service was out of this world! Everything was explained to me until I understood and everyone who worked there was so pleasant. I dont know much about cars, so it is comforting when they take the time to make sure you understand whats going on.

Nothing but issues from the moment I dropped the car off. Michelle Demarr will tell you anything to keep you quiet. They literally painted my wheels a different color, My paint didnt match.. & My alignment is so far off that its jerking me off the road. 2 weeks later.... Time & Money wasted.

When I brought my car in, there were NO warning lights on..When I picked it up, there were 2..When I notified them, they just said oh, those were from historical codes already there and refused to address it. I dont know what else they did to the car, but whatever it was, it had an effect on my battery to the point where it would drain after two days and left me stranded at a service station and to pay for roadside assistance AND a new battery! Do you think they took any responsibility for that? Nope! Also, they failed to secure my wheel well liner, causing it to drag on the road and get destroyed. They did fix that, however I was told it would be fixed fairly quickly..I dont know what their definition of quickly is but 2 hours for a 20 minute job? No..sir, not quick at all.

DO NOT USE COMPLETE AUTO BODY!!! I took my car in on 2 May 14. I was given a rough time frame of 14 days. Yes it was a guess but just like anything you do for a long time you become proficient in it you would think...40 days later 12 Jul 14 I got my car back.Let me return to the process of the car. the first two week were disassembling the car. then it was three week of aligning everything. then a week of excuses. My insurance company would only cover 30 days of my rental car. so I ended up paying 380 buck out of pocket for an accident that wasnt my fault...Liberty Mutual sucks! Yes I got a lot of calls about my car but it was always the same. Jason your car is starting to look really good, still just taking it apart. Jason your car looks really good just aligning everything up. I know places that can restore a car in 30 days. to fix the back end of a car should not take 40 days. It took them 2 days to clean my car and I could still see shaving of something all in my trunk. The sticky part of the stickers on the new parts were still there. They didnt even call me when the car was finish. I was driving by and saw my car outside. So I called them and asked if I could pick it up. You would think they would call me once it was done. An excuse of we were busy wouldnt have worked because when I drove by there was NOBODY there.I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMPLETE AUTO BODY to anybody. Yes the end product was good but not worth the stress and time. Costumer service was by far the worst.

After looking around for good quality shops in my area after being involved in an accident I narrowed it down to complete auto body. Big mistake on my part they have had my vehicle since March 1st 2019 and the repair was estimated to take 5 days, here it is March 21 2019 and I recieve a call saying my vehicle wont be ready until Tuesday the 26th. I was led on by Stan who was overseeing my vehicle repairs to believe they were further along than they were until I recieved a call this morning from Adam, who took over Stans jobs informing me on where they were with repairs which is not where I was originally told by Stan. Since I dont have my vehicle back yet I cannot rate on work quality but as for customer service and reliability they have failed horribly and will never have me as a customer again nor would I recommend them to ANYONE!!

After my second and last experience Im officially done dealing with them. The first time they threw away my front license plate bracket even though it was perfectly fine. This time they tried charging me for a hubcap that they didnt put on my car, and $85 to reprogram the tire pressure sensors. I never asked them to do this, and they lied and said it was necessary (WHICH IT ISNT). Furthermore I was told the car would be done Friday, then they said they would call Saturday (they never called), and finally Monday when I called they said it was still being aligned, but when I said something to the insurance adjuster magically it was finished. This shop is out to nickel and dime people and I for one am not dealing with it.

When I wrecked my car I thought repairs were going to be a pain. In fact, I was more concerned with the repair than the accident! But between my car insurance and Complete Auto Body I was saved! Their professionalism and expertise is unmatched by anyone in the area. They will be my go to shop for as long as I live in Maryland.

Had many good experiences here in the past, but this was not one of them. Paying cash, not going through insurance. Simply wanted a quote on replacing a bumper cover and painting it, nothing more nothing less. Something they have a set number of hours for and have done a million times before. They insisted on insisting the vehicle and taking all of our information to put into the system, neither of which was pertinent considering i am paying cash and didnt want anything else done to the vehicle. When i questioned this the first lady helping me was very rude and walked off without saying a word and returned to get office. When i asked the receptionist if she was coming to look at the vehicle since she insisted she went to get her but she refused to continue helping me. So another gentleman came out who was much nicer bit still claimed he couldnt give me a quote on replacing a single part and painting it without inspecting the vehicle and putting all of our information into their system.

3rd time bringing one of my cars to Complete. Trusted shop with a very helpful staff. Im a happy repeat customer!!!

Customer service from GENE BAXTER is unprofessional, rude, judgmental and simply unacceptable. He’s a miserable individual and hateful for no reason other than he seems to hate his job. I stopped in after visiting my Mercedes dealership asking for a simple quote which he turned into a judgmental and insulting ordeal. Never the less I smiled as he did his job and still thanked him at the end and carried on with my day. CALIBER COLLISION, CLASSIC AUTO BODY, and TOYOTA COLLISION all are in the same area; they quoted similar yet lower price but most importantly their customer service was superb compared to this hateful individual. Gene Baxter’s list of insults during my visit was unbelievable yet all I asked and expected was for him to do his job as an estimator! He felt the need to ask insulting questions such as “why did you come here seeking a lower price on a car such as a Mercedes”, “why do you think our price will be different from the dealership”...He made comments such as “I’ll get to your car when I get to it because we’re busy”, “be prepared to pay up front...”. The miserable guy was totally out of line and seemed upset that I even came there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place but if you choose to go avoid him at least. Good luck and shop around if not for price do it for better customer service!!!!!

Repair ok. Customer Sevice low, work took longer than expected but communicating the last minute delay was lacking, cost me money to use alternate travel due to their lack of calling. One call would have made the different.

Awful experience... the worse ever. Truck was in an accident 1/15/17. They had my truck for 40 days. Manager Brad was the worst- heard he was fired (thank god) got pulled over 3 times by police for my head lights- they put an after market light in that messed up the entire lighting system- when GEICO paid them for a brand new light. Then they put in a after market condenser that didnt work...went back 10 times regarding the AC issue- I dont think the mechanics are mechanically inclined to do their jobs:( GEICO PAID THEM $7000) and they still couldnt get it right! I had to take my truck to GMC- where the real mechanics work:)
