Hello to all concerned whom are wondering about the services of Carranza auto service. I can only say excellent and extremely satisfied. From diagnostics to repair and pricing quoting ( which always includes parts, labor, and taxes) Ive been so far been very impressed and pleased. The work is professional and done right. I always peep at other owners garage to see how clean they are. Its usually a sign that they are good or not so good at what they do. Carranza auto service is clean beyond clean in the mechanical shop. So yes I do trust their skills and diagnostics and judgment for my vehicle needs. Vanessa is a joy to talk too, pleasant, friendly and professional. I recommend any one to consider having their car be repaired at Carranza auto service. I have used Carranza Auto for the last 5 years for my personal and company vehicles. He is straight forward and honest and the only person I will pay to work on my stuff when I am to lazy to. I have used Carranza Auto Service to repair all of my vehicles over the last 5-7 years. Raul is very honest and all of the mechanics do very good, reliable work. Like all mechanic shops, they can be a bit pricey, but they have always given me a military discount to help offset the cost. I highly recommend them for all of your auto repairs!

My mechanic Raul as very professional and proficient. No lagging with his work. The receptionist, Vanessa was very considerate and friendly.

I needed windshield wipers replaced which is a easy 5 min job and they tried to charge me $60 to do it. I needed my inner taillight replace they wanted to charge me $125. I also had one fog light that just needed a light bulb replaced they tried to charge me $65 and lastly I needed rear brake shoes replaced and they tried to charge me $225. I had bought all my parts because it was cheaper for me to do so it should not have cost that much for labor. There prices are ridiculous and I’m glad I didn’t get the service done there because I got everything done for $100 somewhere else.

I’ve had 3 cars done at their shop. White Mamba (1994 Acura Legend) needed a new clutch and a bunch of other, gas leak and a oil leak. They did it all with a 2 year warranty for about $1100. Every where else they wanted 2k with a 1 year warranty. Don’t believe me, I got receipts. Hit me on IG @bigmardyfromse

I went to check out a 2001 Ford F-250 7.3 diesel that was at this shop on 12/3/2020 I have the receipts for proof the paper work claims the engine has compression in the 100s when it should be in the high 300s claims that it has piston damage when I did a compression test I got high 300s on compression I don’t know how they are with gasoline engines but from what I’ve seen with paper work from these guys and diesel work on this truck I would not recommend this shop at all. Charged him $518 for bad diagnostics

Great, fast, and inexpensive service. They don’t quote or charge you for unnecessary things. They also have true crime always playing in the waiting room which is nice while your waiting (usually short). They also do state inspections here now! Check them out!

I went to Carranza Auto Services on 12/23/2019 they held my car for three days during the holidays for work that wasnt and emergence. Very inconvenient to only return my car in worst condition I paid for service that was not done and services that were done sloppy.And Raul is poor in customer service I highly recommend not to let them service you. F- for rating.I would give no stars but I want this to be seen.
