My car was involved in an accident and was towed here the beginning of the year. I was in the hospital for about 3 weeks when I came to get my things they madeup a lie and said there were a sting of robberies and some of the cars were broken into. Come to find out they just went through the cars and took everything that they wanted no robberies happened based on the information I got from the police. They stole my kids clothing the got for Christmas and all. Not a trust worthy company. I recently filed a report with my insurance. I was already in a tough situation and they made it so much worse. Very dishonest and I’m trustworthy. Not to be trusted.

Horrible service. Some places just give you a vibe and this is one. They printed a receipt for $670.40 worth of charges then said the total cost will be $1100. Called and said for a explanation and the man said “ I’m not talking to him nice enough and hung up the phone”. This after they had my car for over a week and didn’t fix the problem. Go here and you will be paying for incompetent people to guess at what the problem is and charge you for them “fixing” the wrong thing. Only an older white man would think it appropriate to tell a black customer to watch there tone because they asked for an itemized receipt and details. There excuse is that Tim has an emergency and he’s the only one that can answer a question. So if Tim doesn’t return to work then what???Update: the owner just TEXTED my phone upping the charge to $1300 because of this review. He also told me I can only talk to their black employee Tim and I need Jesus. I’ll post the text soon. Funny how the price continues to increase but they specifically said they can’t do anything without Tim. Beware.Update 4/27- Tim John told us the owner doesn’t find us trustworthy so we must pay by cash. The car is also inoperable which we figured they would mess with once they sent a text upping the charge for the negative review. A hit dog will always holler. Tim told us the owner was upset we brought up race so the price is the price.

Originally, I went to Mr. Tire in Waldorf, MD at the Mall Circle location to get an oil change and have the back rear right tire checked because it was making a grinding noise, so I asked about having the brakes inspected too. 2 hours later I am told I dont need brakes (which is fine) but that no one heard the sound I was talking about. So all they did was an oil change in the time I was waiting there. Moreover Kevin, the man working at the front counter was incredibly unhelpful and outright rude to me as I asked about the condition of the car. His customer service was appalling- perhaps if I were a man I would have been treated with more respect and dignity. Rolling his eyes and nodding his head as I asked, did anyone take the car out to hear the noise. Making me feel as though I was hearing things and completely crazy for suggesting such a thing. His response to me was drive the car around for a while and bring it back and drop it off when I hear the noise. Then when he asked for payment he said, which type of payment? To which I responded, debit. Kevins response, that doesnt help me any, which type? Not offering further clarification that he was looking for the brand of card. So I left, hopped in my car and promptly heard the grinding noise I was talking about as I drove away from the store. I will never EVER go back there and I recommend everyone head to Myers Auto Service instead.So I reached out on Nextdoor for recommendations from neighbors. People unanimously said they LOVED Myers. Everyone said the staff were incredibly helpful, honest, and treated folks with dignity and respect. I 100% agree with the recommendation to come to Myers. As soon as I walked in Tim was attentive, courteous, knew exactly what I had explained over the phone and remembered which problems my car was having. I had to wait in the store while I was there and Russel came and checked-in with me frequently telling me exactly what was wrong, that I was not crazy there was definitely a noise and what they were working on and doing to fix it. I cannot recommend them enough. James was also so kind, wonderful, and you can tell each person truly cares about each of their customers and their needs. I have found my auto place for the duration of the time I live in Waldorf and I suggest if you have any auto troubles you head here too!

I am a DIY type of guy, however, sometimes I am lost on a problem with my cars and like most, I will refer to YOUTUBE, however, if you are not careful YOUTUBE: will have you buying every part at the auto store and you will still have the same problem with your car lol! After two attempts at trying to fix a car issue, every man must be honest with himself and accept the fact that professional service needed to get back on track. When I get to this point, Myers Auto comes to mind and this is absolutely No Lie!These folks are customer service oriented, honest, trustworthy, friendly, professional, down to earth, did I mention honest? They will tell you what your car needs now, and what can wait, or if its even worth fixing; and they know their jobs. I appreciate businesses like Myers and appreciate the people working there from the front desk, the Mechanics in the bay to the back office. Thank you.

I lucked up on this place by chance...the fuel pumps at the gas station were out and when I called they were more than helpful...I told a co-worker about it and he mentioned that he’s used their repair service for year. I’ve used them ever since and they are professional and honest. I took an estimate from another “reputable” repair service to them and the tech from Myers was honest with me in saying, most of the items in the estimate given was not needed. He said it would be easy to agree with the estimate to get the money, but my trust is more important than a few quick dollars...the best part was, the tech was right and saved me hundreds. I refused to go anywhere else...

I am so pleased with my experience at Myers Auto. Normally, I feel very insecure and have been talked down to when asking questions about car repair, especially being a woman. James is very professional and explains everything thoroughly and simply. I could get my car in the shop and have it back within the same day which is really convenient! When my car broke down near the shop, the guys came and picked me up - no charge since they didn’t have any tow trucks available. They were friendly, enthusiastic, and got my alternator replaced within an hour for a low cost. I appreciate earnest shops like these because you can tell they’re not trying to scam you. In fact, James has helped me get lower and better prices! Thanks Myers Auto!

The owner and staff are detailed and friendly. The owner even rode with me and listened intently to my vehicle. He was able to make a diagnosis quickly and even showed me the issue when we made it back to the shop. This was my first visit and I am impressed. I plan to visit them in the future for maintenance of my vehicle.

Dropped my car off for inspection at Myers since I bought the car from a Virginia dealership. The body was in perfect condition and when I got the car back, there was a fresh scratch and dent on the drivers side of my new car that was not there 6 hours prior when the car was dropped off. They denied any wrong doing but the paint was still freshly chipped along with the dent. They have a good deal and do good inspections but this is out of lIne. They owe me about $500 for auto repair that I will never see so maybe this review can warn others before they dent your car up also.

I love Myers. They are very knowledgeable, professional and customer oriented. I have never had any issues with the services they provide. I always recommend them to people because they are just that great. It is the only place I haven taken my vehicles to get serviced and the only place I will as long as I live close enough to get to it. Great service for great prices.

The real deal. I had a Fast Free oil change with a coupon. They even did a free brake inspection. Just listening to the chatter while I was sitting in there, you can tell these guys are honest mechanics. This is my go to place now.I believe they have a tow truck and Plenty of parking as well.

My wife had brought my car in to get an oil change. While she was waiting the workers were joking about how they jacked up the price for one of their customers and ere laughing about it. Then they tried to talk my wife into getting unnecessary services added. Needless to say, well never return.

Im a towing company and I highly recommend my customers to this shop they do great work for great prices. Very knowledgeable technicians, polite and respectful they are one of the most trusted shops in our area if not the most trusted. I even take my personal vehicles here. If you have a problem with your vehicle dont hesitate even one bit to let these guys look at it they do the most honest work and wont charge you or force you to buy any unnecessary items which is a great thing if you arent a mechanic yourself. Been getting my cars serviced here for over 25 years. Cant imagine taking my car anywhere else. They have always been honest. Even when they have quoted me on a repair, if the repair ended up being something else, or they didnt have to do as much work, they adjusted my price lower. Not many auto shops do that. Honesty is the reason I go here, and they stand behind their work. Also, it is incredible that they can turn around repairs so quickly. That tells me they have all the right equipment to expedite the work, and they have highly trained, experienced mechanics.

My name is Brent Bovell and Ive been a customer of Myers Auto for years. Whats unique about my situation is Im a retired mechanic who generally works on my own vehicles, however if I dont have the time to make repairs my second option is always Myers Auto. With my vehicles they have an impeccable track record. I own a 04 Honda Accord that had an A/C problem. The system had a known leak and I brought it in on June 22nd for diagnosing. James was my service writer and I left the vehicle. The following day I was notified of the diagnosis, and I was told about the leaking shrader valves. I gave the approval to commence the work. I picked up my vehicle the following day and weve had cold air ever since. I appreciate the professionalism, the quality repairs, and the timeliness of the repair job. Great customer service! They are knowledgeable and my car is running better than it has in a long time! They explained everything and made sure that I consented to any service before touching my vehicle. I was in the shop for almost 6 hours due to the repairs needed for my vehicle but they offered if I wanted to order lunch with the staff and were willing to drop me off somewhere, if needed. I will be back in the future; hopefully only for oil changes and maintenance only!

I took the wifes 2011 Chrysler Town and country there for brake service and a/c not working properly and a tune up and an oil change. There are not alot of service shops that will understand if you cant afford the price, but they will do the best they can. Good job 👍👍👍👍👍😊.

I was visiting from Pennsylvania at my brother-in-laws house in Waldorf and had some problems with my van. He suggested I take it to his usual shop--Myers Auto Service. I took my vehicle over after hours without an appointment, and they had it fixed by 2 pm the next day and for a very reasonable rate. Highly recommended!

There fuel station had a $15 minimum.... they may want to look into laws. Because $10 is the most they can require. Google it. Hopefully they change it before I take the unprofessional business practice to proper authoritys.Then i try to get fuel and use my fuel rewards points and then find out the pump is faulty... thats no problem because stuff happens and breaks.But the personnel would not honor the price I was going to pay with my 10 cents off When I tried to go to another pump. So I lost the 10 cents off and didnt get a gallon of fuel.Ill just continue to take my business to Bryantown store by oliver shop rd.

The experience was horrible!!!! The inspector who did my car does know hes doing.he said my tent was to dark which it wasnt, it was 35% which is legal in Maryland. Also the tint reader read five different readings, thats impossible all of the tint was the same percentage.if your tint reader has five different readings something wrong with it. If you have any questions about anything thats wrong he is so rude!!!! I felt that I was discriminated against so now Im contacting my lawyer. They wanna be petty so now Im gonna be petty

Horrible..a older female is there treating the previous customer very rudely unprofessional and just flat out evil. Pathetic way to operate a business. When it was my turn she refused to even inspect my vehicle. I will never return to this place with this type of foolish evil behavior. It needs to be reported to BBB and DMV and boycotted.

If I could give this a negative star I would. 2000 GMC SIERRA 1500 (Who pays for a COURTESY CHECK? WOW!) I will jump right into it. My work truck had some noise coming from the front end. I took it in to Myers Auto. I told them I suspect its the wheel bearings on the LEFT side. They performed a check and sure enough it was the wheel bearings, but on the passenger side. I had them replace this item, paid them and went on. The next day I am coming from a landscaping job in DC. I had to make a quick stop because I was cut off in traffic. I noticed immediately there was an issue with the brakes. I immediately call Myers and let them know the issue and this is the first time I have had the brakes basically go out on me, keep in mind that Myers did my brake job for me in March 2017. I talked to Rick the manager(I assume) I stated i was not not being accusatory, but i have never had an issue with the brakes until now, oddly enough after the wheel bearings were replaced by Myers, so I asked could he perform a courtesy check. He said yes we can do it. I get a call the following day, and Rick tells me that there is major rust and leakage with the brake line and it will cost about $908, but he had also gave me a cheaper fix that would cost $567(Which he later stated he never said, i could have misheard him so I will go with it) so to start the work it will be $908, but he warned with the rust there could be additional damage or issues. Well I had just paid Myers Auto $414 for the wheel bearing work and changing a fuze in my window, not even 24hrs prior(Thursday 12 Oct). I told Rick, I was not going to have the work performed at this time, he then states, well I have to charge you half the price of an hour labor for my technician checking it out. (WHAT) Remember he agreed that this was a COURTESY check, so when did we start paying for courtesy checks? ($47) paid to Myers Auto for a courtesy check. I could have been dishonorable and took the truck for free out of the parking lot with my back up key, but i happened to be a man of integrity, which means doing the right thing when no one is looking. I hesitated to make this post, but now my work truck that has worked for me faithfully since March 2017, now will not even stop when I am idling in drive. How do I go from braking fine traveling in and around DC from March 2017 to Oct 12th,2017 when picked the truck up from Myers to Oct.13 the hard brake in traffic to driving truck to Myers on Oct 15th evening dropoff, to Oct.16 evening pickup no braking whatsoever, disappointment is and understatement. I was hustled and my only recourse is making sure I review so this dishonorable service will not happen to anyone else. . I plan to post as much as possible to let friends and family know that I got hustled by Myers Auto Service off Pika Drive in Waldorf,Md.

Very nasty poor customer service do not give out estimate receipt and when you question them they get nasty instead of explaining why. The estimate amount given verbally is not the same amount when you pick up the vehicle. Worst auto repair service ever. No word of honor never apologize with me treated me like dirt.
