My buddy unfortunately took his mirror off on his brand new truck and took it to these guys to repair it. The job was done quickly and reasonable and the returned it better than before as they color matched the black mirror to the red truck.

Rob and Crew took very good care of me. There was a delay due to special order parts and Classic worked hard to get me back in my vehicle as quickly as possible! They even fixed what should’ve been an easy warranty repair to make up for the delay. (Dealer quoted me two months for parts) I can’t even tell where the repair took place in my fairly new pickup. I’d trust Classic with my Truck anytime!

Had my car towed there after accident, awesome customer service. Minimal amount days to fix a lot of damage. Great crash which is great work and great blending of the paint. Highly recommend. I also recommend a good conversation with Leon the owner hes phenomenal

My car ended up in a accident. Classic Auto Body repaired the back of the car replacing the rear end bumper, glass, trunk, etc. Shortly after the repair the car sounded like it was literally coming apart in the roof with pops and bangs. Took the car back and Classic Auto Body said they would have to replace the roof liner due to hail damage. Classic Auto Body wanted to have my insurance adjuster come back out to estimate. We explained we were taking our car somewhere else. They proceeded to put the roof liner in after taking it out. Now I have flathead screwdriver marks in my roof liner.I know a lot of people could not afford this work out of pocket. I choose not to do business with Classic Auto Body Repair Inc. I did give them a chance to make things right before writing this review.

Great place! They did such a great job with the body work they did on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Local family owned and amazing employees! Definitely my go to place for any type of automotive work that I need in the future.

This place had my car for a month when I received it back and looked at it home it was not fixed right. Called back to start the process over again. Had to call back three weeks later to see when I was going to be out on the schedule. Now I’m out of a car for three day because I used up my initial time with them. Very disappointing!

I recommend anyone in the charles county or southern Maryland area that needs work done on a vehicle to choose Classics auto body they did an amazing job fixing my dads truck after a stroke they treated me like family and also offered to help me with my vehicle after a deer ran into my car. They are great explaining what needs to be done and they even fixed things that werent caused from the accident. Great family business and wonderful clean office.

The guy spent zero time actually looking at my car or listening to what I was concerned about and completely low balled the estimate. Which doesnt sound like a bad thing but when dealing with an insurance claim its not so good.

From Caroline HarshaClassics is a good place to go. Leon is a good person. He’s like family to me. Even the secretary Amber is always friendly to work with. My mom and I have always went there even my brother Joe. I did have one instance with my seatbelt but it was taken care of. He didn’t give up on the seatbelt. He made sure that was taken care of. I always take my car there when I need auto body work done to my bumper. I do recommend that shop.

I went to get an estimate on a paint job. This was my second & I must admit it was $300 cheaper than my first. The estimator was very knowledgeable about what had to be done after looking at my vehicle & quickly printed out for me the paperwork. The wait time was not at all long. In fact I would not have minded to wait a little longer because the chairs in the waiting area are so, so comfortable. Very professional staff. When I got back to my car the business card he gave me said he was the owner. Very impressive.

Just picked up my 2015 Honda Pilot and I am very happy with the work done on the truck. Shop gave me accurate estimate of time for repairs and work was done well. Staff is very nice and Vehicle was cleaned inside and out! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great service at a great price.There were many things about this body shop that stood out to me as I was getting my repair.1. I saved $250 here compared to another quote from another local body shop for a bumper repair.2. The estimate was free! Many of the other places I called said I would have to pay $10 or $20 for an estimate.3. The service was very friendly and the repair was handled in a timely fashion.4. They were very detailed in everything, from the inspection, to the actual work, to showing me the completed job and receipts. I was highly satisfied with the attention they paid to my car.5. When I picked up my car after the new bumper had been installed, they had unexpectedly washed my car, both inside and out for free!If I ever need another repair I will definitely go back to these guys.

Had an accident and they took very good care of my 2013 Chrysler 300c . Very polite and detailed. They gave me a complimentary wash/wax and vacume and when they found issues with that they fixed it when it already looked beautiful.I found an issue with the bumper that they put on (not fitting correctly on one side)I decided to just stop by and ask about it, and they instantly said they would make it right and fixed it within the hour. Will definitely use them again if I have to.(hopefully I wont )

Wayne at Southern Tire & Hubcap outsources paint and body to classic auto body (Leon is the owner). Leon is a nice guy, but hes team does an awful job. I have a black car and know its hard to paint; however, the insurance paid a premium to get the work done. Paid extra to remove the door handles, rubber molding, etc...I received my car back and I had 41 imperfections (only had the passenger side done: door and quarter panels). There was blistering from not removing the molding which we paid for, runs, orange peeling, dirt under the clear coat, and dimples.Leon was very understandable and said I could bring it in and they would fix it. Keep in mind its a two hour round trip for myself. He did pay for my rental car; however, did not fix all of the imperfections. There are still drips, dimples, runs, and can clearly see the swirls where his team wet sanded it (or whatever they did)It looks awful and Im very disappointed. Wayne stated when insurance called he would only get my vehicle if he was able to replace the tires & rims & paint/body.....Seems odd but Geico said he was an approved place and I trusted him. Wayne did a great job with my tires and rims; however, his partnership with Leon at Classic Auto Body isnt right and my car isnt perfect after the insurance paid premium price to get it back to perfect.
