I was involved in an accident and I was referred to Service King because they guarantee their work. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Everything was clearly explained to me as far as what would be taking place. They also sent me updated via text to let me know the status of my vehicle. Very clean facility. will definitely use them again. My car looked amazing too.

This is the second time we have used Service King. Their customer service was excellent. We received frequent updates and our cars were ready on the date given. Service King worked with Enterprise for a car rental and that went very smoothly. I would definitely use Service King in the future if needed and will tell my friends about it.

UPDATE: Just received a truly genuine apology from David, and I actually would consider returning. Just maybe with a different clerk...INITIAL REVIEW:Based off of many online reviews, I know the collision repair services your company provides are immaculate. What turned me away was the condescending, sarcastic, and frustrated tone of Diane, the front desk clerk.I came in asking for an estimate of damages to my car. Upon entering, Diane barely looked up, and came across as annoyed. I asked her for the service, and she proceeded to tell me ...it would be a waste of my time and yours... if I didnt wait for the insurance company to take care of necessary procedures. I told Diane that I completely understand that process, but it is highly possible damages were not going to be covered for certain reasons (that I should not have to explain). Diane also said ...I know what Im doing - this is my job in a persistent condescending tone. I asked her to calm her tone and lower her voice. She then, after about 30 seconds of arguing, decided to take my appointment, and I told her that I hope she does not usually talk to her customers in this manner.As one of 345 locations in the United States, Im sure another Service King location has superb customer service. However, there are no amends that can be made as services were rendered at the Waldorf Toyota Collision Center. I have contacted the general manager, David Roberts III, along with Service King guest relations. I am hoping to receive at the minimum, a sincere apology.

I am very impressed with the care and customer service provided by Service King.My paint job came out spectacular. I also had a part that was only manufactured overseas and they made it happen and installed the equipment with grace.I was humbled with their timeline but it was best for the work to be truly great! Ive been to other centers and they gave me a rushed job and it was noticeable. Im appreciative and again leave it to the professionals...Service King! Grateful!

This place is amazing, awesome customer service best Ive ever experienced. Both Chris & Russell went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. They need a raise 😎. Chris and Dave are the best and so is the lady that takes the pictures and marks up the car (in a good way) lol but i will always go to service king and you should too!!! They are the BEST

The front staff was friendly and walked me through the entire process, but trash was left in my car. I had oil residue left on my center console and all over my door. I had this white powered substance left all over my vehicle it was a mess. Never going back!!!

A+ customer service. Service King should be the model for all companies for customer service. Everyone I encountered on the phone and in person was very helpful and professional. The work on my car was completed a day early and it looks great. I wish Service King would branch out to doing other auto repairs so I can bring my car to them for regular maintenance. Chris was fantastic. He explained the process and thats exactly how everything went. No surprises. Im sorry I dont know everyone i encountered at the Waldorf branch by name but they were all great.

Always seem to raise the price on the estimate once you leave vehicle for repair. Told me it wouldnt take long and then called to say more expensive and would be 10 days. Need my van to make deliveries. Picked it up and will go elsewhere.

I had my car worked on after an accident and not only are the people there very nice, they take care of all your needs promptly and keep in touch with you about how your car is coming along and when the pick up date is expected. The date they told me was the exact day and time I was able to pick it up. Service King is located on old Washington Rd. In Waldorf. I highly recommend this place to take your car. They did a great job on mine.

I brought my 50th anniversary convertible Camaro SS2 in for repairs. My experience was beyond expectations. I could not be more pleased with the way the car turned out and the attention to detail from the tech that did the work. Spot and looks incredible.Additionally the team kept me informed on the phone and via text each day. The correspondence was always positive and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend the team in waldorf for repairs. The camaro is something highly valued and important to me and they took incredible care of it and worked hard to make it whole again. Here we go again!!!!!! My truck was hit again in the back, Allstate sent me back to Service King to have it taken care of. As usual Diane and Chris Vann hooked me UP!!!!! They are the rock stars of Service King!!!!! Keep up the good work guys because I really appreciate the service. I had a piece on my truck that kept coming off and Chris had them repair that along with the repairs to the truck. THANKS!!!!!

Worse body shop ever!!My 15 Chevy cruze still has primer in the door jams, over spray on the rear window,the area where the spare tire goes was never fixed allowing water to enter my trunk. My A- puller was never buffed (deep scraches). They put a RS badge over a small dent that they never fixed. The worse part, my rocker panels were severely damaged. I was told that they can pull them out. A few weeks go by and I get underneath and see body filler that was never sanded down or primed.One more thing, they never called me, I always had to call them for any type of update on my car.Unprofessional/horrible work ethic/ Bad craftsmanship.

1/17/18: I am updating to advise that the Area General Manager contacted me immediately. I sent him the documentation of the repair that was done and a reimbursement check was issued to me in a very speedy manner. While I was unhappy with the service provided I do give the company props for reimbursing me for my costs without any hassle whatsoever.Took my Cadillac CTS there for repairs due to collision with deer that damaged the left front quarter panel and front bumper of the car. Went through Erie Insurance and chose this shop because we were offered a lifetime guarantee on the repair .This was a few months ago. Now in December of 2017 left front headlight is out and we get a warning ticket from the police. Take it to my regular repair shop as with this model the whole front clip of the car has to come off to get to the headlight assembly. What do they find? Bare wires, cut wires, some wires wrapped in electrical tape. Had to trace out the wire to the harness to find the break. Called Service King today to find out what they will do as this cost me $262. Was told I would have to talk to the GM who is out for the week for surgery. He is supposed to call me back on Monday 12/18 or Tuesday 12/19. I will follow-up with them again on Tuesday the 19th if he hasnt phoned me by then. I do expect a full reimbursement. I will update this review to advise what the outcome is. Overall I was not thrilled with the service this shop provided at all from the onset. I am even more dissatisfied now.

So far so good. But only theough the admin & estimate process. Ill update once the vehicle is fixed. I will say it is taking over 8 days from time of estimate to the date Service King can get my vehicle in for work.Update: absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen (but this excludes Diane @ the front desk ). Havent even picked up vehicle yet! Projection for work completion went from 5-7 days to 19! Asked for explaination & the service MANAGER hung the phone up on me! Twice! Really?!

Granted the customer service is admirable the overall work ethic is upsetting.I turned my car in and hadnt received any updates or a time frame in which my car would be ready for up to 5 days. I finally called to check on the situation and apparently my car hadnt even been looked at because the mechanic was out of town for a family emergency. So my car wouldnt be ready for almost 3 weeks since he was so behind. As apologetic as the staff was I was understanding and know that sometimes things happen but, it still is an inconvenience to have to pay for a rental for that long and annoying to not have been told this at the time of drop off so Id be able rearrange options. Also why is there only one person doing this?Then I call around 3 the day before my car is supposed to be ready to check and see if itd be available for pickup in the morning. NOPE! because they tried using recycled headlights my insurance company would not approve of they had to order new ones and wouldnt know exactly what time those would be in but it wouldnt until at least after 430 and they close at 6.Another inconvenience, another day using the rental due to work hours, and I had to make the effort to reach out yet again.

State farm sent us to a local body shop in waldorf. signed the papers for the insurance company to get an estimate for my pick up truck. according to state farm they didnt authorize a side grinder to be used on my trucks exterior panels of my truck. The manager of the service king argued with me and said my wife had signed papers giving them permission to begin repairs. total bs. i went to the shop to decide if my truck was totaled and i would take a check or keep it. left more conflicted then i arrived. manager says state farm gave permission. state farm denys. confront the manager again after holiday. the story changes once i tell them they arent getting paid by me and state farm totalled the vehicle. now the story: they were doing a tear down to inspect damage which required a side grinder on my exterior panels that just happen to have been cut perfectly to remove the damage. asking for clarification was to receive hostile behavior at best. i appreciated the front door girl and the office manager deciding that telling me what i needed to know while i stare at a tech who is face palming the entire visual mess. after 15 years dealing with the public i know lies and bs when i hear it. now my truck is worse then it arrived. i cant get an answer from service king. i get hello calls but no return with answer calls. apparently they cant locate someone to decide if they should make things right. but i did get screamed at for asking why a side grinder was needed to diag the underside of the leave springs on the bed of my truck ( totally visible from 10 ft away) ill have to continue to give reviews until someone decides to answer me. so far Ive been extremely professional with them in return Ive been screamed at, kicked out in frustration to my reasonable questions. told to lie to the cops, and had a manager call me with a sandwich in his mouth. which i very nicely asked him to call me after he has had his lunch. if you just want to get the situation over with without understanding the process just give me a check service, this is the place for you to go. PS. DONT SIGN THE FRONT DESK PAPERS! they waived them in front of me like the bible yet started repairs, o wait its a tear down, no repairs, tear down, definitely tear down without written estimate, notice ect.

What a poorly run company this is. I called this morning to confirm that my rental car and appointment was still on. The rep from Service King confirmed, of course when I get there no rental car...game over. If you cant meet a minor expectation like that why trust them with your car. Ill never use Service King again!!
