The workers here are knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service, quality, and pricing. The woman in the office is patient, kind, and hardworking. Some of these people commenting she is rude are probably the same people that Ive seen time and time again come in with unrealistic expectations and nasty attitudes. On MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, she had gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and so has the owner. Come in and check them out, you wont be sorry!

I appreciate the honesty and advice from lady at the desk. They fixed one of my wheels but the lady recommended I replace my other wheel because it was costly to fix and not safe. She even tried to find a replacement wheel for me. I would recommend their services.

The lady in the office was rude and extremely unprofessional! She has no idea or refuses to understand that the customer is always right!They called to say my car was ready, then when I arrived the office was closed. The sign stated that the office would open at 2:30. At 2:40 still not open so I called and the lady stated that she was just down the road with so much venom in her voice!!!! Then when she arrived she acted like I had inconvenienced her!!! Then she took other people that were behind me! Then said out loud to everyone that some people just think they are in a hurry!!Do not give this place your hard earned money! Maybe then the owner will see that this lady is completely the absolute wrong person to have working in a customer service industry!!!Nasty nasty lady!!!!

My wheels were all scratched up. The woman explained to me a few options for repairing. I appreciated that so I could make the right choice for me. I went with the complete redo and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They look amazing! I will recommend them to anyone.

I dropped my car off early in the morning and was able to get my car back sooner than what they promised. The staff found more wrong than a cracked rim. They called me and told me the rim was bent before they did any work. The staff was very nice and courteous during the whole process.

Nationwide dent repair worked on my 15x8 dented C3 Corvette Rally Wheel. They did an excellent job and the work was done within 24hrs.Great customer service and communication!

The Lady working in the office is very unprofessional and rude. It was a nightmare dealing with her. She totally screwed up my rim repair by doing the wrong repair. Mainly because she was so short and rude with me and would not listen when I was trying to tell her what I wanted done.Must say the owner did try to make it right. But when I took my car back she tried to charge more then what me and the owner agreed to.I think if she was not involved I would have had a good experience. Its ashame because its a good service they provide, but I would only go there again if I didnt have to deal with her

They did a good job repairing my severe air leaking dent on my inner 22 in rim!!! Was a lil costly, 225... but job well done.

Literally interrupted and yelled at me when I poked my head into the door to ask a question about a service. Turned around and walked out. Also, I was informed that this place doesnt actually repair wheels, they send them out to some bulk repair place in western MD. I wont be back and Ill be letting everyone I know in the performance auto community about this. Go to TAS machine in Laurel. Much better service.

I had my Rim weld here. They did a excellent job but it took a long time for them to finish. A couple days pass the day the said it was going to be ready. Hopefully they have improved on service time.

I would definitely NOT recommend this business.I had my rim repaired less than a month ago because of a crack.I had a flat tire 3 days ago that was caused by the same crack that was not welded right according to tire center that I use.However they claim that I must have damaged the same rim on the same spot driving;They would not repair again unless I pay them again $120 ..

They repaired a wheel of mine & I got good service the first time. The repair lasted less than a year & re-cracked. Just recently, the store rep basically told me i was a liar and that the repair area wasnt one that they did. I asked about a guarantee if I were to let them repair it again (thinking Id still let them repair it again & pay the cost), but they wont even guarantee their work! And yes, the front counter lady is rude as hell. The guy that helped me last year was cool, but the chick behind the desk is a garbage representative for the business!

WOMEN BEWARE! Guess they dont like women customers. The man in the Nationwide van who opened the shop was rude and unwelcoming. Decided I better go somewhere else and Im SO Glad I did! Fleming Automotive Services in Arlington, VA was $40 cheaper. Fleming is focused on the customer. Fleming is 5 stars for a reason! Make the short drive - you will be grateful you did.

I had a crack in my rim so I called to make an appointment. The lady making the appointments was very short with me and acted like she didnt want my business. I made the appointment for the next day, and my wife showed up at 9:20 and was told she could not wait and it would be an all day repair. She called me and came home. I called and spoke with the lady and told her that she said if she got there early, it would only take two hours.She told me to have my wife show up right at 9AM and she would be the first one taken. My wife was there early, and the manager lady didnt want to let her wait in the office, but relented. She said it would be 2 hours to repair it. After 4 hours my wife asked her for an update and the lady got irate with her, so my wife called me and I called the office and the same lady blew me off and then got pissed at my wife that she called me! She asked me what I expected, and I said You told me two hours and its been four, and my wife is waiting, so I expect an update! She didnt have one and hung up on me and proceeded to yell at my wife and kicked her out of the building in the RAIN!My wife went across the street and had to take shelter in Walmart! She called me in tears and told me that the lady threatened to call the cops on her. My wife had taped not only her conversation with her, but three other customers that were treated rudely by the lady as well. I had to ask a co-worker to drive me in the heavy rain up to Waldorf from Lex Park to rescue my wife because she would not release the car to her!I came up there and gave the lady a piece of my mind and told her that she had been not only rude to me and my wife, but that my wife had recorded her being rude to three other customers as well! She started to make excuses and I told her I didnt want to hear from her and to charge my card and let me go.And to top it all off, THE RIM STILL LEAKS AIR!!! Now I have to fight with them or cancel the payment!STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

I hit a pothole on New Years Eve and was told by NTB that my rim was bent and couldn’t help me with that type of issue. I called around to different places until I was was referred to Nationwide.I read several mixed reviews and didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted at the door with a big smile and a willingness to help. I was told that the on my Mercedes could be fixed.This place is very professional with exceptional customer service and they got the job done!Happy New Year and thanks again.

I had a bent rim. It was a busy day and they preferred for me to drop off the car or wheel and come back when it was done. I was not able to do that so they worked me in. 2 1/2 hours later the rim was straight and the car rides great. They did good work.

Seem to treat you like they want to help you... IF, they get your business. Trying to get a quick estimate is like swimming without arms.

They repaired my cracked rim on my Mercedes Benz E350 and did a phenomenal job with service, price and timing! I highly recommend this service for you cracked rims.

I had steering wheel wobble due to bent rims. Took it in sceptical but hoping they could repair the rims. Three hours later, fixed. Totally. Awesome. My only advice is, get there at 9 am or before so that you can be early in line....they do not do appointments, and they do not have a waiting room either.

If you value your time, dont waste it here. Owner is in the habit of not showing up even when appointments are scheduled. I drove down twice for scheduled appointments, even taking a day off of work on one occasion. Both times, owner/staff neglected to show up. There are other better choices who value their customers.

Young lady acting as a clerk seems a bit too busy to take your appointments. If you can get past that their maintenance stafff are great.
