For a dealership very nice staff

My boyfriend bought a Toyota highlander black its beautiful lot of leg roomKevin was his salesperson he gave him a great deal.

This was potentially the worst Toyota customer service experience I’ve ever had. Upon arrival at the service area, at least four different service advisors asked whether I had been helped but none took action to help even though I had an appointment. I have a 2008 Lexus GX470. The service advisor listed a couple of items off the top of his head and told me that was a standard Toyota 130k mile service instead of looking up what the correct service was for my Toyota-based vehicle. I explained what I wanted done from the Lexus service manual which equates to a tire rotation and balance along with an oil change. An hour and half later, the service advisor let me know that all of brake lines, hoses and my calipers needed to be replaced. I knew something was wrong because I had actually had that done about 5 months ago in California. I simply declined the service and asked to leave. Beware of the unneeded up sell at this dealership and it’s lackluster customer service.

The sales guy was professional and was not nagging me to buy. If I do buy Toyota I will buy from him.

He made sure that we got exactly what we wanted in our car. We walked out of the lot feeling like we got exactly what we wanted and felt great about our new car. I recently purchased a new Rav4 from Waldorf Toyota and in my experience there was no pressure, very professional, respectful and helpful. My sales person, Matt Gill went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable because I had problems walking and I really appreciated that. He worked hard to get me all the features that I was looking for. He even followed up with a birthday wish, how sweet was that! I bought my first Toyota Camry from here 15 years ago and I wouldnt hesitate to come back again. Everyone was awesome!

The service department at Waldorf Toyota works in an efficient manner to have their customers services complete and their Toyota vehicle back on the road in the least amount of time possible. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for routine maintenance and service!

There’s a simple location as all Toyota’s are, they sell cars and fix them. Like most I just don’t feel they have common sense things or really anything that puts them over the top. I wanted to buy a wheel and a tire but they refused to put them together. I understand you have a business with people in line etc but I also know the tire balance and connection take under 10 minutes and require low work. I’d have waited to pick it up but they said they wouldn’t do it till next week so I just bought the whee and got the tire else where. There’s no such thing as convenience with such an outdated system, they were packed and slow moving. It was odd because although they had seemingly a bunch of people working the only ones that were excited and wanted to help were “floaters” not the people at the service areas set to do so. So the floaters excitement and kindness directed us to solemn and less then helpful people who eventually just took up our time. But all in all they had what we needed unlike other places (the rim)but couldn’t go above basic in any means with even common sense.

Sarron & Shelby and the team did a outstanding job of customer service. Easy sales process...kudos for the entire Waldorf Toyota team. If you are looking for a dealership that makes u feel welcome..go to Waldorf Toyota!!

I have been dealing with these folks since 2004. They are okay.

My dad Leroy Moreno..came in to Toyota to purchase a car for me. Thurs 1/30. I was so impress with service I received..our sales person Lenyk Scott was outstanding, she listened to what we wanted and she gave us some options in vehicles. After I told her what I was looking for she was right on it..she didnt pressure or rush us..she took her time and waited for us to make our decision..Lenyk has outstanding sales/customer service skills right on. The service all and all was outstanding from Waldorf Toyota Team. Well always use Toyota 😉 when needing a car. Will refer to family and friends. Kudos !!!

It is the worst place I have ever been to in my life no car dealership should be this BAD! I posted a review before and it was deleted by the owner.! I brought my Toyota in for service because I had recalls and when I got my car back it was not functional my security was disarmed, my remote start was disarmed, I had noises in the hood if the car. the managers refused to do anything about it or even return a phone call!!!! I REALLY WISH GIVING A ZERO RATING WAS POSSIBLE!! They are irresponsible with peoples car and have poor customer service! Needs new management!

Toyota: WALDORFService was mediocre for the service department; but it was great for the rental department.Went in for a recall and battery check and service rep tried to nickel and dime me. I won’t be coming back to this dealership. There are other toyota dealers with better service and integrity.

The technicians in the service department are experts on Toyota vehicles and are very thorough!

Excellent service. Ive been going there for years to have various service done. Only reason not five stars as a service writer (first time I saw him in 2018 and havent again in 2018) tried to mansplain some suggested work to me. He was wrong. Verifiably wrong and/or lying. This was about tires. I knew there was a hole in at least one of them. He tried to tell me they filled them all the way and no leak. Ok. So I went elsewhere to get four new tires given there was an obvious puncture on one of them...Regardless of this experience, I highly recommend Toyota of Waldorf Service. Nothing beats having a Toyota inspected by Toyota-certified mechanics.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I brought my Toyota Corolla in for an oil change and specifically told them that I needed full synthetic oil. When they were done with my oil change I asked them what kind of oil they put in it, and it was NOT synthetic oil! So needless to say they had to change my oil all over again. When they were done, they tried to tell me that there were multiple things wrong with my car so that they could make more money. Multiple people who have worked on my car before Waldorf Toyota confirmed that the things that this dealership was suggesting needed fixing, were perfectly fine. Then, five thousand miles later when my husband was changing the oil, he realized that the oil filter was over tightened so much so, that after hours of trying to remove the filter, we had to purchase a special tool just to remove the filter that the Waldorf Toyota dealership put on my car. I do not know how a business can run so poorly and still obtain customers!!!!
