FYI the reviews that have been posted are not from Performance Body Works. They are from the AC company that was closed down over a year ago. Performance Body Works takes pride in their work and their customer service.

I would not suggest doing any business with this company, no matter how small or large.They are only open until 4pm and it took them 8 days to come to my home for the initial service call, in 100+ degree weather. When I called on day 7, the woman that answers the phone laughed at me when I asked if they would be able to fit our home in soon or if they suggested we go to a different company. The woman told me they are very busy with service calls, which I can understand, but dont understand why they end work at 4pm if they are so busy.They informed us the unit was bad and needed to be replaced. They said they would contact the landlord for approval. 4 days later I contacted the landlord to see if he had approved the unit replacement and he said he had not heard from them. He had to call them to find out what was going on.20 days past the original service call I contacted the business and the woman who answered the phone was again very rude. She did not want to give me a date and said my landlord should know. I informed her I am the one who has to be present to let them in and that I work and must arrange it. She put me on hold to speak to Chris, who said they hoped to be able to come tomorrow, day 21 since the service call.In my opinion, customer service is key to any professional business and Customer service for this company is greatly lacking. They are rude and dont care about their customers.I will be becoming a homeowner in a few weeks and will definitely never use this company for any work needed.
Bad; dealings with them. Not honest at all. Said I need a new a/c wanted me to sign papers so they could finance me. He never even went into my home to see where the leak was. After calling another A/C company found out the condensation pipe had come disconnected and a little glue fixed it. I would have been out $4,500. if I had listened to them. The week before they put a $205.00 motor on that A/C unit on my rental house. It burned up, it was the wrong size.
Never had a bad experience with them. I definitely recommend.
Hello, I guess you have to take the good with the bad. Unfortunately these days most comments you see online are negative.
