My mom & dad had to have work done on there car so i had them take it to The Auto Shop the only place I trust. Jim was able to fix the shifter cable with out baying the complete cable, saving my parents money. They were very pleased. As I always am.

Ive taken my cars here several times and have always been very pleased with the service. Great people to deal with. I love the fact they keep me informed of the status of the repairs via texting! Its not always convenient to have a phone conversation while Im in my office with others around. One more thing - today I picked up my car and the bill was $200 cheaper than what they had quoted. One of the items they thought needed to be replaced didnt need to be replaced after all..... now thats rare these days! I like working with honest people.

This was our first time. Very professional. The quality of the work seems good, but only time will tell. We felt that the amount charged for the parts was a bit high (but car repairs are so, we imagine). We were glad to find someone in the area with the expertise to diagnose and repair the coolant leak problem, which required the entire replacement of the water pump.

I have been taking my vehicles to this shop for years! I truly trust them, very honest and reliable! They always go out of their way to help. The Auto Shop will competently diagnose the problems and fix them. If the outcome isnt quite as desired, it will make efforts to suggest that there are more options to try. No tow problems are alike neither should its outcome. One thing for sure, the owners/operators are honest because they want you back as lifelong customers. There are a few like them in town . . . not many.

Was a excelent experience . afordable and fast service .

I had an issue with my engine and took it to a firestone. They said the issue was that my starter went out? 500$ later they said I had metal shavings found around my engine so they couldnt fix it. Didnt get any codes for check engine light, just took their money and sent me off. So I took it to the autoshop and they diagnosed the issue right away without busting my chops. Straight said this is the problem here are the codes lol luckily had a warranty on the engine so it worked out. Without the auto shops help and honesty I could be a Grand deep with no solution. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE AUTO SHOP!!!

I was driving my wifes minivan to Jims shop to get it looked at so it would pass smog. On the way it started smoking so I pulled over. I called Jim and let him know that Im on the way with more issues. Once I arrived Bob was very helpful and helped me to stay calm. Next Juan called me with the best news that could happen. My engine wasnt shot. He said my engine was fixed and also fixed my smog issues and oil light issues. The whole shop is very nice and kind and understands that when you have car issues you get a little tense. They all helped me to stay calm. Well Done!!

Seventeen years, seven drivers in the family, and multiple cars, I have never had a bad experience with the Auto Shop, nor talked to anyone who did. When the kids were in college, Id have them drive home from L.A. or Santa Barbara to have their cars worked on here, because I knew it would be done right, the first time. I contacted this job based off of reviews put on here by other customers was told by word of the mouth that this shop was a great shop trustworthy and great customer service today I spoke with Lori who claims shes a customer service manager shop manager was given horrible customer service when asked what I was looking for I told her several times the issues I was having and what I expected I was then cut off and abruptly talk to with no disregard or remorse ask to speak to the shop manager or owner and was given the runaround and told that Id be called back at a later date FYI for one and youre better off taking it to a shop like Midas where they give you great customer service with more trustworthy Representatives I will never give my business to this company and I will suggest to others around me to not trust this company based off of their customer service and general knowledgeRe: To update the shop owner and shop manager do not properly train their employees answering the phone to appropriately speak to customers simply put I do not feel the need to have to call back based off of the way that you allow your representatives to conduct themselves on the phone your business is not as professional as you would like to lead on to your reviews in regards to a diagnosis for my vehicle I suggest that you listen to the phone call and see that I simply wanted a base price to read the codes it was given horrifying customer service and return for asking to speak to the manager I was probably disrupted by a short and offensive answer I would love to believe that this company conducts business that is trustworthy but based off of my experience I can only tell you that they choose to ask people to positively review their horrific customer service after I called -midas I was given a simple quote ended up spending $510 that this business lost out on based off of bad customer service. I wanted to give my business to this company based on reviews its sad that something as simple as phone etiquette stop this company from receiving business form myself and any other associate that asked me for a good auto body repair shop.

Iv been very happy with my experiences with the auto shop, I have taken my gmc in many times due to my engine light popping on and off and with no hesitation they have seen me the same day and have been figuring out what could possibly be wrong with my car. I have been to A lot of mechanics in the past and I must say they are the best by far! They have the up most by far, greatest customer service! They explaine everything in detail and get it done! Have been going to The Auto Shop for ten yrs now and have never been givin wrong info or been over charged for work. They always tell me what is wrong with the car and list it from worst to what can wait. Have had a time when daughters car was acting up they tried a certain part to see if that would work. They let my daughter drive car for a week to make sure that was the problem. (Luckily the part they put on was the problem). Not many shop will let u do that. I am not that mechanically inclined so i rely on them to fix problems. When people tell me about their car problems i always refer them to The Auto Shop
