I took in my car to get a smog. The mechanic could not give me a day or time when my car might be ready. Not even an estimate. The receptionist told me that my car would be ready the next morning and it had not even been diagnosed yet. The service was poor. I was very disappointed.

They were pretty quick but only thing that sucked was I had to wait outside on a chair in the heat for my car.

My Chevy Silverado 2001 Truck would not pass smog!! I took it everywhere if you have one of these you know it has problems passing smog this shop was so helpful the receptionist was awesome too;) I’m taking all my cars to them! Thank You so much!!!

Did not pass smog because I had to replace my battery terminal(it was eroded and would not let me start my car) and when you do that the computers in my car restart themselves and will not be ready for a smog inspection. I did not know this. They told me to drive it for a few days and come back to recheck it for another 50 dollars. My question is this: why wouldnt they check to see if the computers were ready before they started the smog inspection and took 65 dollars from me? The only answer I can come up with is because they only care about taking your money. Thanks for nothing. Will not be returning here.

I had a voucher for smog and they told me I had to leave my car there for a few days. Very inconvenient, I dont recommend this place if you have a smog voucher.

Took my car there for extensive motor repair and they got it done in no time. The wonderful young woman at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful, and very professional. The mechanics were awesome and got it done quick. I was a little nervous about what the cost may have been, but all that was replaced with gratitude.. very affordable even for me.

Worst service I ever had I remember when they were good and now I don’t know what happened over charged took almost a week to get the job done a simple oxygen sensor turned into a monster

Went in for a smog but instead got a bill for unhelpful rude Garbage service, would not recommend to my worst enemy. Will never do Business with them again, I had checked and made sure everything was in tip top shape replaced hoses that looked old and thanks to a five mine $2 hose I failed (Visual) wouldn’t haven take more the five minutes to replace and I would have been on my way but unfortunately I made the mistake of taking my car to this establishment I hope you don’t make the same mistake. Will replace hose and take it to a more honest smog shop that isn’t just trying to find any reason to fail and pocket the money

My 2007 Ram 1500 had a check engine light for a year! I took the truck to others auto repairs chop without any success, and wasted my money. This is my first time going to Auto clinic. I Trust Auto Clinic, and I will bring my vehicles in the future to them. I am very please with their service. Thank you Auto Clinic.

Took my car in for a smog after replacing the battery. The computer was not ready to accept a smog just yet and instead of telling me that, the tech. Juan Ramirez, ran it through the entire process, failed the smog, charged me $40 and said too bad so sad. It will cost you another $40 to bring it back. Talked with several other people in the smog business and each one said that they would have let me know to drive the vehicle before taking the test. One even showed me an easy way to tell if a Chrysler/Jeep products computer is ready for a smog. I have nine other vehicles that I WILL NOT be bringing to this place. I was the only car there so they looked like they need the return business. I hope the $40 was worth losing a customer. Find a more honest and customer friendly place. I will just go back to my previous smog shop.

Very unprofessional business. The owner Juan Ramirez aka John is very rude and should not be running a business that deals with customers on a daily basis. After my horrible experience and telling friends about this shop. I heard from a previous employee he takes advantage of his only fleet account and replaces unnecessary parts so he can get a paycheck every month. Same owner of the previous business one stop auto and Js auto sales. People are better off going to roger vogts down the street he’s very professional and employs experienced ASE master mechanics.
