When i bought my car i was promised excellent after service and at first it was. Now i called yesterday as my sunroof will not close and cannot get an appointment until Aug 10th. I tried to explain to the girl that i work and my car sits in a parking lot all day and cannot leave sunroof open. All she would say is Im sorry. No she was not. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT is terrible with their customers. Be WEARY as i have warned you.

Took our new Telluride in for it’s first service. Our appointment was at 9:30. We returned at 12:30 and they hadn’t even started the car. Yenny was very nice and worked quickly to find the problem and get our car taken care of right away. Pat, however, was very rude and condescending. He spoke down to Yenny in front of all the customers that were in the service area. Not sure if we’ll go back.

Bad customer service, false advertising. Guy was rude & actually raised the price of the vehicle we were looking at, he wouldnt run credit without his rude opinions (then found out he ran it after we left, which is FRAUD!) He tried adding one name & was just aruging over everything including their big sign, the prices & he just plain out had a bad attitude when he was forced out of his office to help. They lost our business but we found a better vehicle with better customer service & a way better deal!

This place is absolutely amazing! We bought a 2019 Nissan Rouge from them today & they works as hard as they could to make sure we left with the car we wanted all while making sure we stayed under our monthly budget!! We had already signed paperwork and took the car home when they called us 30 minutes later letting us know they were able to get us an even better percentage & so they had us come back so THEY could save US money!! Our new KIA Stinger is amazing, the salesman Eric was great, and my oberall experience was great except for they added the extended warranty and service plan to my contract without discussing it with me until we were signing the paperwork. This was pretty upsetting.

In regards to the Service department, the individual (Matt) I had talked to today (10/26/20) was rude and unprofessional. I called earlier this morning to talk about a warranty and my vehicle I purchased from here in which they had to call back due to it being busy (in which I understand). When they called back I was to late to answer and honestly thought they forgot about me, since I was waiting for over an hour. When I called back they had to take my name and number again, which I understood, but when I told Matt I thought they forgot about me he rudely said “we call within an hour, usually before the hour”. So I said I’ll wait for the call back and when I looked back at my call log, they didn’t call back until more than an hour and a half. I just ask for Respect and to not be talked to unprofessionally.

Met with Matthew re: the 2021 Kia Sorento. He was knowledgeable and knew the product. He showed us the redesigned items, demonstrated how to engage the third row of sests and discussed upgrades in the new model.

So when I called the Corporate office they told me it was optional. So if you try to go purchase a car anything extra it optional if not go to another kia dealership

The guys I dealt with at parts were great . The service dept that I originally walked into to ask where the parts department was not so I walked in around 12 noon as was told oh there out to lunch till 1 and when i told the parts dept that they told me that at least one of them was there at that time service dept should have at least called and asked if any body was there at parts or not this was frustrating considering I was at lunch at the time and had to come back after work .

We met Mike Martinez while looking at the 2019 Optima. We own an 2006 Amanti, but it’s time to own a vehicle with new security features. Mike is an asset to the sales staff at Visalia KIA. Great customer service skills and enjoyed getting to know him. Manny was a great help also. We know our service experience will be excellent since we only allow Visalia KIA to service our Amanti from wipers to tires and everything in between. This will also be the case with out Optima.

Joseph is a rock star. We came knowing what we wanted, but Joseph admitted they didn’t have what we wanted out front. But he knew there was one on the back lot waiting to get washed and prepped. He drove us out there and that was the one. We talked numbers, but I came back the following day. It was his day off, but he answered questions from home by text. A day or two later, we came back and he handled the entire project from start to finish. This Rio replaces my trade-in, which was 14 years old and at 160,000 plus. Kia makes a great product and Joseph has the experience to take care of the process.

We bought a van from here because it was a great buy. It has a ton of options but one thing it doesn’t have even though the salesman promised me it has is Apple Car Play (we didn’t find out till after buying it that it didn’t). Wouldn’t be a big deal had we not wanted a vehicle with that option. Then when we were signing papers they couldn’t explain to me why there was a $6,000 fee on there that wasn’t labeled. Then I had to beg for a second key because why would I buy a $30,000 and then turn around and pay $500 for a second key. Long story short I will never buy from Visalia Kia again.

First time buying a car at Kia, and would definitely buy from them again. When we walked in we were greeted by Matt Villanueva who is awesome!! Instead of showing us cars and taking us for test drives in cars we couldn’t afford, he actually got to know us learned what we were looking for and what we liked. Then he checked what we could get approved for and took us for a test drive. This way we fell in love with the car we actually got! They went above and beyond for us! Its been about a month Ive been waiting for them to refund me for an oil change. Ridiculous, how long can this process be?? and no one ever bothers to call me back and update me!! I have to call and been calling almost every other week and still NOTHING. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

Went for a recall update and our car was running perfectly prior to the visit. After the recall update they informed us that our car was ready only for us to find out that when we turned it on it was now shaking. We complained about the shaking and they said we would have to bring it back in the next day because they were closing. We dont live in town and my husband had to take time off work in order to take the car in in the first place. Totally disappointmented with the customer service at this location.

I went in for a recall on my car. Everything was fine. I asked for an oil change, and to fix one of the brackets underneath my car which was hanging on a thin thread. Well oil change was done but my air filter was not changed nor the bracket fix. It took me 3 weeks to get an appointment for all of these request but yet not a complete service as requested. I guess i shouldnt complain i got a car wash 🤔😲

I gave a four star because upon exiting we scheduled another appointment but during the process the guy took 3 other calls and helped the enployees in the middle of scheduling us (we stood in front of him for an extra 13 min).

Got a great lease deal here a couple years ago. The service while trying to get the paperwork done was great- could have been better but nothing notable worth complaining over. HOWEVER once they get you to sign the lease its like you dont even exist. My dad left after all the paperwork was done. All we had to do was wait for the car to be cleaned and we could drive off. My boyfriend and I waited HOURS for this car to be done and not a single sales person interacted with us the entire time. It was as if people were going out of their way to ignore us. It was at least a three hour wait for the car to be cleaned.Of course, I was pretty anxious to just get out of there so I was watching for my car. I had driven it and knew exactly what it looked like. And then I saw it driving up so my boyfriend and I went outside to meet it. One of the service guys was driving it.To my surprise, he got out of the car with LUNCH. He had taken my car to McDonalds to GET LUNCH!!! In my brand new car!!!! He had french fries in his hand when he pulled up. He grabbed his food and drink and tried to laugh it off like he was hungry. Not knowing what to do, I laughed awkwardly. It had taken forever just to get the car cleaned and now this guy took it God knows how far away to get McDonalds, adding miles and dirtying it.I will forever be disappointed in Visalia Kias service because of this moment. It doesnt matter how good the customer service is while trying to get the car if this is how they treat customers once the deal is done.Disgusting and disappointing.Im hoping they can redeem themselves after the lease is up this month. I like driving a Kia and the cars are great. This was about three years ago so Ill change my rating if things go better this time.

Went here to Fix my over heating car and it got worse after paying for it. We brand it back and the price kept going up each time we checked from 1,000 to 10,000 and now 18,000? We take it to another dealership and it was only 1,000
