My CA was blowing cold but not cold enough so I took to Ramirez shop it has a sing out side by the road of $50 to recharge your ac system he said it need it freon so a additional charge of $45 for the Freon and I pay$ 95 dollars in total for nothing he didn’t really give a lot of information for me about the car and the car is blowing the same i pay$ 95 For nothing. i took it to a different mechanic and told me my system could be clogged or contaminated due to different Freon For free and this guy at Ramirez is nice but he try to charge me another $120 for a Diagnosis on top of the $95 he had already charge me He has a sing out side to recharge your ac system for $50 not true and a I feel ripped off I explain to him that I wanted my ac to get cooler than it was and he didn’t do it

Called first, brought in an interstate battery under warranty, was told they only have an upgraded version and that I could not just pay the difference. Nope I have to buy a whole new battery. If you dont honor warranty items just freaking say so.

I had my alignment and wheel balancing completed by RQS. Of course my vehicle is running much smoother now, but what I liked most is that I was able to call in for an appointment and have my work completed in a timely manner. He overcharged just to look at my Breaks and charged $65. I took to two other places Free and said nothing was needed to be done he wanted to charge me over $600 For work that was not necessary.

11/15/2019 (MY FIRST TIME HERE) I Went in for a smog I had called before showing up, met up with the front desk service person whom was very polite gave him my keys and he said 10-15 minutes of course after quoting the price for the smog and sure enough in 15 minutes time my car was done. Great service and for my first visit I was quite impressed they also do vehicle repairs and have nation wide warranty thru Napa auto care great guy. VERY NEAT AND CLEAN INSIDE.

Ramirez Quality service was a great trust worthy shop. I brought in my suburban to get smog and it turned out that I didnt pass. Not only did the mechanic give me a fair estimate to fix my issue but they also gave it to me straight and didnt try to sell me on things I didnt need. Its so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family theyre low cost on labor and very friendly. I would give ten stars if I could.

Went to a few shops all said would take a day or hours to just inspect the car came here mechanic did a quick inspection on the motor mounts right when I pulled up and found the issue in minitues and got the motor mount replaced in a hour quick and really cheap with warranty

Went to Ramirez Quality Services a few times. They did tire rotation, oil change, and breaks. I had an older car and John was honest, he advised me to start looking for a new car or, be ready to put some money in to it. It was a salvaged car and not worth the money. I like the honesty, instead of me being stuck with a bill and a old car that didnt have A/C.

Horrible service, very dishonest and does not take inconsideration the overall satisfaction of his customer. Rather try to make a high markup buck than keep a loyal returning customer, quoted me almost 3x more than what other shops (honest ones) would do it for. There is no Quality in Ramirezs Services.

Get place to take your car to. Just recently had an issue with my brand new car took it to john, was gonna be like 700 to fix the problem but johns honest and let me know that my car was still under warranty and to take it to the dealer and that he wouldnt even charge me the diagnostic fee. This is what people need when looking for a mechanic one who is honest and best intrest is trying to get you back in the road asap, not one who is just trying to take your money. My wife made a review on our experience with Ramirez Quality Services this morning and received a call from John wanting her to change her review. This was our experience. We have the right to let others know what our experience was with this company. We paid for a service and dont feel that the service was carried out. We went in to have 2 sensors and a tire replaced $478.41 later we have to take our car somewhere else because John stated that the opposite 2 sensors went out shortly after we left his shop. We will not return to this shop for any services and advise others to do their research. We are now following up with the BBB in hopes we get a resolution without having to take things any further.

We did not have such a good experience I received a coupon on my car while at the Visalia DMV I held onto it because I knew my daughter needed a smog soon, she went today and you guessed it she passed everything but the visual, John or Juan ( cant get a straight answer on correct name) showed her she has a vacuum line broken off and offered to diagnose for a low amount of 85.00 she declined and called her Dad who has worked on cars for over 30 yrs. And showed him what she was shown, it was indeed a windshield washer fluid hose He took it back and was shown very bad customer service he asked if he could be shown the problem since it was a visual fail John or Juan showed him a different line and said he plugged it back in as a courtesy but still failed it after many attempts to see what the actual issue was He took it over to Visalia Quick smog and repair which he has used for over 10 years and passed with no problems so please dont go just because you have any coupon go where you know someone who has had a good experience and no one tries to take advantage of you
