Brought my car in for service, and they needed to order a part. Its been two weeks, Ive called 5 times. Left multiple messages. No one will call me back. Im not sure what is going on, but I dont want to do business with a dealership that cant even return a phone call.

I was so beyond grateful to the service department employees working today - they were extremely helpful and fixed my car in a pinch, I was traveling to Sequoia when my tire liner/shield started dragging on the pavement. I was blown away at how fast they fixed it problem, and they were so friendly and truly made my day. Knights in shining armor! 10 stars!!!

In regards to the service department, I am always greeted with great customer service when I enter the service department lobby. I had my Hyundai Kona serviced three times here now and had the great opportunity to be welcomed by Carlos and Gilbert. They work at a fast pace and gets things done but makes sure everything is set and ready to go.

Great service department. I took my vehicle in for a Hyundai Tucson service recall, and they were able to order the part a few weeks out, after a few weeks when I checked in they were able to make my appointment. It only took 40 minutes of waiting for the service job to be completed, even though they had several vehicles being worked on that afternoon.Thank you Visalia Hyundai for great service!

Went there to help my mother En law to get a new car. A guy named Oscar (who I thought was going to be helpful and kind) was working there. Dont expect a deal in there. The cars are overpriced and I felt they didnt care about us as a customer. We offered 23k cash on a 22k Elantra car. After tax and stuff it was 26k. most dealerships will meet you halfway when you try to nogotiate and we were willing to go as high as 25k cash, but it never got that far because they wouldnt negotiate. Instead they tried to sell us a different car for 23k that my mother En law didnt even want. I understand cars are in high demand, but its been over two weeks and the car we wanted is still on the lot. Ill never go there for a car. I also found out that Oscar works in Hanford also. I have bought 2 Hyundais Sonatas in the past and my wife also bought 1. Go to a Toyota dealership. Ill be buying my cars somewhere else now. I will recomend to everyone I know to go someplace else.

Took my hyundai in for a warranty service, not sure if it was sloppy work or the worse option, but when I get my car back the coolant in my car had been drained and left bone dry, and the windshield washer reservoir is now cracked and wont hold fluid. Of course the paperwork says all of this was checked and was just fine. I own two hyundais, will not be giving them any of my business again.

I have had Hyundais for over 13 years. I had previously gone to Visalia Hyundai and the manager at the time had a horrible front desk associate who would say things were done but not completed. Which was a lot of back and forth and a headache. I used to drive all the way to Selma to get my car worked on after that. Last week I took a chance due to not having time to drive to Selma. Im happy I did, Carlos is amazing! He told me my car would take a week to fix but helped me out and turned it out in a day. Thank you Carlos you changed my opinion on Visalia Hyundai and I thank you for that.

I trust the service writer to advise me on what needs to be done to my vehicle. They are friendly, courteous and helpful. I bring in some problems that I think are weird and they always seem to know just what has to be done to correct the condition. Trust is the key word. They know what they are doing.

My experience before my new service advisor was horrible but Carlos (new service advisor) made sure to keep me happy by calling weekly with updates for months until I got my car back. He is good at putting my mind at ease and made sure there was nothing else I needed. I will let no one else touch my car.

Great customer service provided by Carlos Bermudez who went out of his way to contact extended warranty providers when my engine blew. Warranty on engine was for up to 120,000 miles. Odometer reading was at 111,000. Hyundai honored the warranty, rebuilt my engine and provided me with a rental car throughout the process. The mechanic Keith Madsen worked beyond his set hours two days in a row ensure my vehicle was ready and safe for a scheduled family trip.

I have had a Hyundai for over 2 years now and I absolutely love the car. I purchased it from Selma Hyundai and that dealership is always polite, efficient and genuine in their service. Plus, my car is always given a complimentary wash! The dealership in visalia is a completely different story. Twice, out of the convenience of location, I have had to go to the visalia dealership and I have had a negative experience. There system of checking in vehicles, obtaining prices, and providing service in general has been inefficient and extremely time consuming. They do not call back with the information like they said, they had to send me to the waiting room to wait for a tire price when there was no one in line behind me, and I have to call every hour to check on my car. It shouldnt even be hours for oil changes or single tire changes! Hyundai is a great company but their regional managers need to pay more attention to the efficiency of this location.

This is going to be a rather long post so please bear with me. I have a lot of nice things Id like to say about this dealership! I was recently at my local Hyundai dealership here in Bakersfield having an oil change performed on my wifes new Santa Fe. While Bakersfield Hyundai was performing the service on my wifes car, I decided to just walk around the lot to kill time while I was waiting. While I was out wondering the lot I came across a Hyundai Azera! Prior to this encounter Ive never even heard of this model of Hyundai. This particular model had tan leather interior, and I dont like tan interior. While I was admiring this car one of the salesman approached me, and began talking to me. During this conversation the salesman told me that Hyundai was no longer going to be making the Azera, and the 2017 model would be the last one. I had 7 months left on a lease of my Toyota Camry, and decided to see with the rebates, and incentives Hyundai had on their remaining 2017 models, if it were possible to get out of my lease early. Since my local dealership only had one in stock, and it was one I didnt like, I decided to look online. Thats when I came across Visalia Hyundai. I searched their new car inventory for any Azeras, and was excited to discover that they had 4 in stock!!! I filled out an inquiry online, and was contacted a short time later by Diane Soto. I explained to Diane my situation, and informed her of what Azera I wanted. She took my information, and forwarded it to her sales manager Pete Dondero. Pete contacted me, and further narrowed down all the information about both my trade-in, and the features I wanted on the new Azera. Peter worked some preliminary numbers for me, and they were promising! Pete then had one of his salesman Carlos contact me, and Carlos took my wifes, and my, information over the phone. Pete took this information, and gave me the exact numbers of what he was able to do for me. After a couple of phone calls Pete, and I, came to an agreement regarding the new 2017 Azera. I told Pete that I would be up to Visalia in a couple of days to pick-up the car. Pete had all the paperwork ready when my family and I arrived. Carlos took care of my wife and I while we were there, and from the time my family and I arrived, to the time we were driving off the lot in my new car, was less than 2 hours!!! This experience was very quick, and pleasant, for all of us! Id like to say a big Thank You to Pete, Diane, Carlos, and everyone else at Visalia Hyundai that made this deal possible! My new 2017 Azera is an absolute joy to drive!!

My sister recently had her Hyundai serviced at Visalia Hyundai, and was very unhappy with the service department. My sister and her husband are BOTH disabled, and on a fixed income. In addition to having the serpentine belt replaced as asked, they asked them to check the brakes. Which they did and promptly charged them $80.00!!!! Are you serious. On top of that insult, they had the audacity to charge them another $20.00 to rotate the tires! Are you serious? The tires were already off to check the brakes, ummm hello!!! Upon being handed an itemized bill, my sister complained and they agreed to remove the $20 rotation charge. In this economy Visalia Hyundai should be ashamed of themselves!!! The expense of the serpentine belts should have negated that ridiculous additional charge for the brake check. Shame on you! They will NOT recommend Visalia Hyundai to anyone!!!

Not at all happy with the service or lack of service I have gotten so far. This is the 7th day my car has been in to have the A/C repaired. Not 1 time in 7days have I gotten a phone call on the status of my car. I have called them 3-4 times to be told...parts had to come from 2 different sources and not all in yet ( Thurs) - looks like all parts are now in but wont be ready until Monday (Fri) - Monday came & went & again - nothing. Called 8am this morning to be told...ummm I dont know the status but someone will call you right back. That was almost 3 hours ago. I was quoted $1300-$1400 for a total repair bill and this is how someone thats willing to pay that kind of money is treated ? This is not warranty work so I could have gone to any A/C shop for this repair, but I chose to take it to the dealer and I think youve really dropped the ball on this.

My experience at Gropetti Visalia Hyundai was superb. The salesperson Martin Ayala was very knowledgeable and helpful. He put me at ease and really changed the whole way I thought about buying a car. From now on, if Martin is selling em all my new cars will be Hyundais! I recommend buying a car at Visalia Hyundai, I love the service, I love the prices, I love the salesperson, but most of all I love my Hyundai Elantra!.

Im very upset with the service. I have a 2014 sonata that I cant trust. Left me stranded in a gas station where my car wouldnt start. After the tow truck came, my car miraculously turned on after multiple attempts. Had to get a rental car to go to work; hence I dont trust the reliability of this car. Took my car In to the dealership, left for two days... The technician doesnt know what is wrong with my car. Im upset I dont know what to do. Still making payments on my car a 2014 and I cant trust it.

Its the worst dealer ship Ive been to, they treat there employees like trash and they dont pay there technicians as should they still pay by flag rate still. They give you the worst deal on trade ins and the worst deals on there cars. The groppetti automotive family is the worst dealership there business is to get money period its not family business they dont care about you or there employees dont bother even coming. As a local valley farmer Id rather go some where else.

My experience at Visalia Hyundai was absolutely wonderful! I had a bad experience at Gropetti Toyota on Saturday, December 14th. I had a sales lady, Sheila, laughing at me, and pushing me to drive an SUV, I didnt want. I have bought 2 Camrys from Gropetti Toyota. I bought a 2012, in December of 2012. I bought a 2000, in March of 2001, so of course when I wanted to trade my 2012 Camry for an SUV, I went to Gropetti. We left Toyota, and went across the street to Kia. I found an SUV I liked and went home to think about it. On December 15th I went back to Kia to buy it. I was treated so bad there by Ross. He held my drivers license hostage, and finally threw the key down on the desk, when I wouldnt by the extended warranty, and said he couldnt deal with me.This turned out to be a blessing!!! I immediately went down the street to Honda, Nissan, and finally Hyundai. WOW. Hyundai was the one. Terry, the salesman immediately made me feel right at home. He came across as a very honest, sincere, and knowledgeable. He made me feel like I wanted to buy an SUV from him. He took me inside and introduced me to Kevin, the General Manager, and Juan, another salesman. Kevin told me how sorry he was for my bad experiences and said he would make sure I had a good experience with them. He came across as honest and sincere. Tony, was also very professional and helpful.I cant tell you how relaxed and pleasant buying a Santa Fe was at Gropetti Hyundai. Ive told all my co-workers and friends about it. I am so happy I ended up at Hyundai. Im so happy I bought a Santa Fe. My experience couldnt be better. It was perfect. Thank you so very much Terry, Kevin, Juan, and Tony for the wonderful experience of buying a car from you.
