The deals in the store were amazing, however the associates following me around as if I was trying to steal was not ideal. One associate was friendly and offered help but everyone else walked around with their nose in the air. Will not shop there again.

They sales associates were very helpful in assisting with my holiday shopping. Bridget was kind enough to try on the jackets so I could see how they would fit my gift recipients. I always go back to this specific location

Its like they dont want to sell anything here. I shop regularly from MK and have tried this location only once. first and last time!! first of all there were almost nothing in the store. either old stock or not in right sizes. Plus the staff will make you want to hate this brand. They are not helpful and are definitely not gonna waste their time to look up for the products online. such a disappointment.

Staff very friendly. My 1st time in the store. There arent ANY prices on ANY items in the store. You have to ask the sales associate for pricing on EVERYTHING you may be interested in purchasing. If the store is busy & there is ONLY 2 associates working at the time, then this maybe a problem.

Let me start this off by saying Im not what most of the normal clientele probably looks like. I have multiple piercings, big stretched ears, came in the store in jeans and a organ trail band shirt, you get the idea. But you should never judge a customer on appearance. Honestly I do a lot of upscale purchases purposely not dressed to the 9s just to see what kind of service I will get. I walk in to buy a yellow bag and ask the saleswoman if they have any. She shows me the only one in the store. I tell her its perfect and exactly what i was looking for. She checks the price tag and in the most shotty, condescending tone says to me Well would you like me to put that on hold for you? I told her that no I would be purchasing it. She gets the most shocked look on her face and with a tone of sarcastic disbelief says oh ok then. The total of the bag was roughly $185. Really? You think I cant afford $185?! To me that was horribly insulting and beyond judgemental. Metal girls like style too! As I was paying the saleswoman I talked to a week ago when I was just browsing options came out and was happy to see I was buying it! She was very helpful my first visit and treated me wonderfully!
