Target has everything you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The store at Pembroke Mall is always clean. I like that they have fruits and vegetables and meat too. It makes my life easier with one stop shopping.

My local Target here in Virginia Beach at Pembroke is totally amazing and I love it. I always have a great experience with every employee, everyone works so hard, and a special shoutout to Mandy for helping me today!

This is my Target, I shop there multiple times per week but I think it’s time for a change. The customer service and general store quality has really gone down hill. A couple weeks ago I was looking for a specific item that the website site they had in stock (I understand sometimes inventory can be off) I asked am employee in the department if they had it because it’s not on the shelf. She took the item numbers from my phone entered into her handheld thing and said yes we have them in the back she then told me they arrived in the store 10 days ago. So she called someone to go get it and that person said we can’t get it because it would have to be located. So they have the item, multiple of the item. It’s been sitting in the stock room for 10 days a paying customer wants to purchase it and your refusing to get it. It’s not like it was a 2/3 dollar item it was $59.99. I called another target they had it and offered to bring it up and have it at customer service for me.Today I’m back in my regular Target I pick up a Lego item off the shelf bring it to the register and the cashier says we can’t sell this item until sept 1st. I asked why are they on the shelf of you can’t sell it. I understand not her fault.This target has gone down hill which is said because I use to love this target. Recently the store is mess. Shelves are bare (probably because the merchandise is sitting in the stock room for 10 days). The customer service is the pits. A good amount of employees are rude both associates and management.This place needs her back on track before the holidays hit.

One of my favorite Target locations. This one always has what I need and is easy to navigate. The self checkout is never too busy when I come here. I also love swinging by the Starbucks inside for a coffee while I shop.

TARGET HAS THE BEST CURBSIDE PICKUP!I have been using the curbside pickup feature very heavily at pretty much every retailer, since the whole Covid-19 (bio-warfare attack) started over a year ago.Target in general has the best curbside pickup of any other retail store! Theyre all awsome but, I happen to use the Pembroke location the most, so it ranks the highest in my book.

Thomas in electronics absolutely killed it! Had a broken foot and was in a better mood than me while I was shopping! This dude knew his stuff. I left happy that I spent hundreds more than I went too! Amazing customer service, pleasant disposition, informative, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with! My man needs a raise!

Target in general is a pretty woke establishment. But Im curious as to why the have overweight and out of shape women models and mannequins but not Men. The men are ripped and fit, protectors, Manly.So is Target saying they support unhealthy women or are they saying its okay for women to get unhealthy and theyll have clothes for you when you do?

My daughter got really cute back to school clothes and I got an amazing outfit for am interview, I got do many compliments on my shirt.

The staff worked as a team and helped me to select and set up my first smart phone.

Great Experience with drive up (curbside) pickup. Using the app, I marked on my way when I was ten minutes out, so by the time I pulled into one of the 6 spots for drive up, I could already see my order on the bottom of the cart the employees were using to load up other cars. After marking “I’m here”, a screen on my phone appeared for me to hold to the window for employees to double check it was me (in case there were two of color/make of car). Very efficient- ready in under 2 hours - and completely contactless!!

The staff/team are always so helpful, particularly at the checkout today.

Please educate your employees about SNAP/EBT and what it is/ how to manually enter cards. An employee took my groceries away from me saying “they don’t accept EBT”… I’m just saying y’all are really lucky I’m trying to be a better person because that entire situation was embarrassing on your behalf and extremely rude. I will not be returning and I will make sure to let people know you’re low key classist af. Y’all ain’t ever met someone with an EBT card before?

By far the worst target I have been to.Security was chatting it up with his “undercover” buddy along with the fitting room attendant. I asked the attendant how women’s clearance is organized is, her response, oh we don’t its a waste a time since our guest just put stuff wherever.Umm okay. Isnt that your job to take care of guest and make it presentable?!?Not returning to this location.

Service was extremely fast!! Literally got my order within the first minute of arriving.

I love the selection of products that Target has, and I am always pleased with my purchases. I go here for anything from treats for myself to gifts for my friends and family.

There is a worker in this store, her name is Heather. She suppose to a manger. She is very rude and tacky. She does not know anything about professional customer service. When i asked her about her last name so I report her performance, she told my literally ( I am not gonna give it to you, non of your business, go a head) in attitude that you would never expect in a professional person in well known store like target. Of course she does not want to give her last name so u can not complain her, but it is easy just take the store number and report you experience with this manger in Target.

I understand the mandate and the special reserved shopping times - I may not meet the standard, however I was there to purchase something for my son to take to his school! If I had him with me, we would have been allowed in, or if I was pregnant! So, how is it different if I was there to get something for him, but did not have him with me? Everyones life has been flipped upside down - cut a mom trying to balance life with a toddler and work full time! This TARGET store and maybe TARGET has lost my business for good!

This Target is large and beautiful. Its spacious and clean and well-stocked and well-kept.They have all the items I love in Target and I almost always find everything I came to get here.Its one of the largest Target stores in the area and has plenty of parking and space.I LOVE the mobil app where you can check the circle rewards for your items and you get 1% back from purchases and can apply it later.

My customer service experience left me with a negative feeling about this Target. I went to return some makeup that I purchased and Jonathan at Guest Services had an attitude. He tried to insinuate that I had not purchased an item because he couldnt pull up the barcode and tried to make me feel bad, but he didnt even check the receipt. Clearly I purchased the item which the receipt identified. My experience with Jonathan was less than ideal and it will make me think twice about purchasing makeup from Target in the future

Ive shopped at this target since it opened. I love its location and all of the employees who work here. Everyone is always nice and helpful. But for at least a year if not longer this store has had a restocking problem. Shelves stay empty longer then reasonable. Time and time again I have to pick up items that have not been restocked at another store close by. You are losing money because of this. Ive seen items stay out of stock from 2 weeks to as long as a month. That is ridiculous. If a program is used for restocking then get it fixed. If it is human error then train them better. But the bottom line is fix this and youll make more money and have a top rated store at this location. It is the target at pembroke mall in Virginia Beach Virginia. Thank you.

It was an easy pick up and my order was brought out very quickly and both orders were complete and correct.

As awkward as this location is, in a post-mortem mall, this location is very well recovered and the staff is insanely attentive. I’ve never had a cashier recommend items to us, especially not in a pushy “we’re selling these as part of a contest” kind of way.We were purchasing Halloween candy and the cashier recommended we purchase more because we didn’t have enough. She went on to remind us to use our coupons that we had queued in our app. She was very nice and personable. Really enjoyed this experience.

I love the ease and quickness! With a deployed husband, 2 girls, 6 and 2 years old, its literally impossible to actually go into any store, so thank God for curbside pickup!!!!

It was very easy and convenient. It was ready right away once you park and pick up the order. It’s my first time doing the drive-up pick up and will definitely do it again.

Worst place to apply for they age discriminate

Most employees we encountered were mask holes. I dont need to be policed when I shop. Employee on his break was wearing his mask completely off his face (which doesnt bother me at all actually), but they didnt say anything to him... Just harrassed us women with infants and kids, making an already hard day much worse. Thanks A LOT TARGET! 🤬

I really like this Target. I did run into a bit of a problem today. The lady who works in the cafe was rude and snarky. I asked for a take home bag of popcorn. She did not use the food gloves to get the popcorn, and instead of closing the bag, she put a regular Target bag over the top. When I asked her if she had a tie, she said, “If I had one, I would have used it,” and then rolled her eyes. She didn’t use the sanitary gloves with her long painted fingernails, so I could only conclude maybe she had ties and decided not to use them either.I will go back to this Target, but this is the second time I have witnessed this particular worker being rude. The last time was to an elderly lady who was trying to order a hot dog. The next time, I will have to find the manager.

Two days ago was the first time I went in a Target in over 5 years. I bought a couple things I needed that I would have usually purchased elsewhere but Target was the only place open. The fitting rooms were closed so I specifically asked if I would be able to return some items if they did not fit. Guess what, they didnt fit and today I was told they were not accepting returns until mid May at the earliest. Great. I wish I had just not bought anything. I dont understand how me taking it home and trying it on is worse than leaving it out for the general public to touch it, cough, sneeze or worse all over it.

Very accommodating. There was a big line on Christmas Eve... and the manager I assume got on the radio and called in reinforcements. Very fast moving line after that, quite impressive.Good selection. Clean store.

As I was looking for some Spic and Span cleaner, I asked a store employee. She could not find it in the inventory BUT she asked if I was looking for hand sanitizer! I WAS! She directed me to the last two on the shelf. Of course I was only allowed to but one, but was so grateful for the tip she gave me! Thank you!

For future reference...during this particular time...POST YOUR HOURS ON YOUR WEBSITE. I went to this target this morning...waited in line...to be told that 8am to 9am was for vulnerable guests. This whole time since this entire pandemic started, Ive been going to this store at 8am with no issue. There is nothing wrong with having those hours set aside for vulnerable individuals....but for those of us that ARE NOT in that category....post your actual hours on the WEBSITE or at least somewhere on the internet. To get certain items right now, a lot of us have to wait in line...if I knew that your hours changed, then I couldve went to a different store. A lot of other retail chains have actual updated hours posted on their sites for that reason.

My cashier Honey was extremely phenomenal!!!! Her line was closing and because I was in a rush she still took care of me, was very patient and kind, even taught me how to be familiar with the Target Cartwheel app. She had a WAY better attitude than your employees on the floor!!! She was far more kind and helpful. She did not rush me at all, was very polite, and answered all of my questions. You need more bright employees like HONEY! Thank you

This is my least favorite Target. The customer service here lacks significantly compared to the south Independence store and Nimmo. The customer service people seem to be the newbies of the store and can’t even ask a simple question without getting 3 other scattered people coming to assist.

Visit tonight for return of a piece of luggage. Had the receipt and never used item. It took less than 10 minutes to complete the transaction. The store clerk was very friendly and helpful. Full refund on a gift card or refund to original used card. What more could you ask for?

I went into this Target for Black Friday specials and their only sales were on Electronics and if you purchased fifty dollars or more you get a 20% off on your next visit. When I stopped to ask a couple of staff employee just standing around talking, they truly appeared agitated that I interrupted them. I’ll definitely be online shopping Monday.

Target always has what I need or want

Ive purchased many items from Target over the years including a TV and kitchen pans. Always very pleased with purchase, based on price and quality of product. The product I picked up tonight is no different.

Another one of my favorite places to shop ...this Target is always clean and very well managed..the shelves are well stocked and I can always find what I am looking for. I recently went to the Optical department and purchased my prescription reading glasses...the service was outstanding 💗

Love Target. Innovative ideas and an array of gifts. Offer a variety of very health conscious items for pets, cleaning aids and even foods. I purchased their Brookline counter stool recently ...sturdy, love its teal color, and it provides seating comfort...with a good back height.

Store is always organized and always has new products/items to try. I love the dollar spot at this location.

December 23...nothing more needs to be said about how extremely busy this store was today and how many people are crawling on top of each other Christmas shopping. I stopped a young man named Travis who was walking by in a super awesome red Christmas blazer to inquire about a childrens toy item I could not find and it was far beyond my greatest expectation of customer service on a normal day, so completely out of the park for 2 days before Christmas. He was beyond professional, patient, courteous and just genuinely nice and so pleasant I asked him for help again locating another item and instead of just telling me where it was so that he could get back to everything he was doing he walked me to the item. In the childrens shoe department there was another team member who was equally as pleasant as well as my cashier as I left. Huge thanks from this hesitant Christmas shopper for making such a dreaded experience so insanely fabulous!! Retail and the planet need more of this, thank you!!

Actually dont think Ive shopped here, but I searched stores that carry fabric on Google and Target was listed. Considering I couldnt recall ever seeing fabric there I called, and what do you know? Target does not carry fabric. So in conclusion, Target should be removed for any fabric related inquiries.

The best department store there is. It is exceptionally clean, well stocked and has an excellent variety of products. The salespeople are friendly and helpful. This is my favorite Target Store hands down.

Customer service received from the manager exceeded my expectations. I had a school supply list, used store pickup after selecting the specific item I needed (every year I lose out because these items are sold out.) It took the ease in easy to not get tired, stray from budget or lose interest in getting our kids school supply. Thank you.

I have never been into any retail store that had a more friendly and helpful staff than my neighborhood Target. Everyone is always on top of things, and they never mind stopping what they are doing to help. One of the most exemplary employee there is a gentleman named Omar. My husband has cerebral palsy, and Omar always jumps to help him in anyway he can. He always asks after me if he sees my husband or asks after my husband if he sees me. I have never seen him have a bad day. All of the employees in this store deserve the highest commendation on their hard work and service. You can tell any store that runs as well as this one has excellent management.

Easy, fast curbside pickup

The cashier was rude and snappy. She didnt greet me. She was like, come down to this register, no hello. She was very hurried with just 3 people in line. She was complaining about someone, not sure if it was a customer or another employee. Felt it was very rude. It was like me and the other customers didnt exist.

Nice and clean store, but I wish they would restock their grocery items more often. I find it nicer and less hectic than Wal-Mart. Their toy area could use some straightening up. The items in the picture frames area had no prices.

There are about 100 people waiting in line to pay for their items and only TWO cashiers working. In addition, the workers are RUDE and act like youre bothering them when you ask for help.

They gave my stuff to another person. They didn’t offer any solutions only me to ask the other person to give me my item back. What’s ridiculous.

I love this location more than any other in the area. The employees are always super kind and approachable. I once was looking for an item that said was in stock online, but I couldn’t find it in store.An employee went into the back, where she had another employee get on a piece of power equipment to get it off of their stacks in the back. I would have never expected someone to do this for me! They also seem to be better stocked and much cleaner than other locations - things that aren’t that big of a deal to me, but it’s definitely noticeable at this location. Sometimes I come here to return something, and come out buying more stuff when I had no intention of doing so.

Store was pretty torn up. I guess it is hard to get zoners to work on Sunday. The cashier was delightful. We did find most of what we needed. All in all a fair experience with the girls
