Every time I walk into this store, The workers are never engaging with the customers. The only thing they will do is greet… they barely even do that. I never feel welcomed walking in. I hope one day corporate comes in unexpectedly!! They need more training and work on their customer service.

You would think with the name Footaction they would have a great selection of shoes, but no, more clothes than shoes very misleading name.

Not my style but very nice attires. I recommend!

My son and I had a great experience here. The sales staff were helpful but not pushy. If they work on commission, it doesn’t show. Which is so nice. It is refreshing to be able to go into a store and not feel like you are just another sale or if you are just looking then you’re not welcome. Thank you Footaction for making us feel welcome and for honoring a military discount.

Normally has the latest shoes. Sometimes has shoes on sale for a good price, same for clothing. Has all sizes from toddlers to asultst
