Yesterday, I found a shirt I really liked in the store. It had no tag and I couldn’t find anyone like it. I then went to ask a girl with dark brown hair who was wearing a white cropped tank and Jean shorts as she was playing with hangers and she was very rude when I told her I needed help. She then snatched the shirt out of my hand and didn’t say anything to me but “this isn’t online” she then turned around and ignored me when I tried to talk to her. I will never come to this pacsun again…

There is definitely something going on this store in Lynnhaven mall. I see the last months review mostly 1 star and complaining about employees. It shows that manager can’t manage the store. I have purchased a Jean, I was gonna wear it and I took the tags off then I realized it’s didn’t reanlly fit on me and I wanted it to return. A manager which is name Hayle told me that she can’t do refund or exchange cause tags was taken off !! I never heard something like that in my life! And I have been working at the same mall for 5 years ! I didn’t return items before too ! I ask her I read the policy it doesn’t say anything about it remove the tags you can’t return !!! She show me that part it was saying she has the right to refuse the return ! Basically she just didn’t want it ! I already report her to the customer service ! Lynnhaven mall pacsun getting worst !!!

The staff person lied to my face about the buy one get 2 free EVEN THOUGH I ASKED HER and she said that one shirt was 26 dollars. Turns out, I paid for all three of them and those added up to $26.

Will never do an online pickup again. I had the wrong shoe size because it wasn’t specified but they were not willing to help solve the issue. I had to go back two days later and they still tried to tell me I couldn’t exchange them. I tried calling the next day when I got email confirmation and asked if I could come up to try and manager was like I mean you can try( had told them I live 40 min away from them)

I LOVE this store! the workers are always so kind and today they really played along with a joke! i wish i got the guys name but he said he was the store manager or something and he was so kind to me and my friends. a few other employees also played along with our silly game. i 100% recommend shopping here, they’ve also got great clothing choices!

Staff was very disrespectful they acted like opening the dressing room was an issue and they wouldn’t stop talking about me, wouldn’t recommend the girl with red hair and glasses or the short girl with dark hair just overall a bad experience with them...

So like me and my older sister visited and they were so rude they didnt even acknowledge us and were just cracking jokes....the clothes are decent but the customer service is terrible the employees dont even do their job like...what are they getting paid for... hire people that know how to work with customers... my visit here was a waste of time and a disappointment.

0 stars ... 0 STARS is exactly what I will give to this location love pacsun and everything you guys stand for but these employees you have working for you here are terrible they had theyre friends in the store joking in laughing the whole time im there and as i asked the guy at the front counter when i was ringing out a question about the shirts he just never minded what i said and kept it moving ...smdh need better folks working here besides that i would say clothes are cool and up to date hate your customer service really drove me away from this store im going to macaurthur mall now...

Great place for surf wear trends

I love shopping in pacsun matterfact their one of the few places I can go that have my size but i always go up to macArther mall and get great customer services.but at Linnhaven mall is horrible when I called up their once and a guy Aneswer the phone and acted as if I was bothering him, the second time i came into the store no one welcomed me or anything they sat their and talked and Walked around they never came to help me at all and it’s not like the store was busy because I was the only person that was i their. What’s even worse is the fact I had to go up to them and ask if they had my size in the back of the store that’s not my job the employees are supposed to try to help fined what the customer is looking for and if they don’t have it on the floor then they should say I will check in the back for you. I spend almost $300.00 every time I’m in pacsun I will never ever go back to that location

The sales associates at this store are awful to say the least. I went here with my best friend to do some back to school shopping. She gathered at least 10 items and we headed to the dressing room. One of the girls came up to me and explained to me that she could only have 5 things at a time because people steal. We said ok and kept switching things out so she could try all of it on. Then we decided to leave the things we wanted in the store and go to Tillys to look there. At Tillys, we became aware of security lurking around watching us and it was really wierd. Afer we decided on the things we were gonna buy in Tillys, we bought them and went back to Pacsun so my friend could decide what thing she was gonna buy with the rest of her money. The girl worker that spoke to us before came up to us again and started a casual conversation and we expressed to her how we felt like we were being watched. And then we noticed people at Tillys watching us from ACROSS THE MALL. My friend went over to them to ask them if there was a problem and they said no, which was a lie. So she came back over to Pacsun and decided to buy a sweater. After we were checked out, the security guard waited for us by the entrance and pulled us over to explain why we were being watched. She claimed that we were watching them more than they were watching us, and she said that I looked like I put something in my bag. But what really got me is after all of that, they didnt search our bags to verify. So they basically ruined our mall experience by not being direct and confronting us earlier about their suspicions, and then didnt even give us a chance to prove that we are honest people. Nice one Pacsun, and I actually thought about working for you.

I dont know if they have rookie associates working for the holidays, or this one particular individual doesnt remotely know how retail/customer service entail but it left a bad taste and horrible experience for my wife and I to shop.We inquired on what their sales were for their hoodies & crew (sale ad posted on the floor) to further explain which particular pieces of clothing were on sale. But apparently the particular item we picked up on the table that had the discounts were not included with the sale and was charged for full price.For the explanation that was given to us by the associate, the marketing they had on the floor was incorrect and that there should have been tape to cover the sales ad on the clothing....?Needless to say, my wife and I left, its pitiful that their associates arent well trained on what sales were being advertised.

Somewhat ok. I went here with a friend. They are not big guy friendly as far as sizes. But if your a tooth pick.. Shop here
