Cannot say enough positives for the manager, Ray Seth. So knowledgable and patient with my husband and I. I’m sure he answered our questions (which were many) over and over again. He is such a nice person and I believe he is a real asset to your company. So glad we met him and so happy with the customer service.
Ask for the store manager “Ray Seth” next time if you want an excellent customer service. My husband and I were at the store to purchase two new iPhone 13-pros last week, and we left with high satisfaction. The store is very spacious and tidy with area where you can sit and wait comfortably while waiting on the next available agent. When it came to our turn, Ray was very friendly, great sense of humor yet very informative and thorough with the service. We definitely will recommend this store to our friends and family.
I have recently purchased an Apple Iphone 13 Pro from this store. I was extremely happy with the customer service provided by the stores manager, Ray Seth. He helped me transferred my data to my new phone even I could not remember my password. Ray also installed a screen protector on my new phone and helped me pick out a stylish/sturdy phone case. Ray was very professional and knowledgeable about Androids and IOS devices. I gave this store a 5/5 stars and will be their customer for life.
Needed a Sim card due to losing my phone, made an appointment for 4 had to wait for 30 minutes. They couldnt even get the sim, basically sent me on my way with the sim card, that was non activated. Pretty much wasting my time. Went to the Verizon store in redmill and I was in and out in 30. 👌

Went inside this store and workers didnt have a mask on. One then disappears into the back other two then out mask on and ask me if i have a mask and that i need one because its store policy. This place looks like a thrift shop inside. Avoid the hypocrisy, because cotton can some how stop a virus. Laughable.
Hands down the most supportive/effective Verizon store I’ve ever been to. Marcus went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of in a timely manner. He answered every question, ensured we capitalized on all applicable promos/deals, and even took the time to help my son set everything up on the phone, including the screen protector/case. This is my Verizon store indefinitely!

The attendant was very good
I was up visiting family in the area and needed a new Verizon phone. I called the store and got them to verify that they have the product in stock that I wanted. The sales rep was friendly and polite and answered all of my questions. we did have to wait a little bit to be served when we got there as they were busy but the representative took his time explain the products properly to the customers and make sure they understood what they had bought and what they were signing. Its good to see people being responsible and taking care of their customers. Overall a great visit and I do business with them again.
Couldn’t be happier with my experience this evening! Every time I go to Verizon it’s very stressful because I am in need of a new phone because it broke. I had the pleasure of working with Hunter tonight who was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. He turned my stressful day into a wonderful evening! I couldn’t believe how easy he made everything! Although this is an authorized dealer location, this has been the best customer service I have received from Verizon. There are 3 young men who work in here and they work like a well oiled machine, like three bodies with one mind. I watched all three of them move to different customers as per the customers need.(example) If they were all helping a customer and guy #1 got to a situation he might not quite know what to do, guy#2 would take over and guy#1 would take over for guy#2 with his customer.The fact that all three of these young men have so much product/business knowledge that allows them to move from guest to guest, makes it much better for the customer.Thanks guys! All three of you do a great job!
Employees are snobby, rude and condescending! They can do nothing for the customer. Unless you buy something NEW, then they fall over each other trying to impress the person on their “customer service”. That ALL goes away after the purchase!

I am appalled at this store.My Mother stopped in today to replace the case on her iPhone 6s. They charged her $85 for an Otterbox case and a tempered glass protector.I found the same model Otterbox for $21.95 and the tempered glass ranging from $7.99 to $15.99.Being generous. Ill go with the high end and say I could have picked this up for a total of $38.00.Congratulations! You bilked a senior citizen out of $47.00. More than double.You should be ASHAMED!
Exceptional customer service. The Hunter/Marcus duo went above and beyond for a very complicated phone issue caused by Apple. Im very grateful to them for working directly to fix the issue, many other phone places would have, Im certain of that.
Terrible service. Id give no stars if possible. Horrible customer service. Walked into the store waited about 15 min while the 2 workers were talking to other people about not store related things. I ended up leaving because I couldnt even get them to acknowledge me while I was there. No be right with you. No hi. Nothing. Very disappointed.

I upgraded my plan and had to go into the store multiple times because they never actually upgraded it. The third time in they finally updated my plan. Very slow, no sense of urgency. Only giving two stars because a couple of the employees are very friendly. I will go to a different store from now on.Updating my review to 1 star. I went to another store today and they informed me that the auto pay discount only applies if using a debit card or checking account, not a credit card. So I have not been receiving the discount for the last 10 months (the TCC/Landstown Commons store said I was receiving it). Total incompetence.
Great service all around by Chuck and Yaseen. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Chuck even stayed over an hour after closing to make sure my families phones were set up correctly.

AVOID this business...dont waste your time or DIME here. We purchased 2 pair of the Gear IconX earbuds. Oh let me tell you, they can sell them alright...but lets talk about the defective products. We have been back 4 separate times because the substandard ear buds dont charge....not over night, not using their cord nor any other way. We followed EVERY step and they still dont work. They were purchased on 8/25/19 and I have been back how many times?? Oh they promise to work with you. Their work is you have to contact and fight with Samsung...they cant take back these earbuds because they were used. Well....lets see you use them to find out their defective. Furious doesnt describe it. Im out the money..$260 to be exact with defective product that THEY SOLD ME. TCC...Ill be sure to give you plenty of publicity...
You are expected to announce your account information, including your password openly and publicly. When you ask, they basically turn it into a scene to make sure all of the eyes and ears in the store are on you. If you must do business with them, keep it online. At least there, its secure.
This was the best store ever. Switched up to Galaxy Note 8 and the whole experience was great. Everything transferred and the service was excellent.
Pretty disappointed with their customer service. We walked in and sat down to wait since the three workers each had a customer. We didn’t get a greeting or let us know that it might be awhile. One worker finally got done but his shift must have been over because he left. We waited for about 45 minutes with no greeting before giving up and leaving.
Great experience, they were so helpful, guy with the tattoos was very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. Will definitely go back when I need help.
