Customer service is quick and great. But only 2 employees are working, I had to wait 45 minutes for assistance, thats too long .
Representatives doesn’t know what they are doing. T-Mobile offered me $830 off for upgrading my line with eligible apple device trade in. So, I went to this store on 11/27/20 and they processed and said for my traded device I got $650 credit. I accepted deal and took apple 12 pro. The representative said phone will delivered to my house and I can ship the traded device to T-Mobile after receiving my 12 pro. My phone arrived on 12/08 without shipping label. I called T-Mobile costumer service on 12/10/20 and asked them about label. They said we didn’t see any trade in device, go to the store and they can process it. I went back to store on 12/11/20 and manager said there is no trade in applied to my line. He said we will give $415 trade in today for upgrading. I don’t understand this, they messed up my order and trying to loot me. I’m never going back to this store. Be careful with these guys they don’t know what they are doing.
All of the reps are so helpful and patient!! Love the professionalism! That manager is pretty awesome too! They always make sure I have a great experience & get my devices up & running as quickly as possible. I’d recommend them any day.
I came to this location today because I am not getting any service inside of my home and I was thinking about leaving T-Mobile and going elsewhere. But after encountering both Anthony and Ariana there was no way I could leave because they were absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out; their customer service was beyond stellar! Anthony went above and beyond to make sure that I left happy and Ariyana was so sweet from the beginning to the end. There was another young lady there as well but I didn’t get her name, she was also super friendly! With customer service like this I will never go to another T-Mobile location again :) I’ll tell you what, you don’t see customer service like this very often so T-Mobile needs to truly recognize and appreciate the 3 gems they have at this location :)
In general I prefer the Chesapeake store. I get kinder, more helpful service. However, it is my daughters favorite store. I had a problem and it was fuxed right away, as I expected. I took in my chargers, one came from a bargain store and one from Batteries + The person helping me condemned the bargain store. I told her I paid $32 for a T-Mobile charger and it stopped working in two weeks. She said they will exchange it. I started to explain they said I couldnt. She started repeating they will exchange it and never heard me attempt to explain they said they couldnt because the packaging had been opened. I gave up trying to explain and left with her telling me they could exchange it. I wish different branches worked off the same instruction book.

This store has always provided me with exemplary customer service. They continue to exceed expectations. When I go in the store, they always greet me with a smile and I know they will take care of me. The store manager, Anthony, is fantastic! Even if the drive is a little further, the little extra time is worth the experience I have when I get there.
If you need a new phone, shop online. Then go into tmobile and ask for prepaid options. The only reason to ever buy a phone from this horrible company is to literally give them your money. Every phone they have can be found cheaper anywhere else except in the tmobile store.
I had a unique issue with my phone. For some reason I couldnt get on the internet no matter what I did! Sounds frustrating? Yes! However, I must say the store went above and beyond to meet my needs. They worked tirelessly and called person after person to discover the problem. A system issue which was causing the blockage. Now Im surfing the net again, and finally able to get work done. The only thing that cant be fixed - is a person I had been speaking to on an online dating site thought I was ignoring them! NOOOOOOO. I do wanna have that drink with you, for realz. Thank you T-mobile.
Ok store. They were able to answer the questions I had. Didnt look to have a lot of inventory though.

This store is the worst tmobile Ive ever been too. I was helped by Calita. Not only did I have terrible service but she erased everything off my phone without permission for what looked like laziness to me. Then proceeded to put me on the backburner when another customer came in and literally told me to, set your phone up while I help these people. I had already paid so they got what they wanted out of me. I will never go back and strongly encourage other people to stay away from there. I was told by somebody that works at another store that they arent even an official tmobile.
Ordered a phone that was still under warranty. It was suppose to come in today. Called and talked to Mariah. first when she answered the phone I could not understand a thing she said than she put me on hold to check to see if it was in, I waited on the phone for about 10 mins. than called back. She answered the same way and once again put me on hold to check on my phone. Came back and said its not in, no explanation no personality awful customer service. And I pay lots of money to this cell phone co. for this kind of service. The guy who ordered my phone was real nice and helpful. What a difference in employees.
Went to this T-Mobile even after reading the horrible reviews. They now have a new manager and he is the absolute best! Fixed my problems and was very professional and had a sense of humor too. Everyone should give this T-Mobile another try, things has definitely changed for the better since the new sherif got in town.
I went into this store last week because my LGV10 completely clonked out on me. The worker there seriously acted like not only did she didnt want to be there, but not to help me in the slightest. The only options she gave me were to warranty switch or pay $175 for an insurance claim. Either way, I wasnt going to walk out with a phone. I repeatedly told her that I am home by myself with a blood disorder and I have to have access to a phone. She just looked at me with this dumb look on her face like I was speaking Spanish. Needless to say, I did the warranty switch and had to wait 3 days to get a new LGV10.And now for the reason I gave this store 5 stars. The second phone clonked out and I was out of a phone again. I went up to the store, ready to cancel my service and go to another provider, until Anthony helped me. Not only did he set me up with a new phone through an upgrade because I was allowed one, which the other rep told me I couldnt, I also got a free set of headphones and a free tablet after activating another line we had in our account. If it wasnt for Anthony, I wouldnt be with T-Mobile anymore. I have made the decision that if he or Tina isnt there, I will not go into that store. They are the two reps you need to deal with. Everyone else just act like they are bored and dont want to help. But it was the other reps loss in the end because she lost out on the commission from my sale.
If I could give this store less than 1 star I would. My wife, son and myself went there to look into switching our service. As soon as we walked in, we should have walked out. There were 3 available store associates in the building, with no customers, we were not greeted in any way shape or form. One of them finally said, Does someone want to speak to them? and then walked to the back room. Once someone finally did speak to us, he decided that taking a personal phone call was more important that what we were trying to do. This place was and is terrible and would not know good customer service if it bit them in the behind.

These people at this store have no idea what they are doing, they messed our whole data plan up one time went to fix it and then we ended up with no data at all so we lost our grandfathered in unlimited data went to the Greenbrier tmobile and they fixed everything no problem (this store had taken our data plans off of our plan altogether without permission), then my grandmother had an issue with her phone went here they didnt even try and fix it just told her the speakers were shot and there was nothing they could do we again went to the tmobile in Greenbrier and what do you know 10 mins later her phone was fixed her speakers werent even busted we will never ever ever return to this store

You wouldn’t know it, but this is a franchise store, not a genuine corporate store. No where on the front does it state so.After waiting for a while, I drove to the corporate store in Greenbrier for their help with my account instead, and I was in and out in minutes.
