The employees here were awesome! Ethan, the store manager, was a big help, my watch got messed up and him and his area manager helped me out a lot when they had every ability not to. Ethan was really nice and understanding and did everything he could to ensure i left happy. Would definitely recommend coming here, i had a much better experience here then the other stores ive gone to in this area. Thank you again to the employees here for taking the time to help me out.
Hands down the BEST customer service. These guys are knowledgeable, personable, and honest. They don’t try to sell you things. They don’t try to get you to buy the most expensive gadget. They are there to HELP YOU and make sure you get the best bang for your buck. We had the best experience. Jake was so fun and selfless. There’s a JBL speaker that’s half off that I wanted to buy, however the store was out of stock. Jake had one AT HOME he just purchased that was still in the box. He drove all the way home just so I could buy it brand new. If that’s not customer service then I don’t know what is. I cannot speak highly enough. Go to this store, ask for Jake and I promise you will leave just as satisfied as I was. Thank you, guys!

Walked into AT & T today and I swear, hands down the best customer service experience ever!!! I needed a screen protector and a case for my friends phone (birthday gift) but was on a very tight budget.I was immediately greeted by Codi who was not only helpful, but showed me a screen protector at and affordable price for my phone too. His co-worker Elmira was also instrumental in helping me find an alternative option for a phone case at the price point I was looking for.Codi answered all of my questions, (and I had a lot) and even put the screen protectors on both phones for me.That’s exceptional Customer Service and I will continue to bring my business and needs to this location because of today’s great experience!Thanks AT&T for having and AMAZING TEAM!!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. Didnt even stand to greet me upon arrival, but happily stood and smiled to a couple who wasnt of color when they walked in. Also, I get it is a phone store, but look up from your clearly personal phone to assist customers.
Got ripped off big time by the employees. They pocketed my trade in de ice and added 2 more lines on my account that I wasnt aware of until I got a 500 dollar bill. Buyer beware!!
I never had an issue until one day when I decided to pay my bill. The sales rep was Noel Bohlsen and tried to force me to change my plan even I told him I was not interested. Also, he could not keep private my personal information, and he had to speak loud around other customers that were not shopping! I specifically said that I wanted to keep it confidential since I was getting so many spammers. Also, he asked me where I was working, and after telling him the employers name, he showed me on his tablet that I have 20% off my bill and I need to receive an email confirmation. But he never selected that option because he tried to sell me a different plan, and I said no. l I will avoid this store for security reasons and the false representation of their employees!

Sooo I somehow broke the charging port on my S9+While on vacation in VA. Beach.I Google the closest location which is the Hilltop location. There I met Chaz.. a people oriented person with great knowledge of the the products android or I phone.. Anyway he helped me get setup with my new note 20 ultra and even after we spent at least an hour or more trying to transfer everything he looks at me and says ... You have ALOT of text messages 🙄So I delete all and restart 10 min later out the door...Thanx again Chaz... I really do appreciate you..I wish u the best

I had great experience at this AT&T location. I came to upgrade my iPhone and look into getting iwatch. First - they had COVID precautions in place that made me feel very comfortable. Jake helped me out and was great to work with. He exceeded my expectations. He was knowledgeable, professional, and saved me money. The employees were hilarious and made a normally boring experience fun. I love my new phone, watch and accessories. Thanks Jake and staff & for your help (and for your prior military service).
A few days ago my phone was stolen. Romeo helped me setup my new iPhone SE which I bought from the Apple store and couldnt setup there. I was able to keep my old phone number and service with AT&T Pay As You Go Plan. I know from first hand experience how much of a pain in the butt that can be. They provided great service and I would highly recommend.
I went into the store today to purchase a google mini. I met Sheldon and. Brad who provided stellar customer service. From the moment I walked in I was treated as if I mattered and my business was Valued. I was greeted with a hello and a warm smile ( I could see their smile through their eyes as they were both wearing a mask.) i felt safe, hand sanitizer was provided and even mask if we didn’t have one. The two provided knowledge on the product i was looking for and even suggested other products that i should try to meet my needs. Based off of their customer service alone i would switch my service. SPRINT COULD NEVER! This location truly cares about the customers that they are servicing. Upon completion of my purchase they told me to have an amazing day, come back and see them if i needed anything and walked me to the door. NOBODY escorts you to the door anymore they will tell you bye from the counter. I was thoroughly impressed and will be back to this location which is an hour away from my home. Thank you Brad and Sheldon you truly impressed me.- A happy customer

I came in with a SIM card issue for my 14 month old 11 Pro max. First response was “wow, that’s happening with an 11 pro max?!” And it eventually turned to “yeah, I’ve been seeing this a lot - you’re probably going to be better just upgrading”. Not wanting to just give up on an 1100 phone, I asked to go ahead and put in a new SIM card. That didn’t work, he was so “kind” to let me know he only had a few 12 pro max s left at the store. New SIM card didn’t work, he told me that was all we could do, my phone wasn’t going to work. I asked if I should take it to the apple store - he told me “good luck getting an appt”. I opted out of jumping on a new phone, went home and called ATT where a lovely lady was able to work her magic over the phone and fix my SIM card. I have been an ATT customer for over 12 years and my family spends 200 a month for their service. It is frustrating to feel like you’re trying to be the next sale when going into the store for some assistance. Needless to say, I will call before setting foot in a store and remember folks - do your research!

Store employee wasn’t competent enough to make a return. After 20 minutes of struggling, I was told to come back in 30 minutes when manager returns from lunch break. In the meantime, I overheard another employee misinforming customers on Apple Watches not being safe for swimming and surfing (even though Apple advertises their device and has specific workouts and apps developed for swimming and surfing). Nonetheless, Manager did nothing to acknowledge my wait time and neither did the employee. After item was returned I was also charged $55 restocking fee even though advisor over the phone left a specific note to waive the fee.This is why I do not recommend going to Authorized Resellers and only work with the Corporate Stores.

Coming in from a terrible experience with a previous carrier. Needed a new service. Came through to AT&T and the employee Matthew held it down. So informative. I was there for about 3 hours...longer than expected but that’s all on me. Problems with my old number from the previous carrier but Matthew held strong with me and helped me out so much. Much appreciation to Matthew. He came through strong. Thanks y’all.

I told him the situation with my online order and he told me about the trade in special and my down payment came out to only $45 HE IS AMAZING and he is very knowledgeable in his role at this location. Went here to get assistance with lowering my bill and the rep William provided me with incorrect information about being able to move an installment plan from one line to another. According to customer care this can only be done in the first 30 days of the plan start. According to William the in store rep this supposedly could be done whenever you desire.A very poor experience here at this store.

Waiting for 45 min and employees are chatting casually with other people telling random stories (ie - not helping them, but socializing while others wait). Helping people out of order after taking the time to “check people in”. Nice people, but little sense of urgency or respect for the time of their customers. All I needed to do was pick up a phone that I ordered and paid for online.

Disappointing I just got a contract with AT&T I went to the store and the gentleman instead of helping me was trying to sell me more Paraphernalia that I did not need. After I told them no he decided to lower the price go figure I spent over a $1000 on my new phone.
Att stores have never been a good experience for me. This one was no exception. Always think they can fix my broken phone...regardless of what I tell them I have already done...wont give me information on how to contact the manufacturer for warranty...instead give me options on how I can be tied to them for yet another 2 miserable years.
