5 stars for Donovan, Metro company only deserves about 3-4 max! (Overpriced)Great customer service by Donovan, worked with me on what I wanted and needed in a phone as well as my price range. Highly recommended CSR to work with whom will help you quickly, efficiently. Dont be afraid to discuss your budget and needs, hell try to fit them.

My previous phone decided to just up and cease functioning properly. Neither the Phone nor Text Messaging app work any longer after the most recent system update for it (A Nord OnePlus), although every single other app worked perfectly fine and I absolutely need a phone for work.I came in, Donovan got me hooked with the cheapest option I could afford which still ran me a bill of $112, but he was quick, helpful, and to the point, and for that I couldnt be more grateful for that.This 5 Star is for him, not for Metro.
Great service and always a good deal! Donavin has been very helpful everytime a phone replacement has been needed. Dont even have to give our name when we walk in. Will make this our store for all future purchases .
I went to metro because of phone problems was very disappointing because because of suggested I upgrad my phone which was only one year old.
Young lady at the front desk was extremely rude as soon as I walked in the door. Her attitude got worse after speaking with her about setting up a new line so I left. Terrible service I won’t be returning

A lady name Ms. Kim helped my wife and I as we are old schooled when it comes to technology. And let me just tell you how much of terrific job she did on her customer service. She is amazing. Very tech savvy. Even had customers waiting 30 mins because they said they only want to deal with her, surprised me when a fellow customer told me they drive past 5 Metro’s to come see her because she is patient & doesn’t act like lack of knowledge of technology is bothersome. I will recommend her over and over again. Even gave us her worker phone number in our phones if we ever got stuck to just send her a ring. Thank you Ms.Kimberly for helping us with your great customer service. You are a gem.
I started coming to this location June 2019 and Ms. Kim helped me and my family;she is amazing and I refuse to go to anyone else. She has always helped my family anytime we have had any issues. I stayed with Metro because of her. Robin and Robert F.
I had an issue with my phone that I suspected was the SIM card. I brought it in, and Ty quickly and professionally determined that it was the card, and replaced it for me. He had a great sense of humor and managed to help me and keep two other customers happy at the same time. I will return to this location in future!
I visited them a few months back. You get what you pay for in the customer service area, Not the friendliest person however the job was completed in setting up the basic service. I observed other women customers as well. The same cold treatment. I had to figure out a few things on my own.
