I really think this is one of the best pbone repair shops Ive used. They did an outstanding job repairing my phone so that I could recover data from my damaged phone. I was so impressed with how quickly my phone screen was put on. I was maybe there 15 minutes total and that was from walking in the door until walking out the door. The guy is a crook. “Fixed” the charging port on my son’s tablet and it stopped working a few weeks later. Brought it back in and he wanted to charge me another $35.Shady, shady operator. Beware!As you can see by the owner’s response, he doesn’t stand by his work or understand great customer service. This place won’t be in business long so. Good luck phone repair guy.

Have used them for 3 phone repairs and 2 PS3 repairs. Everything was top notch! These guys are a 25 min drive from my house and are the only repair shop I will go to! Acctually headed there today!

Always been skeptical about phone repair shops. However, was forced to use one and these guys were on point. Fast and reasonably priced. Also liked they didnt try to upsell or push other products.After calling them had my phone repaired in an hour for water damage.Definitely bringing all future broken devices to these guys before just buying a new one.

Top half of phone screen was black, cracked, face ID wasnt working and I was so upset but they perfectly fixed it all in under an hour! Also the best price Ive seen in all of hampton roads- highly highly recommend!!!!!

My moms screen was broke pretty bad. It had big black spots all over it, it would scroll and click on its own, and it was basically unusable. He fixed it in like 15 minutes, and the price wasnt too bad.TLDR Fast, good value, would recommend.

Went in to get my iPhone XS Max screen replaced, first go around the screen wouldn’t work on the lower half of screen took it back got a new one…then my Face ID wouldn’t work because the screen was junk, now 3rd go around, screen will not work on lower left corner (right we’re flash light is) anytime you close an app the screen is burned in from the page before (when I close Instagram I can still see a ghost image of Instagram or any app) these guys are using cheap parts and charge a lot for it I paid 170$ 🤦🏽‍♂️

If you have a Google phone to fix, find someone else to do it. Their price to replace my Google Pixels screen was cheaper than uBreakiFix, but there are other local shops that offer cheaper price and better services.I ordered a screen replacement and camera removal. They did update me throughout the process, but when I went to pick up the phone as it was ready, I was only then told that they did not know how to access the motherboard to remove the camera. Seriously?When I tried to remove the cameras myself later, I discovered that they used pieces of double-sided tape that are much wider than needed, which was stuck on the OLED panel (NOT supposed to happen at all) even after applying ample mount of heat to the screen. And in the process of removing the tape, the display area suffered permanent damages exactly along where the tape was at. The adhesive was only supposed to be applied at the screen edge gap to avoid damages like that from occurring. The tape they used was about three times the width of that from the factory adhesive.The screen replacement part is admittedly of great quality, but their error in assembly is the major reason for my new screen to be damaged. Coupled with the fact that they didnt know how to access the motherboard at all even after the technician watching videos on YouTube, these people apparently dont know how to fix a Google Pixel phone. So again, if you have a Google phone, try somewhere else.

IPhone X wasn’t working correctly. It’s was stuck In a boot loop. Took it to 3 different places. They couldn’t do anything about it. Walk in to this place and was greeted by man name GEORGE. They were professional and courteous, but more importantly they had the skillset to fix my tablet that other repair shops could,or would, not do. Instead of having to buy a new tablet for close to $400, they were able to fix my old one for $65.
