He was very attentive understanding my needs and concerns, thorough providing information and answering my questions, and was very patient even when I became agitated trying to get my account # from my former carrier. I really appreciate Isaacs professionalism and customer service skills, getting me set up with exactly what I needed and nothing more quickly and efficiently. I came into the Cellular Sales store 2 weeks ago to upgrade my old devices to a new iPhone and Apple Watch. I worked with Alex for the trade in of my old device, and set up of my new one. Justin Geonzon at the Fairfield Store in Virginia Beach, VA was dynomite!!! He explained everything to us seniors in detail helped us set up our two new phones (my hasbands first smart phone) and made sure all the downloads and transfers on my phone were completed. I went from an S7 to the S21 and there are learning curves for sure, but he helped iron out a number of them for us. He made sure to keep us updated on the arrivals of our new phones as they were not in stock. The store was out of stock also on screen savers and he was going to get us some and I will be going back to have them installled. I cant recommend his enough, so pleasant and didnt make us feel rushed at all!!!

BEWARE!!! I went to this store with a prepaid phone iPhone6s. Went to connect my line. The rep told me to run my credit for a line. So I did got approved. Got an IPhone 11 and an IPad. Traded my iPhone 6 s for promotional credits. Which on the receipt was trade in 0.00. I Came home decided to look at the receipt after being charged 197.00 So the next day to cancel. Went to the store to get a refund. Was told the rep was at the MacArthur Mall in Virginia Beach location. So I made my way over there.Once I got there spoke to the rep. Explained I was going to stay on my husbands line. I requested a refund and canceled the line. I explained to him I Also I noticed what he said would be free my iPhone case, iPad case WAS NOT. He actually charged me and told me well I waived a setup fee. So not matter what I was charged and In fact was not free. He did an upscale sale. Under FTC this is unacceptable. So he said I will give you a full refund. As we proceeded I asked for my iPhone 6s back. I was told he could not give it back it was a trade in. Ok hold on I said we canceled so I’m not trading it in. He said after making a call to his manager. He said I’m sorry you lost your phone and we will not give it back. But told me he would give me 28 dollars for it. Mind you the the receipt it said trade in 0.00 dollars for it. These people are thieves. I also will be calling corporate and put them on BBB. You were warned STAY AWAY!!!!

I inadvertently locked my Pixel IV cell phone and had no recollection of any pass code to unlock it. I received repeated advice that my options were to factory reset and probably have no backup, to simply purchasing a new phone...this info from VZ employees at other VZ stores, as well as one service tech via phone. I wrestled with risking no info backup to accepting factory reset was my only choice. I revisited the Fairfield store in VA Beach and your employee, Justin Geonzon was very professional, calm (I was not) and in minutes my phone had returned to full service with my information intact. I am elderly and spent days quite anxious over my dependence on my phone. Mr. Geonzon saved the day for me. I left Fairfield with a fully recovered Pixel IV. I am sure you appreciate having a superior VZ representative of Mr. Geonzons caliber...and rest assured, your customers do as well. Employees like Mr. Geonzon ARE VZ. Your company is secure! After my Galaxy S5 refused to charge ever again I was in need of a new phone. I went to the Verizon on Providence and Jeremy helped me. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted, but as that option was no longer available to me, I needed some guidance to find the right phone for me. Jeremy was professional and patient, answered all of my questions, and even offered to pick up a phone from a nearby store for me if I had chosen to buy it. Ultimately I walked out of the store connected to the world with a brand new phone in my hand that I am pleased with. I couldnt have done it without him, I would have been lost trying to compare the phones online to decide which one was right for me.

The staff was helpful but not pushy. He walked me through each step of the process and transferred my information to my new phone. The process was done in a timely manner. He was friendly.

Daughter went into this location with a screen protector that was purchased through Verizon, but because it wasnt bought through their location, they refused to put it on, even though they are a full retail Verizon store. Jason, who is the team leader was rude to her. This is unacceptable especially when they are supposed to be providing service to Verizon customers. If you are not going to provide a service, then this location does not need to be there and under the Verizon name. Your business protocol sucks and I will make sure I put out word not to do business at this location. And Jason, you need better customer service training!
