I took my vehicle to RK for work to properly repair/paint my front bumper cover. It had been improperly painted before by a less qualified collision repair center before I owned my car. They did a great job as you can see in the before and after pictures and were quite quick about it; taking just two days! They also went through the extra effort of filling in the old front license plate mounting holes to the point I couldnt tell they ever existed. Would highly recommend taking your vehicle here if you find yourself needing body repair, great customer service and expertise as well. Added bonus is lifetime paint warranty against non-physical damage due to paint failure.

My 2015 Silverado was involved in a car accident, I had it towed to RK since that is where I bought the vehicle from a few years back. Brian was my service manager and was very open in communication during the process. Upon return of the vehicle it looked great, the body was flawless and they even cleaned and polished the truck up. Unfortunately they didn’t have the same attention to detail when addressing the mechanical issues resulting from the accident. After replacing the radiator they failed to add coolant before giving the vehicle back to me. Resulting in the vehicle over heating and having to be returned to service. Additionally they failed to diagnose an ECM failure resulting in a constant back and forth between my self, the insurance company and RK as to how to resolve this problem. The solution was to take it to First Landing Auto Care where the problem was corrected. Lastly, in their shake down before returning the truck me they also failed to note that the horn was not working. For the lack of attention to detail and thoroughness of the repair and return process I gave them 3 stars. Had it not been for Brian being so open and communicative during the process I would have given them 1 star.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would!!! If you have a manual vehicle I highly recommend not taking to this dealership. This body shop does not follow proper instructions on how to work on a car. I had a beautiful 2007 Corvette that was given to this shop to repaint a door ding and they ended up shooting me car through there garage door and into a brick wall. They took zero responsibility of there very recklessness technician working on my vehicle. They actually threatened me for all the damages done! Horrible customer service. They did not even offer a loaner car for totalling my beautiful corvette. I asked to get one but they denied every single liability that they could have on this. I had to go through my own insurance for everything and Im still getting calls today from my insurance on how the situation happened and they are still denying everything!! DO NOT GO TO THIS BODY SHOP

Well someone hit my 2019 Chevy Silverado and since I bought it from RK I decided to get them to do the work. My service advisor was Ben Lamberty and he walked me through the process and assured me I was getting genuine GM parts. I could not be happier with the work Ben and his team performed. My truck looks like it just left the showroom and is cleaner than when I brought it in. Very happy with this shop and the work performed.

I highly recommend them! Super professional though the whole process. Ben, my contact, kept me updated every couple days and they actually finished sooner then planned. My truck looks good as new!

Fantastic repair shop. Ben was the person who helped me and he couldn’t have been more professional and polite. Took my van to a different repair shop and the man there was just snippy and rude. I happened to see RK across from my college. Just dropped in and they fixed my issue while I was getting my learn on. And they did it at a fraction of the “estimated” repair cost that the other place was trying to charge me. They will be getting my business from this point on.

We took our 1990 IrocZ/Z28 in to get a paint job. From the start, each teammate was professional and friendly. The office is extremely clean. They stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process. When the car was ready to be picked up today, I was amazed at how beautiful the paint was. So clear and shiny Top notch quality work! Best in class. The painter and the entire team worked together to finish the job. I highly recommend this shop if you are in need of any paint and /or body work!

They immediately called me as well as USAA to discuss the damage estimate immediately after “breaking down” my Jeep. They were in constant touch with USAA regarding the repairs and the flow w/ each step as my.vehicle was progressing. The towing company was so slow that Ben arranged to have another company retrieve my Jeep and bring it to RK Body Shop ASAP rather than having it sit in the towing yard another wasted day. I wouldn’t take our vehicles to any other body shop; they are so intensely professional that I’ve referred five others and all were incredibly thrilled with their vehicle repairs. I had a minor repair to my rear flap behind tire that was ripped loose after a flat I got. After going to a Suffolk body shop and getting a BS quote for this minor repair over $1,000 I stopped by RK as they were close to our office. When I stopped in and was explaining what happened two of the guys headed out and fixed it on the spot and didn’t ask for any payment. I’m not a big review guy but was truly impressed at this customer service, especially after an attempt to gouge me at another location where we purchased the vehicle. Much appreciated and will be my first stop next time I have an issue.

My Subaru was backed into and the front number was damaged. I reached out to RK Paint and Body Shop and asked how do I go about getting it repaired. Since I had the paper work from the insurance, I stopped in and spoke with Brian. He took the time to look over the insurance paperwork, look at the car and answer my questions. We set up an appointment time a week out (for my convenience). Brian kept me updated with the progress with the repair and insurance communication. Imagine my surprise when the repair was completed in one day! When I picked my car up, there was an issue (me being picky) and again, Brian treated me with patience and professionalism and immediately took care of the issue. Thank you, Brian! I highly recommend them!

I recently took my 2015 Tahoe in for work at RK and the service was excellent. They set a very quick appointment, and finished the work ahead of schedule. The customer service and quality of work was amazing and they were able to give me a price lower than any other bodyshop. Will definitely go to them for any needs I have. Highly recommend.

I have always taken my vehicles to this shop. Four occasion to be exact. Each time was a good experience. I worked with Kelly most recently. Shes awesome. She let me know what to expect and set a realistic timeline. She did everything as promised and addressed ALL of my concerns. The technicians did a great job, as usual, and my vehicle looks great. No need to go anywhere else.

In the past, Ive used RK body shop to repair and paint both my wifes S class Mercedes and her Jeep. In both instances, I was extremely pleased by both the quality of the work, and the professionalism of the staff. The Mercedes especially, as it is Black and my wife is extremely particular about her cars appearance. This guys & ladies are amazing! I wrecked my truck while on vacation in June. They dealt with the insurance company & I received weekly updates on the progress. I heard from them before my insurance company & most of time just from them. The work on my truck is flawless. They were kind, caring, & considerate. They worked with me on my retrieving it because I live in WV. Just absolutely amazing people.

No one wants to have to bring their car to a body shop especially a brand new car but life happens. My brand new Subaru WRX was rear ended by another driver recently and these guys took really good care of everything. They are very professional and communicate everything down to the last detail. Very professional and friendly. We took a vehicle here for a quote after a fender bender. We were not at fault and the other person’s insurance listed a few local places. I picked this one due to it’s convenient location. The staff was friendly and very professional. The waiting area was comfortable. They explained everything on my quote in detail including why they would need to replace certain parts rather than repair them. I was quite pleased with their service and we will be bringing the car in to this shop for the repair.

After my Honda Odyssey was backed into while on the side of the road, my insurance company suggested RK Chevrolet Paint and Body to do the repair. I was initially hesitant to have a Chevy dealer do the work on a Honda. However, after meeting Ben and getting an estimate, I felt reassured. USAA paid RK directly so the repair was smooth. When the van was fixed and I inspected it with my wife and Ben, the job of blending the new paint with the old was fantastic. You cannot tell a difference. The van is like new. Ben and RK did a wonderful job. I would not hesitate to recommend the Paint and Body shop to anyone.

Great work, made the car look showroom new after the accident. They may take a day or two longer then...um...the budget places (I wont name any names), but good work takes time. They are meticulous, and the job they do is worth it...remember, good things come to those who wait.

RK Cevrolet Paint & Body Shop was incredible. Dropping the car off was simple and quick. They called with 24 hours with a detailed summary of the damage and pricing. The gave me a tentative date and called every other day at 8am to give me updates on the repairs. They finished 9 FULL days before their projected repair and called me that morning to keep me in the loop.I had a 2016 prius witha minor front end collision. There was multiple small fragile parts effected and my car (though drive-able) looked in bad shape. It was repaired perfectly and was cleaned to a new car on the lot level.Thanks again!
