Dream Team provided the best customer service experience I have had in years! Let them serve as a reminder to all small businesses as to what that means. Their front desk team, Melody and Brittany, were always courteous and on top of informing me as my car progressed. [Tesla also has a unique to the industry parts management system that emails you as parts ship so you have an idea of progress.] Dream Team managed the entire process with insurance making the experience quick and seamless. Most shops were quoting a wait time of a month plus on just getting my Tesla in for the initial estimate. Dream Team checked in my car and had her back to me in two weeks! I joked that my Tesla went for vacation in Virginia Beach. I picked her up looking as good as the first day I drove her off the lot. They also gave her a “spa treatment,” exterior and interior was cleaned on pickup. Extremely professional team, service, and overall experience. Dream Team fixed my Tesla Model 3 better than new. Before the accident, there were unequal gaps in the doors and slightly mismatched bumper paint job, but after the repairs, the gaps were fixed and the paint all matches perfectly. Very well done and they finished 1 week before their projected end date. Very satisfied.

Went in to repair a door dent on my Tesla, they kept me updated on progress and completed repairs on time. They even charged and cleaned the car too. Todd told me they damaged my window tint and replaced it. The tint doesnt reject as much heat as my original tint, but no big deal, the fact that they had the integrity to bring it up and fix it is what mattered. Price was higher than I expected for repairing a dent but this is what a professional shop should look like.

He even went above and beyond by checking my non-functioning fog lights (they were not part of the damage), he narrowed it down to a switch which I later replaced. He did not charge extra for that. I recommend this body shop to anyone who asks about where to take their vehicle for auto body repair.

Worth every penny! My 2016 car already had many dents and even a big gouge from parking lot incidents and I decided to save up and take it to the best place to make her look brand new. From the initial phone call with Brittany and checking it in with Savannah (awesome front desk people!) to my consultation with Todd, everything was A+. Todd explained in terms I could understand what repairs were necessary and was even able to come in under estimate! My car looks AH-MAH-ZING! Dream Team did a fantastic job repairing my rear bumper, after an unfortunate rear end collision. Todd and Joe were very professional and made the whole process smooth and stress free. The end result was a freshly painted bumper that looked better than new. Another thing to mention is that they will give you a courtesy wash and vacuum. How great is that? Absolutely spectacular work!! I asked around and heard these guys are the best place to have a high quality repair done. I have a GT Silver 08 Porsche Boxster S that I’ve managed to go 10 (!) years without a scratch ... until a deep gouge in the front fender done in a parking lot. Not only is the repair impeccable, but they detailed the ENTIRE car inside and out. It looks AMAZING. Even the trunks were spotless. These guys care about their work and they care about their customers. Very friendly, professional and easy to interact with. Don’t take a vehicle anywhere else but here if/when what you hope never happens ... somehow happens. 6 stars IMO.

Incredible service! I had a minor fender bender, and within minutes of the insurance company contacting Dream Team, they were calling me to set up an appointment for an estimate. The work was done within a day and a half, and when I arrived for pick up I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had even detailed my car! Someone was there to give me my keys and take me out to the parking lot, show me the repairs, and open the door for me. Top-notch service. I wish every place was like Dream Team.

They were so prompt and professional in handling the situation. Made an appointment to have the front headlamps on my 2007 Nissan Altima replaced. I provided the headlamps, purchased from RockAuto online. The job requires removing the bumper fascia, grille, and radiator shield. Also aiming the newly installed headlamps. I was extremely happy with the friendly and professional service provided by the Dream Team. They even washed my car! Highly recommended.

So to start, I did not have my car repaired here. I had an estimate done, I started working with the insurance company of the guy who hit me and got the approval and rental and everything ready to go. I called Dream Team as I started to take my vehicle there to drop it off. The lady on the phone from Dream Team told that they could not even start working on my car until January 2nd, 2018 (3 weeks from now). I REALLY wish they gave me that information up front as I would have taken the car else where. The car can drive but it is doing damage to it, but doing so. And the insurance company wont give me the rental for that long, so I have to take a day off work to try to get this all sorted out.

I said ok lets give them a try. I was blown away by their work. This company deserves every last 5 rating plus more. My 2004 Kia Sorento doors and paint job look good. Refer everyone that needs body work here and they will not be disappointed. Honesty, good work, and fair prices are hard to come by here in Va and this company has all of the above and then some. Dont think about trying them just do it.
