The Staff are always welcoming. I had a tire light that would not go off even after checking the air pressure. The valve sensors were even checked at no charge. They advised to take it on a highway short drive...sure enough the light went out. I will definitely go back!!

I was very impressed by the service and professionalism. They talked about the different options I had and didnt push tires on me and appeared very honest since they actually told me that I should not buy the most expensive option. I was also very pleased that they did the installation before my lunch hour finished. Absolutely intend to go back for my next tire purchase.

Today was the day. . the day I had to become responsible.After leaving my car dealership a couple months ago after an oil change and tire rotation I was told I needed new tires. *sigh*. Its something that everyone doesnt want to hear, however everyone knows it needs to happen sooner or later.My dad has been telling me about this shop and their great prices. I came in & was helped by Sean. He helped educate me on the different tires that they had to offer. We picked out a great one with a nice warranty and rebate (no mail in, online). Its nice to know that Discount Tire is located in a lot of busy city area.I spent most of my time getting educated about the tires than the actual tires getting put on. While I was waiting, I was given a ball cap & grabbed a cold bottle of water. I was in and out in 30 minutes.A couple pointers:- they offer military discount- they price match- you dont have to make an appointment- Sean said go to the Suffolk location and ask for him. Hes transferring lol!Overall, great customer service!

Over the course of 2 years I have brought multiple different vehicles to this location for new tires, new rims, spare tire replacement, and TPMS replacement. They always offer the best price and best service in the area. Even compared to Costco I have found that their prices are always good. I have never found myself disappointed with the service here. They are very easy to work with and very accommodating to the customer.

I bought my tires here which was good but when I went back to get them balanced they broke a lug nut post and told me it was still safe to drive, but now that I have to get my yearly safety inspection I have to pay to get it fixed when they totally should have fixed it. I wish I would have pushed them to do it at the time.

I called Discount Tire this morning for a quote on 4 tires, I was given excellent service from Vince who helped me decide on what tires would be best for my vehicle, also an amazing price quote was given. I was given an appointment for less than an hour, dropped my truck off and it was done within an hour! Theyre fast, have a bevy of discounts available, and have a good deal of benefits--lifetime free tire rotations, for instance. I was in and out in half an hour (appointments arent necessary but a good idea.) Two thumbs up, I wound up here because a ton of people recommended them to me in a local FB group. Bother front desks customer employees were busy talking on the phone when i walked in, i had to wait at least 10 minutes to greeted and apologize, then my vehicle has waited more than 30 minutes my appointment to taken to the shop, a technician who serviced my car did a excellent proficient job and timely.

From the moment they answered the phone, I had a good feeling about this place! Made an appointment to have a tire plugged after catching a nail and was thrilled at how fast (and free) they took care of me. They checked my tread depth, but did NOT get pushy about buying new ones and pointed out that I still had some miles left before they would need to be replaced. The three different staff I saw/interacted with were all Top Notch and excellent faces for this business. Will be back when its time for new tires, thanks!

These guys are awesome! My tire had a big chunk a glass stuck in it and I thought for sure I was looking at new tires. They were friendly from the first word, got us in right away and had us ready for the road an hour later with a patch in place. No pushy you really ought to get.... I trust these guys. Ive been going here since they opened. 10/10 service. Every single employee is extremely helpful. Every discount offers the free tire inflation, this is the only store where Ive never felt like an inconvenience for rolling up to that bay. Staff is very informative on tire safety, and will insure you leave with tires that work for you, not make them a giant profit. Extremely honest tire shop, which is increasingly hard to find.

I had taken my tire to another tire chain and was told the nail in my tire was too close to the tread and the tire was not repairable. That seemed suspect bc the nail was NOWHERE near the tread. Instead we brought the tire to this Discount Tire where they said they would take a look. Thankfully they FIXED the tire and added road hazard coverage to my new vehicle tires with 15k miles. They could have taken advantage of me and forced me into buying a tire. Instead they did the right thing and treated me fairly and honestly. Great service and integrity. This Discount Tire is located at the intersection of General Booth Blvd. and Dam Neck Rd. You can enter the business heading eastbound on Dam Neck Rd. or heading northbound along General Booth Blvd. The building and signs are highly visible from the road.My first visit here was on November 15, 2018. The reason for coming in was due to the TPMS light coming on for the car the evening before, meaning there was an issue with a tire somewhere. The place is pretty close to home so the travel there wasnt long at all. I went into the bay for their free air and tire pressure checks. After they did the check, sure enough, one of the tires was punctured. Since the tire was repairable, it was actually no cost to have it fixed there. One thing they told me afterwards is that one of my tires already had a tread depth of 4/32 and recommended replacing the tires soon. I guess my tires were getting tired already. I declined at the time as I hadnt had any other issues. In the end, this was a great first experience here, and would come back in the future to get new tires.After getting my cars oil change and tire rotation completed at my local dealership (free), they made a note as well about the tires should be looked at being replaced. I talked to them about it, but of course, the cost is much higher there and also brought up the issue that the tires are rated for 55,000 miles, yet I only had 25,000 miles on the car at the time. They offered to cover 30% of the cost to replace them, but the cost is still much higher than what I could get at Discount Tire.A week or so later, I was back at Discount Tire to start the process of looking at tires for my car, as well as my moms car. I figured it would be best to get both done at the same time since both cars needed new tires. My initial visit for this was on April 13, 2019, but didnt commit yet as I was checking several places. Nicholas Sparrow was the one that I talked to then, who is also one of the store managers.About a week later, after searching for tires and checking different tire stores out, I went and ordered the tires for my car. After searching online beforehand, I found them cheaper by about $35 per tire. They will match tire prices, even online ones. The sales process as a whole was easy and no pressure. Two days after that, the tires were in and was time to have the tires put on the cars. Nicholas made the entire process very easy and hassle free. It was a great time to get them too between different rebates that ultimately added up to $120.Overall, this was an excellent experience for both incidents that brought me here. With the purchase of the tires, tire rotation and balances are included for the life of the tires, as well free air checks. Nicholas was great to work with and also had a great experience with the assistant manager Richard Weimer when the car was ready to be taken back. One thing I do want to note is that they do not do alignments at Discount Tire. In the end, if you are in the market for new tires, be sure to check out their website, check pricing elsewhere, and then come in with proof of the best price so they can match it when you get your tires here. You wont be disappointed.

I dont leave many reviews, but Im standing in the store as I type because this place is a notch above the rest. And Im not just referring to other tire shops, but retail businesses in general.

One of the few places that had spare tires for my moms truck. Held 2, got there after having a tire blow out on the way to discount tires. Sales guy (Richard) was nice and friendly, did have to wait a few min with some other guy typing away ignoring customers. Richard reviewed my situation, provided options, was not pushy in the least. Took him up on 2 new and 2 used. Said itd take an hour to install, i left. An hour later they called and it was done. Tires feel great, pleasantly surprised they even put the spare back (its a truck, have to wind it up under the bed).. Very happy with my choice to come here. Would recommend.

Excellent customer service, pleasant and knowledgeable staff. When I was shopping for a new set of all terrain tires, I was set on a certain brand and the sales person said they could definitely get those tires in but then asked why I was set on those tires. I told him I had put a lot of time into combing through many tire reviews from multiple sources and these stood out as the better tire. He asked me if he could show me something similar but that was about $30 per tire less. I didnt feel any pressure in that exchange so I agreed to look. He gave me time to look at various reviews (which were positive) and after a few questions, I ended up going with the less expensive tire. I am very content with that purchase and I appreciated the fact that he offered to show me the other option but didnt push it on me. Later, I needed a re-balance on one of those tires and I called them up, got in the same day, and they balanced all 4 tires free of charge. I was there for about 30 min total. Very nice experiences.

So were 400 miles away from home. Come out of our RV in the morning and Im greeted by a flat tire. Screw punctured through it. Took it to discount tire (first time ever going to one of their locations). First off, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Asked if I had an appointment, to which I did not. They told me itd be about an hour. So we left and ended up coming back in 30 minutes (other plans got cancelled) and it was already ready to go! They loaded it in the truck for me, and when I went to pay they told me they didnt charge for flat repair! Never have I gone to a tire shop with such a nice staff who are literally there to help you out the way they did. Its only a shame I dont have one closer to home, Id go there every time!

I am on Social Security and was really worried that I had to buy new tires, I spoke to Tommy and he said it might be my rims and that they could take them off and check and see if it’s the bead and they did and they didn’t charge me God bless them! Had to get some tires replaced. Staff was very helpful and I liked that after they made the initial assessment of the vehicle they gave you the option to take your vehicle and come back at the time they were actually going to start working so you had less of a wait in store.

Ordered new tires and scheduled a appointment online on a Sunday, I recieved a call the next day informing me the tires I ordered were no longer in stock so the company provided me a free upgrade and scheduled me for a earlier appointment! I bought tires at the General Booth location so now I get free rotations. Came in for a rotation, staff noticed that I had a leak plugged and saw that I had bought coverage for the tire so they replaced the tire with a new one. I didnt remember buying the coverage and I appreciate them not trying to get over on me, also not trying to sell me on a million other things whenever I come it. Jake provided excellent customer service.

Absolutely satisfied with the service here. Extremely professional, friendly and helpful both on the phone and the second I walked into the front door. Facility is very clean and comfortable. Firestone wanted to charge for patch and rotation with a time estimate of 1 hour. Discount Tire gladly did both free of charge in under 25 minutes. They also offer military discount. Strongly suggest, and will certainly be returning with all of my vehicles for future services.
