Found these guys simply by Google maps!!Called them to request service for a squealing serpentine belt ( which was driving me nuts) asked if they could get me in on a Saturday (same day) (plus I had work at 4pm) and without hesitation they said absolutely come on up we will get your parts ordered and get you in. They gave me a quote over the phone. As soon as I arrived they greeted me and got in in no time, filled out some easy paper work they were working my my truck. They have a nice little waiting area to hang out in while they fix you up. Took it in for a timing belt and left with them trying to upsell me for new valves ($2600)and broken evap hose connection, no codes cleared, random parts not fastened or connected and still not sure if the timing was actually done right. Still needed another mechanic do a neutral missfire procedure which is part of replacing a timing belt. Other than all that they were nice and originally found them on Facebook.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I would recommend to anyone. I had never heard of them when I went in with my 2003 G35 that needed a new engine! I was able talk to the owner and mechanic to find out my best options. They found the engine and installed it quickly! The car runs like a dream! If you want a great shop to go to...choose them. On 3/28/19 07 4Runner for some needed maintenance, tune-up & a transmission flush. I was extremely happy with my same day service, great/fair prices & customer service. Mike Briggs the mechanic text me a picture of my radiator cap I ended up needing replaced. He is an honest, trustworthy mechanic that knows his is stuff. He also showed me all the old spark plugs & cap, which gives peace of mind knowing you are being treated right. Service was so good 2 days later I brought up our 03 Chevy 2500 it started leaking & making a noise. Within 5 minutes Mike Briggs diagnosed problem & was able to fit us in getting truck back quickly.. At the end of his service he was sure to show me the old parts which needed replacing universal joints and a tail shaft seal. Tried uploading pictures, but having technical issues. :)

There was a small hiccup with the repair I had done, I called & they brought my car in & immediately got to work on it & corrected the issue. the owner personally made sure everything on my car was running smoothly. this is a fantastic shop & i highly recommend it to everyone, especially my fellow military members stationed in the area. they do fantastic work for a great price & absolutely deserve a 5 star rating!

Hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays. The guys at VB Auto will get you taken care of without all the unnecessary bs. Inexpensive but worth every penny!

On Thanksgiving I attempted to leave my daughters house only to find my car wouldnt start. Being new to the area, I didnt have a trusted shop to bring my car. On the advice of my daughters neighbor, I called the Auto Shop of Virginia Beach and I am so happy that I did! The manager Mike was very informative and had my car towed to the shop for free within 2 hours of hanging up the phone. The owner Paul was even nice enough to come pick me up and bring me to the shop to get my car. My car needed a starter and had the car ready by the end of the day for me. This is the only shop my and my familys vehicles will be using from now on!

This shop is awesome! I have a really run down Toyota RAV4, that they were able to get up and running in no time! They constantly kept me informed on what was going on, and even stayed a little bit late for me when the tow truck got stuck in traffic, to make sure I got my vehicle back! I dont know of another repair shop that would stay like that. They are also super friendly and very professional. They are even pretty cheap. Cost me half the price of what the Toyota dealership in Hampton were trying to screw out of me. Will definitely use this shop again and I highly recommend them for anyone else looking for a quality repair shop!

I live in Florida and my daughter is stationed in Norfolk. I needed a shop I could trust to take care of what was needed. These guy went above and beyond to help my daughter and I. I was referred to this location by a friend of the family for a second opinion after being told that I needed to replace the engine in my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer. So happy that I took my car here for that second opinion before forking over almost $2600 to the original shop. Turns out all I needed was a Tune up. My vehicle was towed over with out an issue and they were prompt with diagnosing what I thought was a huge issue. Hard to find an honest auto shop these days but these guys are definitely one of them! This will be the only shop that will be touching my vehicles from now on. Will be back and recommend them to everyone I know!

Highly rated so I went in for a Lube job, the boys really sorted me out, really packed that grease in there nice and deep. They also gave my under carriage a once over. Absolutely the best service I have ever received. Car problems while on the road and they took such great care of me. Needed a new alternator and they started in on the repair immediately when I got the car there. Travis offered me his truck to go out and get some lunch. Very friendly and caring. These guys are the true definition of LIFESAVERS! I had my car in a few different shops before this one, and nobody could tell me what was wrong, so I had to pay for a rental car for over a month. I handed my car over to Ms.Teresa and her guys at the shop, and she diagnosed the issue within a few hours of having my vehicle in her posession. I would do less than one if I could. I picked this shop by its 5 star rating, and at one point I was going to give it 4 star rating. They wrote a contract for my sons F350 4×4 duely truck. $5,400 an change, they reduce it by $200. To $5,200 an change. The one very important thing to be done wasto change the oil pan gasket because (THEY) said it was leaking!!!! Steven picked the truck up on a Saturday after they had had it for over two weeks. He returned the truck after he had taken it home and seen that the oil pan gasket HAD NOT been changed, he is in the US NAVY and had to ship out the next day,he ( Steven) left messages 2 of them telling them why he had returned the truck,and that he should be back the following weekend. They SAID that the truck was / had been taken over to the other shop to be fixed, because they didnt have the / a lift to pick up the truc at this shop. Job for the oil pan was NOT done an it would cost him an extra 14 hours of labor. Unfortunately we trusted them to hold to the written agreement in which the oil pan gasket would be fixed.

Very pleased with this job they did, they took the time to really explain what was needed and why I needed . As I was sitting in the lobby I noticed that they treated everyone the same . I was really blow away by their customer service . These people really care about their customers . I felt very good about doing business with these people . The owner Travis was amazing and very hands on .

DONT USE THESE JERKS! They tried to make a friend buy a MOTOR last week when she only needed a HOSE. And they have empolees write reviews for themselves, like Paul Russell, who is the BOSS. They are a rip off! (They dont even deserve one star but you cant post without putting a star.) EVEN THEIR REPLY BELOW IS A LIE. Just warning everyone. DONT GO THERE. Wow what a top notch shop, i took my truck in to get a diagnostic on my transmission because i was told i needed a new one and these people checked it out and found that i was just low on fluid because i have a line leaking, they fixed the line and serviced my transmission and back on the road i was . The transmission has worked perfect . I spent $260 to fix the problem and transmission shop down the road tried to charge me $3000 ball park to replace or rebuild . So glad i found this place .

I called them up with intermittent issues and codes with my car .. They actually took the time to reset the codes but they reset everything.. test drove it and cleared my issues. Whereas I got the run around from other locations..Glad I came here

They kept my car a week and said they fixed it Mike Dennis charged me 400 to put spark plugs and a coil and another part on and I broke down a day later I called Mike he was rude and lied I had the car towed to another shop and they never did any of the repairs they claimed I will never go back
