Great place, great staff!

Even 1 star is too much... My wifes car had two areas of body work that needed to be done. One area was claimed by insurance and the other was not. I was hoping to have the insurance work and other area all fixed at the same time, but our insurance company wouldnt do the non-covered work at their service center. So, this is why I was looking around at other shops to find a good place to do both items at the same time. Their website allows you to take pictures and submit them for a quote, so I incorrectly assumed that I could stop by for a free quote as well. I called and asked about stopping by to receive a quote and a lady told me the person that does the estimates was in and that I could stop by anytime. Every other reputable body shop in Hampton Roads does free estimates, so I was very surprised they do not. She condescendingly told me that quotes are normally done by the insurance company. If she would have listened to me and not cut me off I could have explained that I had part of the damage under a claim and I wanted the others fixed as well. Once she knew I was shopping around she shook her head and turned around and walked away from me. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a professional establishment. Autocraft, how do you keep your doors open when you manage to disrespect a potential customer within a minute of walking through the door? I was so blown away by this lady that I felt like I needed to write this review, I just wish I remembered her name.Go somewhere else to get your auto body work done, somewhere you will be respected and appreciated for spending your hard earned money!

The guys here at Autocraft Collision Center are excellent at what they do. I had 3 doors restored made it seemed as though they were never broken. Their facility offer an atmosphere of professionalism and a displays through knowledge of restorative repairs. whether its a delicate job or a simple tune up, I will come back to get my vehicles done right at autocraft collision center for the best works in the city. they work fast from quote to repairs. had me vehicle done in less than a few hours.

Sent my trailer in to get fixed and was amazed at how bad the welds came out (in plain sight). I actually had to pay before I saw the work. They were of course a second party in getting the trailer fixed and wouldve never thought to take it to them for the repairs. I know now Ill never use their services again.
